Abstract
The invention relates to a transverse stabilizer bar for independent suspension, which comprises a U-shaped bar body and a stabilizer bar bracket, wherein two ends of the bar body are respectively provided with a connecting rod which is vertically downwards connected with a lower swing arm and adjusts the distance between the lower swing arm and the suspension bracket; the connecting rod all includes connecting bolt pole, is located connecting rod upper limit on connecting bolt pole upper portion, is located connecting rod lower limit of connecting bolt pole lower part. The invention has the function of a stabilizer bar; the fine adjustment function of the vehicle body height is realized by adjusting the relative positions of the adjustable connecting rod and the spline relative to the spline sleeve, and other vehicle body height adjusting structures can be replaced; the suspension post can provide a certain supporting force due to the structure of the suspension post, so that the running danger caused by the sudden failure of the suspension post can be prevented.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a transverse stabilizer bar installed on an automobile, in particular to a transverse stabilizer bar for independent suspension.
Background
In order to obtain good ride quality, the suspension stiffness of the vehicle is usually designed to be low, and the vehicle body generates great lateral roll and lateral angular vibration during steering during high-speed running. To reduce this lateral tilt, a stabilizer bar is often added to the suspension, with the most used being a bar stabilizer bar.
The stabilizer bar of the existing automobile independent suspension system has only a single function of automobile running stability; the height of the whole vehicle can be adjusted only through an air bag or other independent lifting mechanisms, so that the cost is high, the occupied space is large, and the weight is large; at present, an independent suspension transverse stabilizer bar integrating a stabilizer bar function and a vehicle body height fine adjustment function does not exist.

The invention aims to provide an independent suspension transverse stabilizer bar which can play a role of stabilizing and finely adjusting the height of a vehicle body.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the stabilizer bar comprises a U-shaped bar body and stabilizer bar brackets limiting the two ends of the U-shaped bottom of the bar body on a suspension bracket, wherein the stabilizer bar brackets are fixed on the suspension bracket, and the two ends of the bar body are respectively provided with a connecting rod which is vertically downwards connected with a lower swing arm and adjusts the distance between the lower swing arm and the suspension bracket;
the connecting rod all includes connecting bolt pole, is located connecting rod upper limit on connecting bolt pole upper portion, is located connecting rod lower limit of connecting bolt pole lower part. By the design, the stabilizer bar plays a role in stabilizing the car body, and meanwhile, the distance between the lower swing arm and the suspension bracket can be adjusted through the connecting rod, so that the height of the car body is adjusted.
Further, the rod body is divided into a right torsion rod and a left Duan Niuli rod, and the end parts of the right torsion rod and the left Duan Niuli rod (5) at the butt joint position are respectively provided with a spline; the suspension bracket is also provided with a spline sleeve (4) for connecting the two splines into a whole, and the spline sleeve is fixed on the suspension bracket through the spline sleeve bracket. By means of the design, the height of the vehicle body is adjusted through the angle of the spline rotary rod body, the stability of the vehicle body is improved through the spline sleeve support, and meanwhile the vehicle body can be prevented from suddenly falling due to sudden failure of the suspension support.
Further, a shaft sleeve which enables the connecting rod to rotate around the circumference of the end part of the stabilizer bar is arranged in the connecting rod. By means of the design, the connecting rod is guaranteed to be vertically and downwards connected with the lower swing arm all the time.
Further, the length of the spline is 20-30 mm, and the spline is provided with 15-20 groups of teeth. So designed, a more optimal fine tuning of body height.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the stabilizer has the function of a stabilizer bar; the fine adjustment function of the vehicle body height is realized by adjusting the relative positions of the adjustable connecting rod and the spline relative to the spline sleeve, and other vehicle body height adjusting structures can be replaced; the suspension post can provide a certain supporting force due to the structure of the suspension post, so that the running danger caused by the sudden failure of the suspension post can be prevented.
The invention has the advantages of simple structure, multiple functions, low cost and small occupied space.

As shown in fig. 1-3, taking an example that an independent suspension stabilizer bar is mounted on an automobile, the independent suspension stabilizer bar comprises a U-shaped bar body and stabilizer bar brackets 6 limiting two ends of the U-shaped bottom of the bar body on a suspension bracket 2, wherein the stabilizer bar brackets 6 are fixed on the suspension bracket 2, and two ends of the bar body are respectively provided with a connecting rod 8 vertically downwards connected with a lower swing arm 1 and adjusting the distance between the lower swing arm 1 and the suspension bracket 2; the connecting rods 8 comprise connecting bolt rods 11, connecting rod upper limit positions 10 located on the upper portions of the connecting bolt rods 11 and connecting rod lower limit positions 12 located on the lower portions of the connecting bolt rods 11.
The rod body is divided into a right torsion rod 3 and a left Duan Niuli rod 5, and the end parts of the right torsion rod 3 and the left Duan Niuli rod 5 at the butt joint position are respectively provided with a spline 9; the suspension bracket 2 is also provided with a spline sleeve 4 for connecting two splines 9 into a whole, and the spline sleeve 4 is fixed on the suspension bracket 2 through a spline sleeve bracket 7. A shaft sleeve which enables the connecting rod 8 to rotate around the circumference of the end part of the stabilizer bar is arranged in the connecting rod. The spline 9 has a length of 25mm and the spline 9 has 15 sets of teeth. The length of the connecting rod 8 is 20mm.
The specific using method comprises the following steps:
in a static state, the angle of the lower swing arm relative to the plane of the frame is changed by adjusting the relative positions of the upper limit of the connecting rod and the lower limit of the connecting rod on the connecting bolt rod, so that the height of the vehicle body is finely adjusted, and the distance of 5mm is finely adjusted at maximum; the right torsion bar and the left Duan Niuli bar can be pulled out from the spline sleeve fixed on the suspension bracket, and then are inserted into the spline sleeve to change the angle of the lower swing arm relative to the plane of the frame according to a given scheme after rotating clockwise or anticlockwise by a certain angle, so that the height of the vehicle body can be adjusted, and the distance of 10mm can be adjusted every 20 DEG;
when the suspension post (air bag or coil spring) suddenly fails, the right torsion bar and the left Duan Niuli bar are hard connected to the suspension bracket through the spline sleeve, and the right torsion bar and the left Duan Niuli bar can react to torque to apply to the lower swing arm, so that the vehicle body is ensured not to suddenly descend due to the sudden failure of the suspension post, and the sudden failure function of the suspension post is realized.
