一种混合动力汽车及其动力系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车及其动力系统,适用于插电式和非插电式混合动力汽车。
背景技术
混合动力汽车是新能源汽车的一个重要分支,由于其综合了电驱动的低排放性,燃油驱动的长续航能力,在现阶段拥有最好的市场化前景。有别于内燃机汽车和纯电动汽车,混合动力汽车由两种动力源为汽车提供驱动力。这种双动力源的特征增加了系统设计的灵活性,在整车能量管理系统的协调控制下,双动力源可以进行多种优化组合,形成不同的动力系统工作模式,以适应不同的行驶工况。同时,双动力源也增加了混合动力系统的复杂性,如何进行多种工作模式的切换,是混合动力系统研究领域内的难点。
混合动力汽车通过动力电池组-电动机/发电机单元和发动机协同工作,一方面在实现传统汽车可达到的各种性能的同时,提高发动机工作效率,另一方面利用外网充电,怠速停机、智能充电、再生制动等混动功能,增加续驶里程、降低整车燃油消耗和发动机有害气体排放。和传统车相比,混合动力的动力总成结构变得更为复杂,其系统模式的设计变得多样化。一般的混合动力系统都包含了纯电驱动,并联驱动,串联驱动等系统运行模式,如何设计系统运行模式来满足汽车所以工况的驾驶需求成为了混合动力汽车需要首先解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,提出一种混合动力汽车的动力系统,能够根据实车工况的变化来运行合适的系统运行模式,提高混合动力汽车的稳定性和可靠性。
根据本发明的一方面,提出了一种混合动力汽车的动力系统,包括发动机、变速箱、在发动机和变速箱之间的单离合器、和能够作为电动机或者发电机工作的电机,所述发动机通过所述单离合器连接到所述变速箱的输入轴,所述电机连接到所述变速箱的电机辅助输入轴,在所述变速器的电机输入轴和输出轴上设置有形成多个电机档位的齿轮,其中所述动力系统具有下面的多个运行模式:无动力模式、纯电驱动模式、并联驱动模式和驻车充电模式,其中在所述纯电驱动模式中,离合器断开,动力由作为电动机的电机输入到变速箱的电机辅助输入轴,经过变速箱的电机辅助输入轴和输出轴上的档位齿轮,从变速箱的输出轴输出动力;在所述并联驱动模式中,整车由作为电动机的电机和发动机一起驱动;在所述驻车充电模式中,整车静止,发动机工作,离合器闭合,发动机将动力通过所述变速箱传递到所述电机的电机轴,由作为发电机工作的电机给混合动力汽车的动力电池充电。
优选的是,在所述驻车充电模式中,发动机的动力通过单离合器、变速器的输入轴上的齿轮、变速器的输出轴上的齿轮套轴的齿轮,变速器的电机辅助输入轴上的齿轮和电机的电机轴上的齿轮传递到所述电机轴。
优选的是,所述动力系统在满足以下条件且发动机无故障,从纯电驱动模式转到并联驱动模式:驾驶员需求扭矩大于EM电机扭矩能力;动力电池电量低或放电能力不足;以及附件需求要求起动发动机。
优选的是,所述动力系统在满足以下条件且发动机无故障,从并联驱动模式转到纯电驱动模式:驾驶员需求扭矩小于EM电机扭矩能力;动力电池电量高并且放电能力充足;以及无附件需求或有附件需求但驾驶员需求扭矩较小。
优选的是,所述动力系统在并联驱动模式中时,若车辆停止、电池电量很低时,动力系统进入驻车充电模式。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1所示,混合动力汽车的动力总成构造为单电机单离合器电驱变速箱结构,包括:发动机30、电机50和电驱变速箱,所述的变速箱包括定位配合连接在箱体上的输入轴1、输出轴2、电机辅助输入轴3和齿轮套轴5,电机50包括电机轴4,该电机轴4与输入轴1、输出轴2、中间轴3和齿轮套轴5在空间平行布置,另外,增加机械式空调压缩机(A/C)作为可选装置;所述输入轴1设有二档主动齿轮10、三档主动齿轮13、四档主动齿轮11、五档主动齿轮12、倒档主动齿轮8,二四档同步器A和三五倒档同步器B,其中三五倒档同步器与倒档主动齿轮8是一体的结构;所述的输出轴上有二档被动齿轮15、三档被动齿轮19、四档被动齿轮16、五档被动齿轮18、倒档被动齿轮和主减速齿轮,及同步器C;所述电机辅助输入轴上设有三个齿轮20,21和22和一个与轴花键配合可滑动的倒档被动齿轮23;所述齿轮套轴5上设有两个齿轮16和17;所述电机轴上设有传动齿轮24;所述变速箱差速器60上设有被动减速齿轮25和差速器半轴6。其中,一档和六档是通过调整齿轮和同步器的结合方式实现。
发动机(ICE)30、驱动电机(EM)50和变速箱。其中发动机30通过离合器40与混合动力变速箱的输入轴1连接,离合器40为常开可滑膜离合器;电机50直接连接到混合动力变速箱的电机辅助输入轴3上;混合动力变速箱的电机输入轴3总共有四个档位,发动机输入轴1共有六个档位。
根据本发明的混合动力汽车的电驱变速箱通过控制同步器A,同步器B和同步器C的向左和向右结合可以实现6个发动机前进方向速比(6个发动机前进档位)、1个倒车方向速比(1个倒车档位)和4个电机前进方向速比(4个电机档位)。
根据图1所示的实施例,本发明的混合动力汽车包括连接到电驱变速器的单个电机,和设置在发动机30和电驱减速箱之间的单个离合器。这样,根据本发明的混合动力系统具有以下四种混合动力工作模式:
纯电驱动模式(EV):整车由作为电动机的电机50驱动,离合器40断开,动力由电机50输入到电驱变速箱的电机辅助输入轴3,经过电驱变速箱的4个电机档位的一个或者倒车档,从变速箱的输出轴2输出动力;
并联驱动模式(Parallel):整车由作为电动机的电机50和发动机30一起驱动,一方面动力由发动机30通过变速箱的输入轴1,经过变速箱的6个发动机档位的一个或者倒车档,从变速箱的输出轴2输出动力;另一方面,动力由电机50输入到电驱变速箱的电机辅助输入轴3,经过电驱变速箱的4个电机档位的一个或者倒车档,从变速箱的输出轴2输出动力;
驻车充电模式(Charge standstill):整车静止,发动机30工作,离合器40闭合,同步器A移到左边啮合齿轮7,发动机30通过离合器40、输入轴1和同步器A与齿轮10接合,而同步器B位于中间位置,与齿轮9分离,于是与发动机动力经过齿轮10传递到齿轮套轴5的齿轮15,而没有传递到输出轴2,然后,动力经过齿轮15、齿轮21、电机辅助输入轴3、齿轮20、齿轮24传到电机轴4,发动机配合作为发电机的电机50给未示出的动力电池充电,其动力传递路径参照图2;
无动力模式(Disconnected):离合器断开,所有动力源都和输出轴脱开;
如下面的表1所示,根据本发明的混合动力汽车的运行模式分为以下几种模式:

根据本发明的混合动力汽车的各主要运行模式间按逻辑判断自动转换,如图3所示。
若满足以下任意条件且发动机无故障,系统模式从纯电驱动模式转到并联驱动模式:
驾驶员需求扭矩大于EM电机扭矩能力;
动力电池电量低或放电能力不足;
附件需求要求起动发动机;
若满足以下所有条件或发动机故障,系统模式从并联驱动模式转到纯电驱动模式:
驾驶员需求扭矩小于EM电机扭矩能力;
动力电池电量高并且放电能力充足;
无附件需求或有附件需求但驾驶员需求扭矩较小;
当系统从并联驱动模式退出到纯电驱动模式下时,若仍然有附件需求时,系统进入纯电驱动模式中的发动机运行模式;若无附件需求,则系统进入纯电驱动模式中的正常模式。
当系统在并联驱动模式中时,若车辆停止、电池电量很低时,系统进入驻车充电模式。驻车充电模式充分利用单电机单离合器电驱变速箱结构,当驾驶员激烈驾驶(耗电较快)后,导致驱动电量时,在路口驻车等待通过时可以及时地给电池充电,使电量上升,保证车辆的动力性。
使用本发明描述的系统模式设计方法后,混合动力汽车的运行模式能有效的满足出驾驶员的对动力性,经济性的需求,且具有高的可靠性和鲁棒性。
尽管已经相对于实施例显示和描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,可以不脱离本发明的范围而做出各种变化和改进。

1.一种混合动力汽车的动力系统,包括发动机、变速箱、在发动机和变速箱之间的单离合器、和能够作为电动机或者发电机工作的电机,所述发动机通过所述单离合器连接到所述变速箱的输入轴,所述电机连接到所述变速箱的电机辅助输入轴,在所述变速器的电机辅助输入轴和输出轴上设置有形成多个电机档位的齿轮,其中所述动力系统具有下面的多个运行模式:无动力模式、纯电驱动模式、并联驱动模式和驻车充电模式,其中
在所述纯电驱动模式中,离合器断开,动力由作为电动机的电机输入到变速箱的电机辅助输入轴,经过变速箱的电机辅助输入轴和输出轴上的档位齿轮,从变速箱的输出轴输出动力,
在所述并联驱动模式中,整车由作为电动机的电机和发动机一起驱动,
在所述驻车充电模式中,整车静止,发动机工作,离合器闭合,发动机将动力通过所述变速箱传递到所述电机的电机轴,由作为发电机工作的电机给混合动力汽车的动力电池充电,
其中,在所述驻车充电模式中,发动机的动力通过单离合器、变速器的输入轴上的齿轮、变速器的输出轴上的齿轮套轴的齿轮,变速器的电机辅助输入轴上的齿轮和电机的电机轴上的齿轮传递到所述电机轴。
2.根据权利要求所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力系统在满足以下条件且发动机无故障,从纯电驱动模式转到并联驱动模式:驾驶员需求扭矩大于EM电机扭矩能力;动力电池电量低或放电能力不足;以及附件需求要求起动发动机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力系统在满足以下条件且发动机无故障,从并联驱动模式转到纯电驱动模式:驾驶员需求扭矩小于EM电机扭矩能力;动力电池电量高并且放电能力充足;以及无附件需求或有附件需求但驾驶员需求扭矩较小。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力系统在并联驱动模式中时,若车辆停止、电池电量很低时,动力系统进入驻车充电模式。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,在所述纯电驱动模中还包括其中发动机不工作的正常模式和其中发动机怠速工作的发动机工作模式。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,在所述无动力模式中,离合器断开,所述发动机和电机都和变速器的输出轴脱开。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统,其特征在于,在所述并联驱动模式中,一方面发动机的动力通过变速箱的输入轴,经过变速箱的多个发动机档位的一个或者倒车档,从变速箱的输出轴输出动力;另一方面,作为电动机工作的电机的动力输入到电驱变速箱的电机辅助输入轴,经过电驱变速箱的多个电机档位的一个或者倒车档,从变速箱的输出轴输出动力。
8.一种混合动力汽车,包括根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力汽车的动力系统。
