Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of robot interaction systems, in particular to a service robot voice interaction system.
Background
A Robot (Robot) is a machine device that automatically performs work. The robot can accept human commands, run programs which are arranged in advance, and can also perform actions according to principles formulated by artificial intelligence technology, and the technology of the robot is rapidly developed along with the development of the society, so that the application of the robot is more and more common, and the robot is designed in various ways.
One type of robot is called a service type robot, and is generally used in the service industry to perform full-time service on customers, so that the robot has a high requirement on humanization. General robot can carry out simple voice interaction with the customer, but the voice interaction system function among the prior art is simple, and is not enough at will moreover, and the volume size and the speech rate of robot interaction pronunciation are all fixed unchangeable, unsuitable customer of each age bracket to lead to the poor problem of user experience.
Therefore, the present invention provides a service robot voice interaction system with rich functions, which can adjust the volume and speed of the interactive voice according to the clients of different ages, thereby improving the user experience quality.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to solve the problems that the voice interaction system in the prior art is simple in function and insufficient in liberty, the volume and the speed of the voice interacted by the robot are fixed and not suitable for clients of all ages, and accordingly the user experience is poor, so that the service robot voice interaction system is rich in function, and the volume and the speed of the voice interacted can be adjusted according to the clients of different ages, and the user experience quality is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a service robot voice interaction system, including: the robot card reader comprises a controller, a voice acquisition module, a voice recognition module, a robot voice module controller, a display screen, a microphone and a card reader, wherein the display screen, the microphone, the card reader and the voice acquisition module are respectively arranged on the outer surface of a shell; the controller, the voice recognition module and the robot sounding module controller are respectively arranged inside the shell; the display screen, the voice recognition module and the robot sound generation module controller are respectively connected with the controller, the microphone is connected with the robot sound generation module controller, and the voice acquisition module is connected with the voice recognition module; the card reader is used for reading the identity card information of a customer and transmitting the acquired identity card information to the controller for analysis and storage; the controller adjusts the sound production speed and the sound volume of the robot by controlling the robot sound production module controller according to the identity card information of the client; the voice acquisition module is matched with the voice recognition module to recognize the voice instruction of the user.
Preferably, be provided with on the shell with microphone matched with holding tank, the microphone passes through the telescopic link setting and is in the holding tank, just the telescopic link can stretch out and draw back along self length direction.
Preferably, the inside of shell still is provided with the motor, the loop bar that cup joints on the output shaft of motor, the telescopic link with the one end that the microphone is relative is fixed on the loop bar, the motor can drive the telescopic link along the length direction of holding tank rotates, the motor with the controller links to each other.

According to the technical scheme, when the service robot voice interaction system provided by the invention is used, a customer needs to read information of an identity card of the customer on the card reader, the obtained customer information is transmitted to the controller to be processed and stored, the controller controls the robot speaking module to adjust the volume and the speed of interactive voice between the robot and the customer according to the obtained customer information (such as age and gender), so that the customer obtains better voice interaction experience, the voice acquisition module can acquire the voice of the customer, and the voice recognition module converts the voice information of the customer into an instruction signal which can be read and understood by the robot, so that voice interaction between the customer and the robot is realized. The service robot voice interaction system solves the problems that in the prior art, a voice interaction system is simple in function and not enough in humanization, the volume and the speed of the robot interaction voice are fixed and not suitable for clients of all ages, and accordingly user experience is poor.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a service robot voice interaction system, including: the device comprises a controller, a voice acquisition module, a voice recognition module, a robot sound module controller, a display screen 2, a microphone 3 and a card reader 4, wherein the display screen 2, the microphone 3, the card reader 4 and the voice acquisition module are respectively arranged on the outer surface of a shell 1; the controller, the voice recognition module and the robot sounding module controller are respectively arranged inside the shell 1; the display screen 2, the voice recognition module and the robot sound generation module controller are respectively connected with the controller, the microphone 3 is connected with the robot sound generation module controller, and the voice acquisition module is connected with the voice recognition module; the card reader 4 is used for reading the identity card information of the customer and transmitting the obtained identity card information to the controller for analysis and storage; the controller adjusts the sound production speed and the sound volume of the robot by controlling the robot sound production module controller according to the identity card information of the client; the voice acquisition module is matched with the voice recognition module to recognize the voice instruction of the user.
According to the technical scheme, when the service robot voice interaction system provided by the invention is used, a customer needs to read information of an identity card of the customer on the card reader 4, the obtained customer information is transmitted to the controller to be processed and stored, the controller controls the robot speaking module to adjust the volume and the speed of interactive voice between the robot and the customer according to the obtained customer information such as age and gender, so that the customer can obtain better voice interaction experience, the voice acquisition module can acquire the voice of the customer, and the voice recognition module converts the voice information of the customer into an instruction signal which can be read and understood by the robot, so that voice interaction between the customer and the robot is realized. The service robot voice interaction system solves the problems that in the prior art, a voice interaction system is simple in function and not enough in humanization, the volume and the speed of the robot interaction voice are fixed and not suitable for clients of all ages, and accordingly user experience is poor.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the housing 1 is provided with an accommodating groove 7 matching with the microphone 3, the microphone 3 is disposed in the accommodating groove 7 through a telescopic rod 8, and the telescopic rod 8 can be extended and retracted along a length direction of the telescopic rod 8, when the microphone is not used, the telescopic rod 8 is retracted, so as to drive the microphone 3 to be accommodated in the accommodating groove 7, and dust can be prevented from falling into the microphone 3, which may cause a reduction in volume of the microphone 3 and even damage.
In order to enable the sound emitted by the microphone to be clearly heard by the customer, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a motor 9 is further disposed inside the housing 1, a loop bar 10 is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 9, one end of the telescopic bar 8 opposite to the microphone 3 is fixed on the loop bar 10, the motor 9 can drive the telescopic bar 8 to rotate along the length direction of the accommodating tank 7, the motor 9 is connected with the controller, the controller can control the motor 9 to operate, the telescopic bar 8 is driven to rotate along the length direction of the accommodating tank 7, and the sound source positioning module is disposed to position the sound production position of the customer, so that the microphone 3 effectively turns to the customer, and the customer can hear more clearly.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the edge of the accommodating groove 7 is hinged with a cover plate 6, and when the robot is not in use, the robot adjusts the telescopic rod 8 to drive the microphone 3 to retract into the accommodating groove 7, and then covers the cover plate 6 on the accommodating groove 7, so that dust can be more effectively prevented from entering the microphone 3 to affect the sound production effect of the microphone 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a camera 5 is further disposed on an outer surface of the housing 1, the camera 5 is connected to the controller, and the camera 5 has a storage function, and the camera 5 can collect and store image information of a customer, so that a later worker can query the customer conveniently.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display screen 2 is a touch display screen, a function menu is displayed on the display screen 2, a customer can select a service through the display screen 2, the function menu includes a service of the robot, so that the customer can adjust the volume of the interactive voice of the robot by himself, and the function menu further includes a voice volume adjustment function.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A service robot voice interaction system, comprising: the robot card reader comprises a controller, a voice acquisition module, a voice recognition module, a robot sound module controller, a display screen (2), a microphone (3) and a card reader (4), wherein the display screen (2), the microphone (3), the card reader (4) and the voice acquisition module are respectively arranged on the outer surface of a shell (1); the controller, the voice recognition module and the robot sounding module controller are respectively arranged inside the shell (1);
the display screen (2), the voice recognition module and the robot sound generation module controller are respectively connected with the controller, the microphone (3) is connected with the robot sound generation module controller, and the voice acquisition module is connected with the voice recognition module; wherein,
the card reader (4) is used for reading the identity card information of the customer and transmitting the obtained identity card information to the controller for analysis and storage; the controller adjusts the sound production speed and the sound volume of the robot by controlling the robot sound production module controller according to the identity card information of the client; the voice acquisition module is matched with the voice recognition module to recognize the voice instruction of the user.

The service robot voice interaction system according to claim 1, wherein a receiving groove (7) matched with the microphone (3) is formed in the housing (1), the microphone (3) is disposed in the receiving groove (7) through a telescopic rod (8), and the telescopic rod (8) can be extended and retracted along the length direction of the telescopic rod.

The service robot voice interaction system according to claim 2, wherein a motor (9) is further arranged inside the housing (1), a loop bar (10) is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor (9), one end of the telescopic rod (8) opposite to the microphone (3) is fixed on the loop bar (10), the motor (9) can drive the telescopic rod (8) to rotate along the length direction of the accommodating groove (7), and the motor (9) is connected with the controller.

The service robot voice interaction system according to claim 3, wherein a sound source positioning module is further connected to the controller, the sound source positioning module is used for positioning a sound production position of a customer, the controller controls the motor (9) to drive the telescopic rod (8) to rotate, and the microphone (3) faces a sound source direction.
5. Service robot voice interaction system according to claim 4, characterized in that the edge of the receiving groove (7) is hinged with a cover plate (6).
