Abstract
A device for fixing a precast beam bridge face water drain pipe belongs to a fixing device used in the construction of precast beams in railway engineering, in particular to a mounting and fixing device for the precast beam bridge face water drain pipe. Before construction, the lower fixing device can be firstly arranged at the fixed position of the template, and only one person is required to press the handle to fix the drain pipe through the compression spring during installation, so that the fixing bolt is not required to be additionally arranged at the bottom of the template by the person; if the construction is finished and the subsequent construction is carried out, the lower fixing device can be not disassembled, so that the installation time is saved, and the labor cost is saved.
3. The arc edge of the crescent steel plate is welded at the top of the wedge steel ring, and the straight edges of the two crescent steel plates form a rectangular space, so that the clamping steel plate can work.

The lower end of the connecting pull rod 2 is provided with a thread 17, the clamping steel plate 9 is provided with a round hole, the upper part of the round hole is provided with a second nut 16, and the connecting pull rod 2 can be screwed into the second nut 16.
Circular holes are formed in the circle center positions of the second circular steel plate 6 and the third circular steel plate 8, and are welded into a whole through the connecting steel plates 7.
The bottom of the wedge-shaped steel ring 11 is inclined.
One side of the cross section of the crescent steel plate 10 is a straight line side, and the other side is an arc side.
The shape of the detent steel plate 9 is rectangular.

The device of the invention is assembled as follows:

(2) upper fixture assembly: after the processing of the protection steel pipe 3 is completed, the handle device penetrates through the protection steel pipe 3, the spring 5 penetrates into the protection steel pipe 3 from the bottom of the connecting pull rod, the second round steel plate 6 is welded at the lower part of the protection steel pipe 3, and finally the third round steel plate 8 is welded together through the connecting steel plate 7, so that the centers of holes in the protection steel pipe 3, the second round steel plate 6 and the third round steel plate 8 are kept consistent during welding;

During construction, the bottom fixing device is fixed at the corresponding position of the structural formwork, 4 second nuts 14 are used for fixing the bottom steel plate 12 on the formwork surface, then the drain pipe 15 is arranged on the bottom fixing device, and the clamping steel plate 9 is adjusted to a proper position according to the length of the drain pipe 15; then the whole welded by the handle device and the upper fixing device is put into the drain pipe 15, the handle 1 is pressed down, the spring 5 is extruded by the first round steel plate 4, the upper fixing device is subjected to downward acting force by acting counterforce, and the acting force fixes the drain pipe 15 on the bottom fixing device through the second round steel plate 6 and the third round steel plate 8; referring to fig. 6, the handle 1 is pressed down, the connecting pull rod 2 moves down to drive the clamping steel plate 9 to move down, the clamping steel plate 9 is rotated to be parallel to the rectangle formed between the two crescent steel plates 10, then the clamping steel plate 9 enters the bottom fixing device, after the clamping steel plate 9 enters, the clamping steel plate 9 is rotated again to enable the rectangle formed between the clamping steel plate 9 and the two crescent steel plates 10 to be vertical, and accordingly the fixing work of the drain pipe 15 is completed.
After the construction is completed, the rotary handle 1 is pressed down to drive the clamping steel plate 9 to rotate, the clamping steel plate 9 is taken out in the same way, the whole welded by the handle device and the upper fixing device is taken down, the lower fixing device is still placed in place, and after the drain pipe 15 is separated from the template along with the structure, the second nut 14 is loosened to take down the lower fixing device. If construction is to be continued, the lower fixing device may not be removed.
