本发明公开了一种衣物洗涤剂,涉及日化技术领域,它包括由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成的防霉抑菌功效成分10份~20份、茶树油0.5份~1份、天然沸石粉3份~10份、椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份~15份、N,N‑二乙酸‑谷氨酸3份~5份、乙氧基月桂醇醚1份~5份、海藻酸钠1份~5份、丙二醇2份~6份、氯化钠0.6份~0.8份、柠檬酸3份~5份和去离子水,与现有技术相比,本发明以黄花蒿提取青蒿素后的残渣、价格低廉且材料易得的艾叶、柚子皮和蒲公英作为防霉抑菌功效成分,成本低,对衣物具有很强的防霉抑菌功效,且经过发酵后,去污性很强,且洗涤后的衣物蓬松柔软、无静电。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化技术领域,尤其是一种衣物洗涤剂。
背景技术
以往,洗衣液主要用于衣物的洗涤,去除衣物上的污渍,保持衣物的干净亮洁;随着人们对健康、天然、环保理念的加强,洗衣液作为绿色、天然、易生物降解的洗涤产品而重新受到市场的关注;随着社会的发展,人们对衣物的洗涤不再只是简单的清洁去污,希望洗涤产品增加更多的功能。
洗衣液是一种液态的衣物洗涤剂,适合洗涤内衣、被褥床单等重垢织物。它的水溶性好,冷水中也能迅速溶解,充分地发挥作用。洗衣液中常加入低泡的非离子表面活性剂,因此较易漂洗。相对洗衣粉来说,洗衣液碱性较低,性能较温和,不损伤衣物,使用更方便,洗衣液一般选用耐硬水的非离子表面活性剂,在软硬水中都有效;因可制成中性的洗衣液(如丝、毛洗衣液等),碱性低,故可用于洗涤丝绸、毛等纤细织物,洗出的衣物对皮肤刺激也较小。但洗衣液的价格相对洗衣粉来说,要贵出不少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种洗出的衣物既能对皮肤刺激小,价格又便宜的衣物洗涤剂。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:它由如下重量份的原料组成:防霉抑菌功效成分10份~20份;茶树油0.5份~1份;天然沸石粉 3份~10份;椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份~15份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸3份~5份;乙氧基月桂醇醚1份~5份;海藻酸钠1份~5份;丙二醇2份~6份;氯化钠 0.6份~0.8份;柠檬酸3份~5份;去离子水80份~90份;
所述防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成分比例为=3:3:3:2。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述防霉抑菌功效成分的制备方法为:将艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英放入重量份为80份~100份的水煮沸20~30分钟,去除杂质,冷却,再加入重量份为0.1份~0.5份的酵母和重量份为0.1份~1份的寡糖,搅拌均匀后,密封发酵,即得。
进一步的:所述发酵的温度为23℃~25℃,发酵的时间为20天~30天。
进一步的:所述冷却的温度为40℃~50℃。
本发明所说的青蒿,是我国传统药用蒿属植物黄花蒿的干燥地上部分,学名黄花蒿,具有清热解暑、杀菌、杀虫、截虐等功效,其主要有效成分为抗疟药青蒿素和挥发油等。挥发性成分主要是挥发油,即青蒿油,含有蒿酮、异蒿酮、桉油精、左旋樟脑、丁香烯、龙脑、反-橙花叔醇等数十种化学成分,是油性混合物,具有一定药用功效,如消炎、止痒、避虫等。青蒿挥发油具有清爽的芳香味,是优良的口气清洗剂。青蒿挥发油是提取青蒿素的副产品。而黄花蒿中青蒿素含量约1.0%左右,工业提取率约90%,因此,对于青蒿素年产量50吨的企业来说,黄花蒿残渣近6000吨,残渣中还含有丰富的杀菌、杀虫药效成分。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明是以黄花蒿提取青蒿素后的残渣、价格低廉且材料易得的艾叶、柚子皮和蒲公英作为防霉抑菌功效成分,其成本低,对衣物具有很强的防霉抑菌功效,且经过发酵后,去污性很强;由于是纯草本成分,降低洗衣液的刺激性,且洗涤后的衣物蓬松柔软、无静电。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂,它由如下重量份的原料组成:
防霉抑菌功效成分10份;茶树油0.5份;天然沸石粉 3份;椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸3份;乙氧基月桂醇醚1份;海藻酸钠1份;丙二醇2份;氯化钠 0.6份;柠檬酸3份;去离子水80份;防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成分比例为=3:3:3:2;
防霉抑菌功效成分的制备方法为:将艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英放入重量份为80份的水煮沸20分钟,去除杂质,冷却至40℃,再加入重量份为0.1份的酵母和重量份为0.1份寡糖,搅拌均匀后,在温度为23℃的环境中密封发酵,20天,即得;
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂的制备方法为:茶树油、天然沸石粉、椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺、N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸、乙氧基月桂醇醚、海藻酸钠、丙二醇、氯化钠 、柠檬酸、去离子水混合,并加热至30℃,搅拌30分钟,即可得到衣物洗涤剂。
实施例2:
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂,它由如下重量份的原料组成:
防霉抑菌功效成分20份;茶树油1份;天然沸石粉 10份;椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺15份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸5份;乙氧基月桂醇醚5份;海藻酸钠5份;丙二醇6份;氯化钠 0.8份;柠檬酸5份;去离子水90份;防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成分比例为=3:3:3:2;
防霉抑菌功效成分的制备方法为:将艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英放入重量份为100份的水煮沸30分钟,去除杂质,冷却至50℃,再加入重量份为0.5份的酵母和重量份为1份寡糖,搅拌均匀后,在温度为25℃的环境中密封发酵,30天,即得;
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂的制备方法与实施例1相同
实施例3:
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂,它由如下重量份的原料组成:
防霉抑菌功效成分15份;茶树油0.8份;天然沸石粉8份;椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺10份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸4份;乙氧基月桂醇醚3份;海藻酸钠3份;丙二醇4份;氯化钠 0.7份;柠檬酸4份;去离子水80份;防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成分比例为=3:3:3:2;
防霉抑菌功效成分的制备方法为:将艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英放入重量份为90份的水煮沸25分钟,去除杂质,冷却至40℃,再加入重量份为0.1份的酵母和重量份为0.1份寡糖,搅拌均匀后,在温度为23℃的环境中密封发酵,30天,即得;
本实施例的衣物洗涤剂的制备方法与实施例1相同
洗涤方法:
将九条上面有相同污渍、排泄渍的同款布料的裤子用来清洗,有三台相同型号的洗衣机,随机选其中一台为实验一机、第二台为实验二机,第三台为对照机,对三台洗衣机选择最少量的洗涤模式,放完水,暂停后,往实验一机里倒入5毫升的实施例1制得的洗涤剂,往实验二机里倒入5毫升的实施例2制得的洗涤剂,往对照机里倒入5毫升的普通洗涤剂,然后将九条裤子随机分成三份并随机分别放入三台洗衣机内,均匀浸泡10分钟,然后按正常模式洗涤,洗涤完毕后,从洗衣机中拿出裤子,可看出,试验一机和实验二机洗出来的裤子洁白无暇,污渍清除彻底,对照一机洗出来的裤子上还残污渍的淡淡痕迹。由此可看出,采用本发明的洗涤剂对衣物进行洗涤,洗涤出来的衣物其上的污渍99.9%去除,且该洗涤剂的有效成分成本低。

1.一种衣物洗涤剂,其特征在于由如下重量份的原料组成:
防霉抑菌功效成分10份~20份;茶树油0.5份~1份;天然沸石粉 3份~10份;椰油脂肪酸二乙酰胺8份~15份;N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸3份~5份;乙氧基月桂醇醚1份~5份;海藻酸钠1份~5份;丙二醇2份~6份;氯化钠 0.6份~0.8份;柠檬酸3份~5份;去离子水80份~90份;
所述防霉抑菌功效成分为由艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英组成,这四种功效成分比例为=3:3:3:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述防霉抑菌功效成分的制备方法为:将艾叶、黄花嵩残渣粉、柚子皮和蒲公英放入重量份为80份~100份的水煮沸20~30分钟,去除杂质,冷却,再加入重量份为0.1份~0.5份的酵母和重量份为0.1份~1份的寡糖,搅拌均匀后,密封发酵,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的衣物洗涤剂,其特征在于: 所述发酵的温度为23℃~25℃,发酵的时间为20天~30天。
4.根据权利要求2所述的衣物洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述冷却的温度为40℃~50℃。
