本发明涉及农作物复合肥,具体地说是一种果树复合肥的生产方法。它将10-15份腐植酸铵、20-25份尿素、40-50份骨粉、5-10份磷酸二铵、15-20份硫酸钾、7-10份芝麻饼、1.5-2份苦土、1-1.5份硼砂、0.5-0.8酸锌、0.04-0.05份稀土、0.015-0.06份尿素增效剂;过20目筛混合搅拌均匀后,经造粒、干燥、筛选得粒状物。本发明所给出的复合肥,能够改良低产土壤理化性状,长期使用不会减退土壤的肥力,可减缓土壤板结。

本发明涉及农作物复合肥,具体地说是一种果树复合肥的生产方法。
背景技术
在农作物的生长过程中,通常需要追施一定的肥料,用来促进生长。常用无机肥料对农作物的产量增长虽有近期效果,但如长期施用会使土壤严重板结,地力逐年减退,是一种对自然资源掠夺性的生产方式,也是对自然资源恶性循环式的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的缺点,提供一种长期对农作物施用,能减轻土壤板结,肥力不会减退的复合肥料制造方法。
本发明的技术要点是:它将10-15份腐植酸铵或硝基腐植酸、20-25份尿素、40-50份骨粉、5-10份磷酸二铵、15-20份硫酸钾、7-10份芝麻饼或蓖麻籽饼、1.5-2份苦土、1-1.5份硼砂、0.5-0.8酸锌、0.04-0.05份稀土、0.015-0.06份尿素增效剂;过20目筛并在常温常压下混合搅拌均匀后,经造粒、干燥、筛选得2-10目粒状物。
本发明所给出的复合肥,由于是以腐植酸为主体,以酸化骨粉为载体,构成含有多种中量及微量元素的有机肥料。它可以克服常用无机肥料存在的缺点。能够改良低产土壤理化性状,增加土壤中的有机质含量,对果树和其他农作物病害有一定的防治作用,长期使用不会减退土壤的肥力,可减缓土壤板结。其原料来源充足,工艺简单,本长效复合肥可用于果树、蔬菜及水旱田农作物的生长发育。
实施例:
1、取腐植酸10份、尿素20份、骨粉40份、碳酸二铵5份、硫酸钾15份、芝麻饼7份、苦土1.5份、硼砂1份、硫酸锌0.5份、稀土0.04份,尿素增效剂0.015份,将上述原料分别过20目筛,通过粉碎机粉碎后,经传送带入混合器中混合均匀,然后连续进圆盘造粒机,同时视情况喷水,在盘上滚动粘结成粒,借离心力从盘下侧溢出,流入干燥器,冷却后的物料经双层筛网振动筛筛选得2-6目颗状物。符合国家标准ZBG21002-87。
2、所用原料为:硝基腐植酸15份、尿素25份、骨粉50份、磷酸二铵10份、硫酸钾20份、蓖麻籽饼10份、苦土2份、硼砂1.5份、硫酸锌0.8份、稀土0.05份、尿素增效剂0.06份,将其分别过20目筛,在常温常压下按配比混合搅拌均匀,造粒、干燥并筛选得7-10目颗粒成品。在筛选过程中,对于不能过筛的大颗粒及细小粒,重新粉碎返回造粒机。
