Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火电表箱,包括壳体,所述壳体内部设有温控装置、独立的电源以及若干独立的灭火装置;所述灭火装置包括喷粉装置和灭火药剂罐,所述喷粉装置包括按压装置和喷口,所述喷口置于所述灭火药剂罐的一端,所述按压装置包括液压杆和密封阀,所述密封阀置于所述喷口的内部,所述液压杆一端与所述密封阀的一端固定连接,所述密封阀包括支撑杆。有益效果为:本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过温控装置和灭火装置,可以在火势较小的时候及时的发现并将火扑灭。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统装置领域,具体来说,涉及一种防火电表箱。
背景技术
电表是电能表的简称,是用来测量电能的仪表,又称电度表,火表,电能表,千瓦小时表,指测量各种电学量的仪表。电表箱是用来装电表和控制电能表连接触点的工具,电表箱内通常有电表安装槽和保安器安装槽,现在市面上的电表箱仅仅具有防盗和防雨的作用,一旦因线路短路发生自燃,则整个表箱内的电表和保安器都会烧坏并且还会造成触电的危险,威胁人们的生命安全。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种防火电表箱,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种防火电表箱,包括壳体,所述壳体内部设有温控装置、独立的电源以及若干独立的灭火装置;所述灭火装置包括喷粉装置和灭火药剂罐,所述喷粉装置包括按压装置和喷口,所述喷口置于所述灭火药剂罐的一端,所述按压装置包括液压杆和密封阀,所述密封阀置于所述喷口的内部,所述液压杆一端与所述密封阀的一端固定连接,所述密封阀包括支撑杆、连接杆和按压杆,所述支撑杆一端固定在所述灭火药剂罐的罐体上,所述支撑杆的另一端与所述连接杆连接,所述连接杆的一端与所述液压杆连接,所述连接杆的另一端与所述按压杆的一端连接,所述按压杆的另一端固定有密封塞;所述温控装置包括密封管、液态汞、连接触点,所述密封管置于所述壳体内部上端部分,所述导电液置于所述密封管中,所述连接触点穿过密封管的管壁与导线连接;所述连接触点和液压杆的控制开关与电源位于同一电路回路上。
进一步的,所述壳体一面位于所述温控装置一侧的部分设有观察窗口。
进一步的,所述灭火装置设有两组。
进一步的,所述密封管为透明玻璃管,所述透明玻璃管上设有温度刻度。
进一步的,所述灭火药剂罐中装有干粉。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构简单,使用方便,在防火电表箱由于短路或者其他原因着火的时候,温控装置中的导电液液面升高两个连接触点通路,液压杆工作,推动连接杆使得按压杆下压灭火药剂罐中的的干粉喷出,进一步的将火势扑灭。
本发明通过温控装置和灭火装置,可以在火势较小的时候及时的发现并将火扑灭。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,根据本发明实施例所述的一种防火电表箱,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内部设有温控装置3、独立的电源以及若干独立的灭火装置2;
所述灭火装置2包括喷粉装置4和灭火药剂罐5,所述喷粉装置4包括按压装置6和喷口7,所述喷口7置于所述灭火药剂罐5的一端,所述按压装置6包括液压杆8和密封阀9,所述密封阀9置于所述喷口7的内部,所述液压杆8一端与所述密封阀9的一端固定连接,所述密封阀9包括支撑杆10、连接杆11和按压杆12,所述支撑杆10一端固定在所述灭火药剂罐5的罐体上,所述支撑杆10的另一端与所述连接杆11连接,所述连接杆11的一端与所述液压杆8连接,所述连接杆11的另一端与所述按压杆12的一端连接,所述按压杆12的另一端固定有密封塞13;
所述温控装置3包括密封管14、液态汞15、连接触点16,所述密封管14置于所述壳体内部上端部分,所述液态汞15置于所述密封管14中,所述连接触点16穿过密封管14的管壁与导线连接;
所述连接触点6和液压杆的控制开关与电源位于同一电路回路上。
借助上述技术方案,在防火电表箱由于短路或者其他原因着火的时候,温控装置3中的导电液15液面升高两个连接触点16通路,液压杆8工作,推动连接杆11使得按压杆12下压灭火药剂罐5中的的干粉喷出,进一步的将火势扑灭。
另外,在一个实施例中,所述壳体一面位于所述温控装置3一侧的部分设有观察窗口。
此外,在一个实施例中所述灭火装置2设有两组。
另外,在一个实施例中,所述密封管14为透明玻璃管,所述透明玻璃管上设有温度刻度。
此外,在一个实施例中所述灭火药剂罐5中装有干粉。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构简单,使用方便,在防火电表箱由于短路或者其他原因着火的时候,温控装置3中的导电液15液面升高两个连接触点16通路,液压杆8工作,推动连接杆11使得按压杆12下压灭火药剂罐5中的的干粉喷出,进一步的将火势扑灭。
本发明通过温控装置3和灭火装置2,可以在火势较小的时候及时的发现并将火扑灭。

Claims (5)
1.一种防火电表箱,其特征在于,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内部设有温控装置(3)、独立的电源以及若干独立的灭火装置(2);
所述灭火装置(2)包括喷粉装置(4)和灭火药剂罐(5),所述喷粉装置(4)包括按压装置(6)和喷口(7),所述喷口(7)置于所述灭火药剂罐(5)的一端,所述按压装置(6)包括液压杆(8)和密封阀(9),所述密封阀(9)置于所述喷口(7)的内部,所述液压杆(8)一端与所述密封阀(9)的一端固定连接,所述密封阀(9)包括支撑杆(10)、连接杆(11)和按压杆(12),所述支撑杆(10)一端固定在所述灭火药剂罐(5)的罐体上,所述支撑杆(10)的另一端与所述连接杆(11)连接,所述连接杆(11)的一端与所述液压杆(8)连接,所述连接杆(11)的另一端与所述按压杆(12)的一端连接,所述按压杆(12)的另一端固定有密封塞(13);
所述温控装置(3)包括密封管(14)、液态汞(15)、连接触点(16),所述密封管(14)置于所述壳体(1)内部上端部分,所述导电液(15)置于所述密封管(14)中,所述连接触点(16)穿过密封管(14)的管壁与导线连接;
所述连接触点(16)和液压杆的控制开关与电源位于同一电路回路上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火报警电表箱,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)一面位于所述温控装置(3)一侧的部分设有观察窗口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火报警电表箱,其特征在于,所述灭火装置(2)设有两组。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火报警电表箱,其特征在于,所述密封管(14)为透明玻璃管,所述透明玻璃管上设有温度刻度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火报警电表箱,其特征在于,所述灭火药剂罐(5)中装有干粉。
