Abstract
本发明公开了一种低VOC含量的水性桔纹漆,包括重量份为6:1:0.6‑1的A、B和C组分;A组分:40‑60%的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、1‑2%的环保溶剂、0.1‑0.2%的中和剂、0.1‑0.2%的消泡剂、0.5‑1.0%的分散剂、15‑25%的去离子水、0.2‑1.0%的改性硅酸镁铝、1.0‑3.0%的水性触变剂、20‑30%的色浆;B组分:60‑70%的HDI固化剂和40‑30%的IPDI固化剂;C组分:30‑50%的桔纹剂、0.2‑0.5%的消泡剂、45‑70%的去离子水、1‑2%的水性触变剂、0.1‑0.3%的pH调节剂。本发明的目的是提供一种低VOC含量的桔纹效果稳定的水性桔纹漆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种低VOC含量的水性桔纹漆。
背景技术
桔纹漆是一种较新颖的美术漆,近些年来,机床行业甚是流行。所谓桔纹漆,是漆膜外表面具有像橘子皮一样的花纹,故称桔纹漆。桔纹漆多用于加工中心、数控机床、仪器、电子计算机等的涂装,使其显得更加优雅、美观。目前,桔纹漆多是溶剂型产品。而今,在国家倡导健康环保的形势下,环保型产品便成为当下研究的重心。
现有产品以溶剂型为主,需要解决油漆VOC含量高,污染严重以及现有产品反射光颜色单一不便于辨识问题;
现有溶剂型涂料,存在挥发性有机化合物含量(VOC)高问题;
现有水性产品大多为双组份产品,其在长期储存过程中,漆膜的桔纹效果会发生变化,不稳定。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种低VOC含量的桔纹效果稳定的水性桔纹漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种低VOC含量的水性桔纹漆,包括6重量份的A组分、1重量份的B和0.6-1重量份的C组分;
所述A组分包括如下质量分数的组分:
水性分散体:40-60%的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体;
助剂:1-2%的环保溶剂、0.1-0.2%的中和剂、0.1-0.2%的消泡剂、0.5-1.0%的分散剂、15-25%的去离子水、0.2-1.0%的改性硅酸镁铝、1.0-3.0%的水性触变剂、20-30%的色浆;
所述B组分包括如下质量分数的组分:
60-70%的HDI固化剂和40-30%的IPDI固化剂;
所述C组分包括如下质量分数的组分:
30-50%的桔纹剂、0.2-0.5%的消泡剂、45-70%的去离子水、1-2%的水性触变剂、0.1-0.3%的pH调节剂。
进一步的,所述水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为万华化学的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体A2033。
进一步的,所述环保助溶剂为二丙二醇甲醚,所述中和剂为二甲基乙醇胺。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为迪高的助剂Tego901W和毕克化学的BYK-024两种混合物。
进一步的,所述分散剂为毕克化学的助剂BYK-190。
进一步的,所述改性硅酸镁铝为海明斯的EW,所述水性触变剂为陶氏的RM-8W。
进一步的,所述固化剂为万华化学固化剂161和拜耳固化剂XP2759,所诉桔纹剂为美国瑞宝的Raybo66。
一种低VOC含量的水性桔纹漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照所述原料配比,将水性羟基丙烯酸分散体加入到备料锅中,以500-600r/min的速度搅拌5分钟;然后将中和剂和水的混合物加入到备料锅中,600-800r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后陆续加入消泡剂、分散剂、水性触变剂以及色浆加入备料锅中,900-1000r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,即为A组分。
(2)、按照所述原料配比,将两种固化剂混合均匀,即为B组分。
(3)、按照所述原料配比,将水性桔纹剂加入到备料锅中,以500-600r/min的速度搅拌5分钟;然后将中和剂和水的混合物加入到备料锅中,600-800r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后陆续加入消泡剂、水性触变剂加入备料锅中,900-1000r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,即为C组分;
(4)将上述A、B、C三种组分按比例混合均匀20分钟即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
1、选用水性羟基丙烯酸分散体与两种不同反应速率的水性异氰酸酯固化剂,通过常温交联固化,快干型固化剂起到初期花纹定型作用,慢干型固化剂防止了漆膜过厚引起的“痱子”问题;
2、制备的水性涂料VOC≤60g/L,气味非常低,防止污染环境;
3、通过对桔纹剂进行调配,便于桔纹剂与其他两组分的混合;
4、采用桔纹剂分开储存方式,便于其对花纹效果的控制。
具体实施方式
一种低VOC含量的水性桔纹漆,包括6重量份的A组分、1重量份的B和0.6-1重量份的C组分;
所述A组分包括如下质量分数的组分:
水性分散体:40-60%的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体;
助剂:1-2%的环保溶剂、0.1-0.2%的中和剂、0.1-0.2%的消泡剂、0.5-1.0%的分散剂、15-25%的去离子水、0.2-1.0%的改性硅酸镁铝、1.0-3.0%的水性触变剂、20-30%的色浆;
所述B组分包括如下质量分数的组分:

30-50%的桔纹剂、0.2-0.5%的消泡剂、45-70%的去离子水、1-2%的水性触变剂、0.1-0.3%的pH调节剂。

其中色浆为水性色浆,其为本领域技术人员的常规技术手段。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按照所述原料配比,将水性羟基丙烯酸分散体加入到备料锅中,以500r/min的速度搅拌5分钟;然后将中和剂和水的混合物加入到备料锅中,600r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后陆续加入消泡剂、分散剂、水性触变剂以及色浆加入备料锅中,900r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,即为A组分。
(2)、按照所述原料配比,将两种固化剂混合均匀,即为B组分。
(3)、按照所述原料配比,将水性桔纹剂加入到备料锅中,以500-600r/min的速度搅拌5分钟;然后将中和剂和水的混合物加入到备料锅中,600-800r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后陆续加入消泡剂、水性触变剂加入备料锅中,900-1000r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,即为C组分;
(4)将上述A、B、C三种组分按比例混合均匀即可。

助剂:1-2%的环保溶剂、0.1-0.2%的中和剂、0.1-0.2%的消泡剂、0.5-1.0%的分散剂、15-25%的去离子水、0.2-1.0%的改性硅酸镁铝、1.0-3.0%的水性触变剂、20-30%的色浆;
所述B组分包括如下质量分数的组分:
60-70%的HDI固化剂和40-30%的IPDI固化剂;
所述C组分包括如下质量分数的组分:

(2)、按照原料配比,将两种固化剂混合均匀,即为B组分;
(3)、按照原料配比,将水性桔纹剂加入到备料锅中,以500-600r/min的速度搅拌5分钟;然后将中和剂和水的混合物加入到备料锅中,600-800r/min的速度搅拌10分钟;然后陆续加入消泡剂、水性触变剂加入备料锅中,900-1000r/min的速度搅拌20分钟,即为C组分;
(4)、将上述A、B、C三种组分按比例混合均匀即可使用。
