本发明公开了一种卸妆水的制备方法,涉及化妆品领域。本发明取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,将搅拌混合物与乙醇溶液放入容器中进行超声震荡;在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,并置于28~35℃下静置,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,收集萃取物;将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中进行捣碎,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,收集浓缩液;取浓缩液、酪氨酸、卵磷脂及黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,即可得卸妆水。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的卸妆水卸妆效果好对皮肤更温和,值得推广使用。

一种卸妆水的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,涉及一种卸妆水的制备方法。
背景技术
卸妆水是用来卸妆的化妆用品。现在越来越多的女性会在脸上涂抹各种化妆品,化妆是几乎是现代女性每日的必备工作,但化妆品本身却对皮肤有一定的伤害,化妆品用清水难以清理干净,残留在脸上的化妆品会堵塞毛孔,并影响皮肤正常的新陈代谢,使皮肤正常的生理机能受到阻碍而产生各种皮肤疾病,也会加速皮肤的老化,所以每天晚上都必须卸掉脸上的妆容,如果卸妆不彻底,化妆品残留脸上,会阻塞毛孔,则容易产生严重的后果。目前,人们常用的卸妆水只能做到去除面部残妆,虽能清洁皮肤,却会对皮肤产生一定的刺激,市面上有较多种类的卸妆水,效果也参差不齐,甚至含有过多的酒精,香料,色素等化学成分。
中国专利申请CN105616315A公开了一种卸妆水,主要由黄瓜、芦荟、鸡蛋清、酒精、甘油、西红柿、生菜叶、橄榄油等成分组成,使用方法将上述植物成分打成汁,再加入鸡蛋清、酒精、甘油、橄榄油。静止20分钟即可。该发明的卸妆水成分中含有10-15份酒精,酒精的分子量小,因蒸发及渗透作用,反而会使肌肤原有的水分减少,从而导致皮肤缺水,损伤细胞。干性肌肤,敏感肌肤及儿童不适合用此款卸妆水。随着护肤意识的增强,人们也在追求一款温和,有清洁和护肤功效的卸妆水。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前常用的卸妆水只能做到去除面部残妆,虽能清洁皮肤,却会对皮肤产生一定的刺激的问题,提供了一种卸妆水的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
一种卸妆水的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,将搅拌混合物与乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,并置于28~35℃下静置,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,收集萃取物;
(3)将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中进行捣碎,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60~65份浓缩液、10~15份酪氨酸、2~4份卵磷脂及1~2份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,即可得卸妆水。
所述步骤(1)中薄荷、羊毛及神曲的质量比为6:8~11:4,搅拌混合物与乙醇溶液的质量比1:3。
所述步骤(2)混合酶为按质量比1:2~3:2,将果胶酶、蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀,即可;混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的12~15%。
所述步骤(2)中超临界二氧化碳萃取仪的参数为压力10~15MPa,温度为35~45℃。
所述步骤(3)中萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽的质量比3:2~5:2。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:本发明以薄荷、羊毛及神曲作为基料,通过酶解,萃取,获得其中的有益物质,利用薄荷中的提取物对皮肤进行清爽作用,再使用酶解羊毛获得其中氨基酸及油脂类物质,通过氨基酸对皮肤进行补充,修复化妆品对皮肤的伤害,同时使用油脂以及葡萄籽中的油脂对化妆品进行脱除,并使用黄瓜及葡萄籽中的营养物质进行皮肤滋润,且对皮肤无刺激,再添加卵磷脂增家卸妆效果,使卸妆液可更好的深入皮层深处,对残留的化妆品进行去除,配以黄腐酸增加皮肤的免疫力,降低刺激性。
具体实施方式
混合酶的配制:按质量比1:2~3:2,将果胶酶、蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀,即可。
一种卸妆水的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为6:8~11:4,取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,按质量比1:3,将搅拌混合物与1.6mol/L乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡30~40min;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,搅拌均匀,混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的12~15%,并置于28~35℃下静置10~15h,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,压力为10~15MPa,温度为35~45℃,收集萃取物;
(3)按质量比3:2~5:2,将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中以12000r/min进行捣碎10~15min,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,浓缩至上清液体积的50~55%,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60~65份浓缩液、10~15份酪氨酸、2~4份卵磷脂及1~2份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,杀菌消毒,即可得卸妆水。
实例1

(1)按质量比为6:104,取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,按质量比1:3,将搅拌混合物与1.6mol/L乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡35min;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,搅拌均匀,混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的14%,并置于30℃下静置13h,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,压力为13MPa,温度为40℃,收集萃取物;
(3)按质量比3:3:2,将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中以12000r/min进行捣碎13min,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,浓缩至上清液体积的53%,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取63份浓缩液、13份酪氨酸、3份卵磷脂及1.5份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,杀菌消毒,即可得卸妆水。
实例2
混合酶的配制:按质量比1:3:2,将果胶酶、蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀,即可。
一种卸妆水的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为6:11:4,取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,按质量比1:3,将搅拌混合物与1.6mol/L乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡40min;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,搅拌均匀,混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的15%,并置于35℃下静置15h,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,压力为15MPa,温度为45℃,收集萃取物;
(3)按质量比3:5:2,将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中以12000r/min进行捣碎15min,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,浓缩至上清液体积的50~55%,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取65份浓缩液、15份酪氨酸、4份卵磷脂及2份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,杀菌消毒,即可得卸妆水。
实例3
混合酶的配制:按质量比1:2:2,将果胶酶、蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀,即可。
一种卸妆水的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量比为6:8:4,取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,按质量比1:3,将搅拌混合物与1.6mol/L乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡30min;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,搅拌均匀,混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的12%,并置于28℃下静置10h,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,压力为10MPa,温度为35℃,收集萃取物;
(3)按质量比3:2:2,将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中以12000r/min进行捣碎10min,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,浓缩至上清液体积的50%,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60份浓缩液、10份酪氨酸、2份卵磷脂及1份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,杀菌消毒,即可得卸妆水。
对照例:苏州某公司生产的卸妆水
将上述所得卸妆水与对照例卸妆水进行检测,具体检测如下:
选取十名测试者分别将上述各实施例和对比例中的卸妆水用于面部彩妆的卸除,记录测试者的反馈,卸妆效果的测试结果见表1。

Claims (5)

1.一种卸妆水的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取薄荷、羊毛及神曲放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,收集搅拌混合物,将搅拌混合物与乙醇溶液放入容器中,并进行超声震荡;
(2)在震荡结束后,向容器中加入复合酶,并置于28~35℃下静置,随后将容器中的物质放入超临界二氧化碳萃取仪中进行萃取,收集萃取物;
(3)将萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽放入捣碎机中进行捣碎,收集捣碎物,将捣碎物进行离心分离,收集上清液,并进行浓缩,收集浓缩液;
(4)按重量份数计,取60~65份浓缩液、10~15份酪氨酸、2~4份卵磷脂及1~2份黄腐酸,搅拌均匀,即可得卸妆水。
2.根据权利要求1所述卸妆水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中薄荷、羊毛及神曲的质量比为6:8~11:4,搅拌混合物与乙醇溶液的质量比1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述卸妆水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)混合酶为按质量比1:2~3:2,将果胶酶、蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀,即可;混合酶的加入量为薄荷质量的12~15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述卸妆水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中超临界二氧化碳萃取仪的参数为压力10~15MPa,温度为35~45℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述卸妆水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中萃取物、黄瓜及葡萄籽的质量比3:2~5:2。
