本发明公开了一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,自内向外依次包括颜色层、铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层。本发明设计合理,结构新颖,设计独特,利用活性炭消除烟盒和烟草内的甲醛物质,尽可能消除有害物质,满足吸烟者健康的需要,具有广阔的应用前景,适于推广。

技术领域
本发明属于烟草包装纸领域,具体地说,涉及一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸。
背景技术
目前的香烟无论档次高低,大多配置有过滤嘴。为了使吸烟者承受的吸力减小,以及降低焦油的吸入量,不少过滤嘴上还设置有透气孔。然而,前述过滤嘴无法满足不同烟瘾者的需要,也就是说,吸力和焦油吸入量恒定,难以满足更多吸烟者的需要。
所以,对于技术人员来说,亟待解决的问题是开发出一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,设计合理,结构新颖,设计独特,利用活性炭消除烟盒和烟草内的甲醛物质,尽可能消除有害物质,满足吸烟者健康的需要,具有广阔的应用前景,适于推广。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供了一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,设计合理,结构新颖,设计独特,利用活性炭消除烟盒和烟草内的甲醛物质,尽可能消除有害物质,满足吸烟者健康的需要,具有广阔的应用前景,适于推广。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,其特征在于:自内向外依次包括颜色层、铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层。
作为一种优化的技术方案,所述纸板层为接装原纸;所述内衬层为白板纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,所述粘结层是由厚度不超过0.4mm的不干胶制层制成的粘结层。
作为一种优化的技术方案,所述颜色层是通过油印或者涂刷工艺覆盖在铝箔层上的颜色印刷层。
本发明还提供了一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:采用以下步骤制得:
a、选用复合要求的接装原纸,接装原纸本身带有一些细孔,在其上均匀涂布一层活性炭层,这样活性炭就进入到细孔中;
b、将铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层通过复合工艺复合在一起,制成接装纸本体;
c、通过水印印刷工艺将设计的图案印刷在铝箔层;或者通过涂刷工艺将设计的图案印刷在铝箔层;铝箔层上的图案因为具有一定的厚度和结构,也就单独成为一层;
d、利用分切机对印刷好的接装原纸进行分切,制成烟用接装纸;
e、对烟用接装纸进行打孔复卷;
f、烟用接装纸进行成品检验,然后包装,制成成品。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,结构新颖,设计独特,利用活性炭消除烟盒和烟草内的甲醛物质,尽可能消除有害物质,满足吸烟者健康的需要,具有广阔的应用前景,适于推广。
同时下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1所示,一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,自内向外依次包括颜色层1、铝箔层2、粘结层3、内衬层4、活性炭层5和纸板层6。
所述纸板层为接装原纸。所述内衬层为白板纸。所述粘结层是由厚度不超过0.4mm的不干胶制层制成的粘结层。所述颜色层是通过油印或者涂刷工艺覆盖在铝箔层上的颜色印刷层。
本发明还提供了一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:采用以下步骤制得:
a、选用复合要求的接装原纸,接装原纸本身带有一些细孔,在其上均匀涂布一层活性炭层,这样活性炭就进入到细孔中;
b、将铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层通过复合工艺复合在一起,制成接装纸本体;
c、通过水印印刷工艺将设计的图案印刷在铝箔层;或者通过涂刷工艺将设计的图案印刷在铝箔层;铝箔层上的图案因为具有一定的厚度和结构,也就单独成为一层;

e、对烟用接装纸进行打孔复卷;
f、烟用接装纸进行成品检验,然后包装,制成成品。
本发明设计合理,结构新颖,设计独特,利用活性炭消除烟盒和烟草内的甲醛物质,尽可能消除有害物质,满足吸烟者健康的需要,具有广阔的应用前景,适于推广。
本发明不局限于上述的优选实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或者相近似的技术方案,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸,其特征在于:自内向外依次包括颜色层、铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有活性炭功能的接装纸,其特征在于:所述纸板层为接装原纸;所述内衬层为白板纸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有活性炭功能的接装纸,其特征在于:所述粘结层是由厚度不超过0.4mm的不干胶制层制成的粘结层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具备保湿性能的内衬纸,其特征在于:所述颜色层是通过油印或者涂刷工艺覆盖在铝箔层上的颜色印刷层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有活性炭功能的接装纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:采用以下步骤制得:
a、选用复合要求的接装原纸,接装原纸本身带有一些细孔,在其上均匀涂布一层活性炭层,这样活性炭就进入到细孔中;
b、将铝箔层、粘结层、内衬层、活性炭层和纸板层通过复合工艺复合在一起,制成接装纸本体;
