本发明公开了一种机床用减震安装基座,包括基座本体,还包括弹性垫块、安装板和安装柱,所述弹性垫块为中空的梯形结构,弹性垫块的底部固定在基座本体上,弹性垫块的顶面设置有通孔,通孔内设置有支撑柱,支撑柱下端套结有一弹簧,所述安装板设置在弹性垫块顶面,且与支撑柱连接,所述安装柱设置在安装板上,安装柱顶面设置有安装孔,安装柱侧面设置有螺纹孔。本发明通过安装柱与机床连接,连接牢固,设置弹性垫块,具有减震、降低噪音的性能,不影响机床的使用寿命,安装板下设置有一支撑柱,支撑柱上套结一弹簧,具有限位的作用,同时具有减震的效果,本发明成本较低,便于安装和拆卸。

本发明涉及一种安装基座,特别涉及一种机床用减震安装基座。
背景技术
随着我国机床工业自动化产业的发展,机床产业结构升级和技术进步已取得了较大的发展,这也为我国加速实现依靠技术进步和可持续发展的新型工业化道路转变。但是,机床制造业是我国高端装备制造业的重要体现,随着机床产业对产品生产精密度及效率要求的提升,我国机床行业当前急需通过对数量庞大的普通机床配件、机床附件和机床数控化改造相契合。目前,机床的存放都是直接放置在基座上面,安装不牢固,不具有减震效果,容易影响机床的使用寿命,且安装和拆卸不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种安装牢固,减震效果好,便于安装和拆卸的机床用减震安装基座。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的机床用减震安装基座,包括基座本体,还包括弹性垫块、安装板和安装柱,所述弹性垫块为中空的梯形结构,弹性垫块的底部固定在基座本体上,弹性垫块的顶面设置有通孔,通孔内设置有支撑柱,支撑柱下端套结有一弹簧,所述安装板设置在弹性垫块顶面,且与支撑柱连接,所述安装柱设置在安装板上,安装柱顶面设置有安装孔,安装柱侧面设置有螺纹孔。
作为优选,所述螺纹孔为两个,分别设置在安装柱的相对两侧。
作为优选,所述安装板由金属材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过安装柱与机床连接,连接牢固,设置弹性垫块,具有减震、降低噪音的性能,不影响机床的使用寿命,安装板下设置有一支撑柱,支撑柱上套结一弹簧,具有限位的作用,同时具有减震的效果,本发明成本较低,便于安装和拆卸。

参见图1,本发明的机床用减震安装基座,包括基座本体1,还包括弹性垫块2、安装板3和安装柱4,所述弹性垫块2为中空的梯形结构,弹性垫块2的底部固定在基座本体1上,弹性垫块2的顶面设置有通孔,通孔内设置有支撑柱7,支撑柱7下端套结有一弹簧8,所述安装板3设置在弹性垫块2顶面,且与支撑柱7连接,所述安装柱4设置在安装板3上,安装柱4顶面设置有安装孔5,安装柱4侧面设置有螺纹孔6,所述螺纹孔6为两个,分别设置在安装柱4的相对两侧,所述安装板3由金属材料制成。
安装时,将机床配件安装在安装柱4上,然后用螺栓固定即可,本发明通过安装柱4与机床连接,连接牢固,设置弹性垫块2,具有减震、降低噪音的性能,不影响机床的使用寿命,安装板3下设置有一支撑柱7,支撑柱7上套结一弹簧8,具有限位的作用,同时具有减震的效果,本发明成本较低,便于安装和拆卸。
