本实用新型是一种灌缝机液压散热装置,属于灌缝机液压系统的散热装置的改造技术。
背景技术
灌缝机工作时,由于系统节流和溢流使整个液压系统温度升高,液压系统一般采用置于环境温度下或利用风机吹风散热,液压系统如果置于环境温度下散热,散热效果差,如果利用风机吹风散热,就要增大液压系统面积,相应的增加了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种散热效果好,成本低的灌缝机液压系统的散热装置。
本实用新型包括水冷式发动机水箱散热器、液压系统,其中液压系统外接循环油管,循环油管置于水冷式发动机水箱散热器内。
本实用新型由于将液压系统外接的循环油管置于水冷式发动机水箱散热器内,循环油管内的油经过发动机水箱散热器后冷却,再流回液压系统,这样大大提高了液压系统的散热效果,另外,不需要增大液压系统面积,相应的降低了成本。

实施例:
本实用新型如图1所示,包括水冷式发动机水箱散热器2、液压系统1,其中液压系统1外接循环油管3,循环油管3置于水冷式发动机水箱散热器2内。循环袖管内的油经过发动机水箱散热器后冷却,再流回液压系统,这样大大提高了液压系统的散热效果。
