本发明公开了一种衣物洗涤剂,涉及日化技术领域,它包括由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成的防霉抑菌功效成分10份~20份、茶树油0.5份~1份、天然沸石粉3份~10份、椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份~15份、N,N‑二乙酸‑谷氨酸3份~5份、乙氧基月桂醇醚1份~5份、海藻酸钠1份~5份、丙二醇2份~6份、氯化钠0.6份~0.8份、柠檬酸3份~5份和去离子水,与现有技术相比,本发明以黄花蒿提取青蒿素后的残渣、价格低廉且材料易得的艾叶、柚子皮和蒲公英作为防霉抑菌功效成分,成本低,对衣物具有很强的防霉抑菌功效,且经过发酵后,去污性很强,且洗涤后的衣物蓬松柔软、无静电。

[0002] 以往,洗衣液主要用于衣物的洗涤,去除衣物上的污渍,保持衣物的干净亮洁;随 着人们对健康、天然、环保理念的加强,洗衣液作为绿色、天然、易生物降解的洗涤产品而重 新受到市场的关注;随着社会的发展,人们对衣物的洗涤不再只是简单的清洁去污,希望洗 涤产品增加更多的功能。
[0003] 洗衣液是一种液态的衣物洗涤剂,适合洗涤内衣、被褥床单等重垢织物。它的水溶 性好,冷水中也能迅速溶解,充分地发挥作用。洗衣液中常加入低泡的非离子表面活性剂, 因此较易漂洗。相对洗衣粉来说,洗衣液碱性较低,性能较温和,不损伤衣物,使用更方便, 洗衣液一般选用耐硬水的非离子表面活性剂,在软硬水中都有效;因可制成中性的洗衣液 (如丝、毛洗衣液等),碱性低,故可用于洗涤丝绸、毛等纤细织物,洗出的衣物对皮肤刺激也 较小。但洗衣液的价格相对洗衣粉来说,要贵出不少。

[0005] 为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:它由如下重量份的原料组成:防 霉抑菌功效成分10份〜20份;茶树油0.5份〜1份;天然沸石粉3份〜10份;椰油脂肪酸二乙 酰胺8份〜15份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸3份〜5份;乙氧基月桂醇醚1份〜5份;海藻酸钠1份〜5 份;丙二醇2份〜6份;氯化钠0.6份〜0.8份;梓檬酸3份〜5份;去离子水80份〜90份; 所述防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成 分比例为=3:3:3:2。

[0009]本发明所说的青蒿,是我国传统药用蒿属植物黄花蒿的干燥地上部分,学名黄花 蒿,具有清热解暑、杀菌、杀虫、截虐等功效,其主要有效成分为抗疟药青蒿素和挥发油等。 挥发性成分主要是挥发油,即青蒿油,含有蒿酮、异蒿酮、桉油精、左旋樟脑、丁香烯、龙脑、 反-橙花叔醇等数十种化学成分,是油性混合物,具有一定药用功效,如消炎、止痒、避虫等。 青蒿挥发油具有清爽的芳香味,是优良的口气清洗剂。青蒿挥发油是提取青蒿素的副产品。 而黄花蒿中青蒿素含量约1.0%左右,工业提取率约9〇%,因此,对于青蒿素年产量50吨的企 业来说,黄花蒿残渣近6000吨,残渣中还含有丰富的杀菌、杀虫药效成分。
[0010] 由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果: 本发明是以黄花蒿提取青蒿素后的残渣、价格低廉且材料易得的艾叶、柚子皮和蒲公 英作为防霉抑菌功效成分,其成本低,对衣物具有很强的防霉抑菌功效,且经过发酵后,去 污性很强;由于是纯草本成分,降低洗衣液的刺激性,且洗涤后的衣物蓬松柔软、无静电。
具体实施方式

1. 一种衣物洗涤剂,其特征在于由如下重量份的原料组成: 防霉抑菌功效成分10份〜20份;茶树油0.5份〜1份;天然沸石粉3份〜10份;椰油脂肪 酸二乙酰胺8份〜15份;N,N_二乙酸_谷氨酸3份〜5份;乙氧基月桂醇醚1份〜5份;海藻酸钠 1份〜5份;丙二醇2份〜6份;氯化钠0.6份〜0.8份;柠檬酸3份〜5份;去离子水80份〜90 份; 所述防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成 分比例为=3:3:3:2。
