本发明公开了一种散热器用管道结构，包括管道主体，所述管道主体包括若干散热孔和隔热挡板，所述散热孔呈平躺状葫芦形，且相邻的散热孔与散热孔之间想通，所述散热孔包括弧形球状部和下陷弧形部，该弧形球状部的宽度为下陷弧形部宽度的3倍，且所述隔热挡板设置在相邻的两个弧形球状部之间且隔热挡板的下边缘与所述下陷弧形部边缘相接触。

本发明涉及一种散热器用管道结构，属于机加工技术领域。
背景技术
现有的散热管用管道，结构复杂，从而导致散热效果差，后期维护麻烦等问题。
发明内容
发明目的：为解决现有技术中散热管用管道结构复杂，从而导致散热效果差，后期维护麻烦等问题，本发明提出一种散热器用管道结构。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种散热器用管道结构，包括管道主体，所述管道主体包括若干散热孔和隔热挡板，所述散热孔呈平躺状葫芦形，且相邻的散热孔与散热孔之间想通，所述散热孔包括弧形球状部和下陷弧形部，该弧形球状部的宽度为下陷弧形部宽度的3倍，且所述隔热挡板设置在相邻的两个弧形球状部之间且隔热挡板的下边缘与所述下陷弧形部边缘相接触。
有益效果：本发明提供的一种散热器用管道结构，与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：本发明的散热器用管道结构，结构简单，散热效果佳，后期维护方便。

参见图1所述的一种散热器用管道结构，包括管道主体1，所述管道主体1包括若干散热孔11和隔热挡板12，所述散热孔11呈平躺状葫芦形，且相邻的散热孔11与散热孔11之间想通，所述散热孔11包括弧形球状部11a和下陷弧形部11b，该弧形球状部11a的宽度为下陷弧形部11b宽度的3倍，且所述隔热挡板12设置在相邻的两个弧形球状部11a之间且隔热挡板12的下边缘与所述下陷弧形部11b边缘相接触。
