背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,对纺织品性能的要求也越来越高。未经防水处理的防止面料在吸水吸汗后,水、汗渗透到面料背面而影响织物外观及舒适性,限制了其在日常生活以及在雨天、高温等特殊天气或特殊场所的应用。
为此现有纺织行业通常的处理方式是使用防水剂处理纺织物。防水剂可以赋予织物表面疏水性能。而纺织防水剂可在织物后整理中赋予织物优良的柔软手感,并有良好的防纤维破损和防水性能。但是现有的纺织用防水剂仍存在缺陷,持久耐用性能差,抗渗防渗效果不好,水溶性不强。

发明目的:为了克服以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的一个目的在于提供一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,包括以下重量份的组分:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺25-35份、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺2-4份、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐15-20份、二乙烯三胺15-20份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、十二水硫酸铝钾1-3份、皂粉1-3份、丙烯酸酯2-4份、十六烷基磺酸钠4-6份。
优选的,所述的持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,包括以下重量份的组分:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺30份、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺3份、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐18份、二乙烯三胺18份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二水硫酸铝钾2份、皂粉2份、丙烯酸酯3份、十六烷基磺酸钠5份。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二水硫酸铝钾、皂粉放入反应釜中超声搅拌升温;
(2)以3-5℃/s的速率升温至一定温度后加入配方量的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐、二乙烯三胺提高搅拌速度,形成乳液;
(3)保持一定温度,开始加热水,乳液变稀,保温,高速搅拌20-30min,以4-6℃/s的速率降温得到防水乳液;
(4)向防水剂乳液中加入丙烯酸酯和十六烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后即得持久耐用高效纺织防水剂。

(2)以4℃/s的速率升温至一定温度后加入配方量的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐、二乙烯三胺提高搅拌速度,形成乳液;
(3)保持一定温度,开始加热水,乳液变稀,保温,高速搅拌25min,以5℃/s的速率降温得到防水乳液;
(4)向防水剂乳液中加入丙烯酸酯和十六烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后即得持久耐用高效纺织防水剂。
所述步骤(1)的搅拌速度为135r/min。
所述步骤(2)中一定温度为80-90℃。
所述步骤(2)中的搅拌速度为225r/min。
所述步骤(3)中一定温度为75℃。
所述步骤(3)高速搅拌速度为700r/min。
所述步骤(3)中降温到28℃。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺25-35份、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺2-4份、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐15-20份、二乙烯三胺15-20份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、十二水硫酸铝钾1-3份、皂粉1-3份、丙烯酸酯2-4份、十六烷基磺酸钠4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺30份、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺3份、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐18份、二乙烯三胺18份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二水硫酸铝钾2份、皂粉2份、丙烯酸酯3份、十六烷基磺酸钠5份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的持久耐用高效纺织防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二水硫酸铝钾、皂粉放入反应釜中超声搅拌升温;
(2)以3-5℃/s的速率升温至一定温度后加入配方量的椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、烷氧基化脂肪酰胺、水速溶阳离子壳聚糖季铵盐、二乙烯三胺提高搅拌速度,形成乳液;
(3)保持一定温度,开始加热水,乳液变稀,保温,高速搅拌20-30min,以4-6℃/s的速率降温得到防水乳液;
(4)向防水剂乳液中加入丙烯酸酯和十六烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后即得持久耐用高效纺织防水剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的搅拌速度为120-150r/min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中一定温度为80-90℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的搅拌速度为200-250r/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中一定温度为70-80℃。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)高速搅拌速度为600-800r/min。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种持久耐用高效纺织防水剂,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中降温到25-30℃。
