The finished product of the invention can lead the display screen of the digital product to have better and more comprehensive protection effect, especially for the curved screen product, and simultaneously the process steps of the invention can solve the problems of complicated and complex prior process, deviation of attaching size and the like, and improve the product yield.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile phone protective films, in particular to an integrated forming processing technology of a curved glass screen protective film and the protective film thereof.
Background
The mobile phone film is also called as a mobile phone beauty film and a mobile phone protective film, and is a cold mounting film which can be used for mounting a mobile phone body and protecting a screen. According to the application, the method can be divided into: a mobile phone screen protective film, a mobile phone body protective film, a peep-proof film, a mirror film, an AR film, a frosted film, a scratch-proof protective film, a mobile phone body scratch-proof protective film and a mobile phone body decorative protective film; currently, the main stream of the market is a protective film of PET material and a glass protective film. But the appearance of the electronic product is changed greatly because the updating of the current electronic product is quick.
Many products in the current market are cambered screens, and the development trend is that the products range from 2.5D to 3D. The common toughened glass film can only be attached to the front surface and the plane, and cannot play a good role in protecting the bent part. In order to solve the problem, a lot of manufacturers previously coated and compounded with organosilicon and acrylic adhesive on two sides of a PET film respectively, heated and vulcanized to form double-sided adhesive, cut into the size of a mobile phone screen through a die cutting process, then attach the mobile phone screen to glass, and finally attach the glass to the mobile phone screen again, so that the effect is not ideal, the cambered surface edge is easy to warp and wrinkle, bubbles, snow spots and the like are attached, and the reject ratio is too high, as shown in fig. 1.

s3: vulcanizing and forming the curved glass screen and the self-adsorption solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive;
s4: and opening the die to take out the molded finished product, and cooling to normal temperature.
Further, in step S1, the thickness of the gap left on the surface of the curved glass screen, which contacts the display screen, is 50-150um.
Further, in step S3, the vulcanization molding temperature is 130℃and the time is 35S.
Further, the self-adsorption solvent-free organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive has a brookfield viscosity of 1000-20000cps.
Further, the Shore hardness of the self-adsorption solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is lower than 10A.
Further, the self-adsorption solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is silica gel.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, after the self-adsorption solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive and curved glass are integrally vulcanized and formed, the coating process in the prior art is reduced, a great deal of manpower and material resources are saved, the screen can still be bonded by 100% even under the condition that the glass is uneven in thickness or inaccurate in size after hot bending, the surface of the solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive with the self-adsorption function contacting the display screen is matched with the screen by 100%, so that the defective rate in bonding application is extremely low, and meanwhile, the self-adsorption solvent-free organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is adopted, so that the pollution and waste to the environment are reduced, and the environment-friendly requirement and the cost are met.
