本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其涉及一种高强度保温塑料。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯和聚丙烯都是常见的制造塑料的材料,但其制造的塑料往往强度很低,由于制造成本低,且质量较轻,人们经常拿来做运输用的临时舱室用墙,但是塑料的保温性能一直都不是很好,在运输保温要求较高的货物时,在其性能方面往往得不到满足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种既具有较高强度又具有良好的保温性能的塑料。
技术方案:本发明所述的高强度保温塑料,由以下质量份的物料制备:聚氨酯发泡球5-10份、聚苯乙烯10-20份、聚丙烯5-10份、纳米级填料5-10份、固着剂2-4份和消泡剂1-3份。
进一步的,所述的高强度保温塑料由以下质量份的物料制备:聚氨酯发泡球8份、聚苯乙烯15份、聚丙烯8份、纳米级填料8份、固着剂3份和消泡剂2份。
其中,所述聚氨酯发泡球的粒径为1-2mm。
所述纳米级填料为骨粉。
所述固着剂为聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:本发明的塑料既具有较高的强度,抗挤压和变形,又具有良好的保温性能。

所述纳米级填料为骨粉。
所述固着剂为聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。

一种高强度保温塑料,由以下质量份的物料制备:聚氨酯发泡球5份、聚苯乙烯10份、聚丙烯5份、纳米级填料5份、固着剂2份和消泡剂1份。
