The main structure of the storage device for the electric cable tray frame is a base and two hinged brackets arranged on the base, wherein the two hinged brackets are respectively arranged above the left half part and the right half part of the base, so that the base and the two hinged brackets form a combined frame. The combined rack comprises a base, two foot rests arranged on the base, and a cavity which is formed by the base and two hinge brackets and is surrounded by the base and the two hinge brackets, wherein the cavity is used for storing a power cable tray frame. For convenience of description, the side or direction of the cavity is referred to as the inside or inner portion of the rack, the outer side of the rack is referred to as the outside or outer portion, the directions of the two sides of the base in which the hinge bracket is located in the horizontal plane are referred to as the left and right, and the remaining two directions are referred to as the front and rear.
The hinge frame comprises two support arms hinged together through a hinge shaft, the hinge shaft is positioned at the upper ends of the support arms, and the two ends of the hinge shaft are also connected with the half rings, so that a crane or a travelling crane can play a role in hoisting the hinge frame by drawing the half rings, and the hinge frame is very convenient. The lower ends of the support arms are clamped with the four corners of the base through the clamping parts, so that the lower ends of the two support arms of the same hinge frame are respectively clamped on the two corners at the same side of the base. That is to say, the upper ends of the two support arms of the hinge are hinged at one point through the hinge shaft, and the lower ends of the two support arms are respectively clamped on two corners far away from the base, so that the hinge and the base part on the same side are clamped to form a triangular support, which is referred to as a "triangular support" here for short, and the triangular support has extremely strong structural stability according to the mechanics common knowledge, so that the structural stability of the electric power cable tray storage device in the front-back direction is ensured, and the electric power cable tray storage device cannot deform or rock back-forth.
Each support arm is fixedly provided with a cross arm, and the heights of the cross arms on the support arms are the same, namely the cross arms are arranged at the same height. Thus, even when the two support arms are swung open to form a tripod with the base, the four cross arms on the four support arms are arranged at the same height.
The power cable tray storage device further comprises an upper frame, wherein the upper frame is positioned in the combined overhead cavity and supported by the four cross arms of the hinge frame. A locking part is arranged between the side part of the upper frame and the cross arm matched with the support, and the locking part has the main function of locking the upper frame and the cross arm together, namely locking the upper frame between the two hinged frames. Thus, the lower ends of the two hinged brackets are fixedly clamped at four corners of the base, and the middle upper parts of the two hinged brackets are fixedly locked together through the upper bracket and the locking part, so that a 'laminated bracket' which has a more stable structure than a combined bracket and is supported by the two hinged brackets and has an upper-lower two-layer structure of the upper bracket and the base is formed. The laminated frame has extremely strong structural stability in the front-rear direction under the support of the tripod, and cannot rock in the front-rear direction after being subjected to the action of external force. Because two triangular supports link together through upper bracket and base, consequently two triangular supports support each other in the left and right sides orientation, have also guaranteed the structural stability of range upon range of frame in the left and right sides orientation, have avoided rocking in the left and right sides orientation after the atress.
The base is provided with a base hole in the middle, and the base hole is arranged corresponding to the power cable tray frame, that is, the base hole is wider than the power cable tray frame, but shorter than the diameter of the power cable tray frame. Similarly, the middle part of the upper frame is also provided with a hole which is called an upper frame hole, and the main function of the upper frame hole is also to store the power cable tray frame. In theory, the power cable tray frame with the same size as the base hole can be clamped in the upper frame hole, and the power cable tray frame smaller than the power cable tray frame clamped in the base hole can also be clamped in the upper frame hole. However, since the stacked rack is triangular in height and the upper rack is disposed at the middle or middle upper portion of the arm, the power cable tray in the upper rack hole is smaller than the power cable tray in the base hole in order to ensure the stability of the stacked rack for storing the power cable tray.
As can be understood from the mechanical analysis, since the entire stack is triangular, the center of gravity of the stack body is located at the center of the lower middle portion of the stack. After the power cable tray frame is clamped in the base hole, the dead weight of the power cable tray frame is far larger than that of the stacking frame, so that the gravity center of the power cable tray frame clamped in the base hole is basically the gravity center of the power cable tray frame. After the power cable tray frame is also hoisted in the upper rack hole, the weight of the power cable tray frame in the upper rack hole is smaller than that of the power cable tray frame in the base hole, so that the weight of the power cable tray frame in the upper rack hole is smaller than that of the power cable tray frame in the base hole. Therefore, after the power cable tray frames are clamped in the base hole and the upper frame hole, the total gravity center of the stacking frame and the two power cable tray frames is slightly higher than the center of the power cable tray frames in the base hole, but is still positioned at the lower part of the stacking frame, so that the structural stability and the noninterference of the upper power cable tray frame and the lower power cable tray frame when the power cable tray frames are transversely placed and stacked up and down are ensured.

When the electric cable tray frame needs to be stored, the supporting rods are inserted into the cylinders of the electric cable tray frame, then the two ends of the supporting rods are forked by a forklift and are sent into the cavities above the base holes or the racking holes, when the electric cable tray frame reaches the positions above the base holes or the racking holes, the forklift is controlled to slowly put down the electric cable tray frame and withdraw, the storage work of the electric cable tray frame can be completed, and the operation is very simple.
When the stored electric cable tray frame needs to be taken, the supporting rods only need to be inserted into the cylinders of the electric cable tray frame, then the two ends of the supporting rods are forked by the forklift and lifted, so that the electric cable tray frame can be lifted away from the base holes or the upper frame holes, and finally the forklift is driven to drag the electric cable tray frame out of the cavity, so that the operation is very simple.
When the hinge frame needs to be disassembled after being taken, the assembling process is opposite to the assembling process, namely, the locking piece is unlocked firstly, the upper frame is taken down, then the hinge frame is lifted away from the base by a crane or a forklift or manually, and the two support arms of the hinge frame are folded and then stored, so that the storage space can be saved. The outer end of the hinge shaft 16 is hinged with a side rod 19 through a horizontal hinge shaft 18, the side of the base is hinged with a connecting rod 20 which can swing horizontally outwards, and the tail end of the side rod is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod through a connecting piece 21. After the outer end of the hinge shaft is hinged with the side rod through the horizontal hinge shaft, the side rod can swing around the horizontal hinge shaft. When the side rod is in a disassembly state, the side rod and the two support arms can be folded together, and the storage space is saved. When the side rod is in a use state, the side rod can swing outwards around the horizontal hinge shaft, the effect of an auxiliary supporting tripod can be achieved, and the effect of preventing the whole electric power cable tray rack storage device from inclining in the left and right directions is enhanced. The side of the base is provided with a connecting rod corresponding to the side rod, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the middle of the side of the base, and the connecting rod can swing in the horizontal plane. The clamping piece comprises four bottom holes 14 arranged at four corners of the base 1, the lower end of the support arm is fixedly provided with an inserting block 15 which is inserted and matched with the bottom holes 14, and the lower part of the inserting block is in a wedge shape with a narrow lower part and a wide upper part. The bottom hole on the base is matched with the inserting block at the lower end of the supporting arm in an inserting mode, so that the bottom hole and the inserting block have mutual limiting effects in any direction in the horizontal plane, the included angle of the two supporting arms is fixed after the hinge frame is subjected to the gravity of the power cable reel frame, and the structural stability of the tripod is guaranteed. Although the bottom hole and the insertion block have no mutual limiting effect in the vertical direction, after the power cable tray frame is clamped, the weight of the power cable tray frame is enough to enable the insertion block to be firmly inserted into the bottom hole. The lower part of the insert block is set into a wedge shape with a narrow lower end and a wide middle part, so that when the tripod is assembled, people can insert the insert block into the bottom hole quickly, and the assembling time is shortened.
In the power cable tray storage device, the locking member 7 comprises locking holes 22 formed in the cross arm 5 and the upper frame 6, and locking bolts 23 inserted into the locking holes. The upper part of the cross arm is set into a wedge shape with a narrow upper end and a wide lower end, so that the guide effect of the cross rod when the cross arm is buckled on the cross arm can be achieved, the buckling success rate is improved, and the quick assembly is realized.
