According to the technical scheme, when the service robot voice interaction system provided by the invention is used, a customer needs to read information of an identity card of the customer on the card reader 4, the obtained customer information is transmitted to the controller to be processed and stored, the controller controls the robot speaking module to adjust the volume and the speed of interactive voice between the robot and the customer according to the obtained customer information such as age and gender, so that the customer can obtain better voice interaction experience, the voice acquisition module can acquire the voice of the customer, and the voice recognition module converts the voice information of the customer into an instruction signal which can be read and understood by the robot, so that voice interaction between the customer and the robot is realized. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 1 is provided with an accommodating groove 7 matching with the microphone 3, the microphone 3 is disposed in the accommodating groove 7 through a telescopic rod 8, and the telescopic rod 8 can be extended and retracted along a length direction of the telescopic rod 8, when the microphone is not used, the telescopic rod 8 is retracted, so as to drive the microphone 3 to be accommodated in the accommodating groove 7, and dust can be prevented from falling into the microphone 3, which may cause a reduction in volume of the microphone 3 and even damage.
In order to enable the sound emitted by the microphone to be clearly heard by the customer, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a motor 9 is further disposed inside the housing 1, a loop bar 10 is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 9, one end of the telescopic bar 8 opposite to the microphone 3 is fixed on the loop bar 10, the motor 9 can drive the telescopic bar 8 to rotate along the length direction of the accommodating tank 7, the motor 9 is connected with the controller, the controller can control the motor 9 to operate, the telescopic bar 8 is driven to rotate along the length direction of the accommodating tank 7, and the sound source positioning module is disposed to position the sound production position of the customer, so that the microphone 3 effectively turns to the customer, and the customer can hear more clearly.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the edge of the accommodating groove 7 is hinged with a cover plate 6, and when the robot is not in use, the robot adjusts the telescopic rod 8 to drive the microphone 3 to retract into the accommodating groove 7, and then covers the cover plate 6 on the accommodating groove 7, so that dust can be more effectively prevented from entering the microphone 3 to affect the sound production effect of the microphone 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a camera 5 is further disposed on an outer surface of the housing 1, the camera 5 is connected to the controller, and the camera 5 has a storage function, and the camera 5 can collect and store image information of a customer, so that a later worker can query the customer conveniently.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display screen 2 is a touch display screen, a function menu is displayed on the display screen 2, a customer can select a service through the display screen 2, the function menu includes a service of the robot, so that the customer can adjust the volume of the interactive voice of the robot by himself, and the function menu further includes a voice volume adjustment function.
