所述功能组分由瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液再与纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土分散混合制成具体为:将所述功能组分由瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液于纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土按100:3的质量比例混合后,以500r/min转速搅拌均匀即可。
所述具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液使用时,按1:280质量比例兑水使用,即可。
所述微波处理功率为280W。
对比例1:与实施例1区别仅在于不添加功能组分,基础组分添加量保持不变。
对比例2:与实施例1区别仅在于功能组分中提取液制备中不添加瓜蒌叶。
对比例3:与实施例1区别仅在于功能组分中提取液制备中不添加苦茶槭叶。
对比例4:与实施例1区别仅在于功能组分中将纳米碳酸钙替换纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土。
对比例5:与实施例1区别仅在于功能组分中将纳米硅藻土替换纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土。
为了验证本发明的效果,进行了如下实验:
去污力
参照 GB / T 13174—2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》及《衣料用液体洗涤剂(送审稿)》(项目计划号 2009—2591T- QB)测定,按实施例与对比例方法进行清洗相同种类污渍和相同污渍含量的污布试样,进行对比:

由表1可以看出,瓜蒌叶、茶槭叶制成的提取液能够对皮脂污渍具有良好的去除效果,而采用纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土对炭黑污渍去除具有显著的效果,其二者协同作用制成的功能组分能够显著提高洗衣液对炭黑污渍和皮脂污渍的去除效果。
抑菌除螨试验:
中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫预防控制所对本发明实施例(均值)、对比例1、对比例3洗衣液进行了抑菌防螨检测,检测报告如下:
本发明实施例洗衣液抑菌效果良好,经检测,实施例洗衣液(均值)对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为:99.92%,99.38%,99.95%,对螨虫的驱除和杀灭率能够达到90%以上;
对比例1洗衣液对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为:11.57%,8.82%,15.92%,对螨虫的驱除和杀灭率能够达到45.68%;
对比例3洗衣液对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为:51.53%,58.88%,65.91%,对螨虫的驱除和杀灭率能够达到75.61%;
由此可见,本发明制备的洗衣液具有显著的抑菌除螨功效。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,由基础组分、水与功能组分混合制成;所述基础组分按重量份计由以下成分制成:烷基糖苷5-7、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-5、月桂酰胺丙级氧化胺4-6、磺基琥珀酸月桂醇醚单酯二钠盐8-10、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-9、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.3、柠檬酸0.1-0.3、香精0.1-0.3、氯化钠0.1-0.3;所述功能组分由瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液再与纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土分散混合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述基础组分、水与功能组分中按重量百分比计基础组分32-34%,功能组分2.5-3%,其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液具体为:将瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶采用清水清洗干净后,将瓜蒌叶和苦茶槭叶分别粉碎至80目,将瓜蒌叶和苦茶槭叶按3:1质量比例混合均匀后,添加瓜蒌叶质量10倍清水,加热至沸腾后,保温30min,然后冷却至60℃,采用超声波处理140s,然后再以2500r/min转速搅拌25min,再自然冷却至室温,过滤,漂白,即得提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土制备方法为:将纳米硅藻土分散于去离子水中,制成质量分数为3.25%的悬浮液,然后向悬浮液中添加纳米硅藻土质量2倍的氯化钙,加热至80℃,然后以200r/min转速搅拌20min,再匀速滴加质量分数为1.2%碳酸钠溶液,直至悬浮液中氯化钙含量为0,即可,然后进行过滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,再用无水乙醇洗涤2次,最后进行真空干燥至恒重,然后进行研磨,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述功能组分由瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液再与纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土分散混合制成具体为:将所述功能组分由瓜蒌叶、苦茶槭叶混合制备提取液于纳米碳酸钙包覆纳米硅藻土按100:3的质量比例混合后,以500r/min转速搅拌均匀即可。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述具有抑菌除螨效果的洗衣液使用时,按1:250-300质量比例兑水使用,即可。
