the steel rail does not contact with the encoder measuring wheel 142-1 to slide from above the encoder measuring wheel, the pressing wheel 141-1 is pressed down, the lifting wheel 144-1 movably connected with the pressing wheel 141-1 is lifted, the encoder measuring wheel 142-1 is driven to lift up on the bottom surface of the steel rail, the encoder measuring wheel 142-1 rotates along with the sliding of the steel rail, and the encoder 142-2 measures the length of the sliding steel rail by recording the number of turns of the encoder measuring wheel.
In addition, it is preferable that the bracket 145-1 of the slide rail mechanism 145 is integrally formed with the bottom surface of the third bearing seat 143-4 of the swing link mechanism 143, that is, the bottom surface of the third bearing seat 143-4 may be in a "T" shape, an "L" shape, or an "F" shape.
In still another embodiment, the first length measuring mechanism 140 and/or the second length measuring mechanism 190 further includes a support stand 146 for placing the lower pressing wheel set 141, the lifting wheel set 144, the swing rod mechanism 143 and the encoder measuring set 142, and preferably, the support stand 146 is a telescopic stand, and the height of the support stand 146 is adjusted.
Preferably, the first length measuring mechanism 140 and/or the second length measuring mechanism 190 further comprises a cushion block 147, which is placed between the support stand 146 and the lifting wheel set 144 or between the third bearing seat 143-4 and the lifting wheel set 146 or below the encoder measuring wheel set 142, and is used for cushioning the lifting wheel set 144 or the encoder measuring wheel set 142, and the initial height of the lifting wheel set 144 or the encoder measuring wheel set 142 can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the cushion block 147.
In still another embodiment, the encoder measurement set 142 of the second length measuring mechanism 190 further includes a travel switch 142-6 disposed on the opposite side of the encoder measurement wheel facing the pressing wheel, and having a set distance from the encoder measurement wheel, when the rail leaves the travel switch 142-6, the encoder stops counting, preventing the encoder measurement wheel from idling due to inertia when the rail leaves the encoder measurement wheel, thereby causing inaccurate rail length measurement, preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom surface of the second bearing seat 142-3 of the encoder measurement set 142 is L-shaped, one end of which is provided with the encoder measurement wheel 142-1, and the other end of which is provided with the travel switch 142-6, and the initial height of the travel switch 142-6 is lower than that of the rail.
The first length measurement mechanism 140 may or may not include the travel switch 142-6.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the encoder measurement wheel set 142 further includes a support base plate 142-4 and a plurality of springs 142-5 installed between the support base plate 142-4 and the second bearing plate 142-3, so that the encoder measurement wheel 142-1 can be pressed against the bottom surface of the rail.
In the first length measuring mechanism 140 and/or the second length measuring mechanism 190, the height of the encoder measuring wheel is lower than the bottom surface of the steel rail, the encoder measuring wheel is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the steel rail through the lower pressing wheel, compared with the mode of measuring the length of the steel rail by adopting a steel rail installed encoder, before the lower pressing wheel contacts with the steel rail, the encoder measuring wheel is not impacted by the front section of the steel rail, but is slowly attached to the steel rail through the rising of the lower side of the steel rail, so that the damage of the encoder measuring wheel caused by the impact can be avoided, the service life of the encoder measuring wheel is prolonged, the measuring precision of the encoder is ensured, and the measuring precision of steel rail measurement is improved.
In addition, in the first length measuring mechanism 140 and/or the second length measuring mechanism 190, the lower pressing wheel is adopted to drive the lifting wheel to lift, the lifting wheel lifts to drive the encoder measuring wheel to press the measuring mode of measuring the length of the steel rail on the bottom surface of the steel rail, so that the collision and damage of the encoder measuring wheel caused by the impact of the transverse displacement and the vertical displacement generated when the encoder measuring wheel group moves vertically to the encoder measuring wheel due to the fact that the encoder measuring wheel group is directly and movably connected with the lower pressing wheel group are avoided, the service life of the encoder measuring wheel is prolonged, the measuring precision is improved, the automation degree is improved, the cost is low, and the method is provided for upgrading the automation industry and improving the production efficiency and the safety.

1. The automatic blanking measurement system for rail sawing comprises a material conveying frame for conveying rails, and is characterized by further comprising a first limiting mechanism, a first guiding mechanism and a first length measuring mechanism, wherein,
the first limiting mechanism is arranged on one side of the material conveying frame, close to the steel rail inlet, and is used for limiting the horizontal position of the steel rail on the material conveying frame relative to the first guiding mechanism so that the steel rail can enter the first guiding mechanism;
the first guide mechanism is arranged between the first limit mechanism and the sawing equipment and is of a conical structure with an inlet larger than an outlet, the inlet of the first guide mechanism faces the first limit mechanism, and the outlet of the first guide mechanism faces the inlet of the sawing equipment;
the first length measuring mechanism is arranged between the outlet of the first guiding mechanism and the inlet of the sawing device or between the outlet of the first guiding mechanism and the inlet of the sawing device and is used for measuring the extension length of the steel rail relative to the cutting member of the sawing device, when the extension length reaches the set length, the sawing device cuts the steel rail,
the first length measuring mechanism comprises a pressing wheel set, an encoder measuring set and a swing rod mechanism, wherein,
the lower pressing wheel set and the encoder measuring set are movably connected through a swing rod mechanism, the lower pressing wheel set comprises a lower pressing wheel and a first bearing seat, the lower pressing wheel is arranged on the first bearing seat, and the height of the lower pressing wheel is higher than the bottom surface of the steel rail;
the encoder measuring set comprises an encoder measuring wheel, an encoder and a second bearing, wherein the encoder measuring wheel is arranged on the second bearing, the height of the encoder measuring wheel is lower than the bottom surface of the steel rail, and the encoder measuring wheel is coaxially connected with the encoder;
the swing rod mechanism comprises a swing rod, a shaft sleeve, a guide rod and a third bearing seat, one end of the swing rod is connected with the first bearing seat, the other end of the swing rod is connected with the shaft sleeve, one end of the guide rod is connected with the shaft sleeve, the other end of the guide rod is connected with the second bearing seat, and the shaft sleeve is arranged on the third bearing seat;
the steel rail enters from one side of the encoder measurement set, slides out from one side of the lower pressing wheel set, and slides above the encoder measurement wheel without contacting the encoder measurement wheel, and the pressing wheel is pressed down, so that the pressure of the encoder measurement wheel movably connected with the lower pressing wheel is increased on the bottom surface of the steel rail, the encoder measurement wheel rotates along with the sliding of the steel rail, and the encoder measures the length of the sliding steel rail by recording the number of turns of the encoder measurement wheel.

The automated steel rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 1, wherein the first limiting mechanism comprises a mechanical arm, a connecting slide block, a guide arm and a proximity switch arranged on the guide arm, wherein the mechanical arm is L-shaped, one end hooks a steel rail, the other end slides on the guide arm through the connecting slide block, so that the steel rail correspondingly slides on a material conveying frame, when the steel rail reaches a horizontal position capable of entering the first guide mechanism, the mechanical arm triggers the proximity switch, and the mechanical arm stops moving, so that the position of the steel rail is limited.

The automatic blanking measurement system of steel rail sawing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a limit rolling stop block, comprising a bracket, a connecting rod and a roller, wherein one end of the bracket, which is in contact with the material conveying frame, is provided with a sliding groove, the distance of the roller towards the steel rail is adjusted through the sliding groove, the other end of the bracket is provided with the connecting rod, the connecting rod is surrounded by the roller, and the steel rail is limited through rolling contact of the roller and the steel rail.
4. The automated rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 3, further comprising a second limit mechanism disposed between the first limit mechanism and the first guide mechanism, including at least one limit rolling stop.
5. The automated rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 3, wherein the first guide mechanism includes a plurality of pairs of limit rolling stops arranged in a tapered shape along both sides of the rail.

The automated steel rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 1, further comprising a second length measuring mechanism disposed at an outlet of the sawing device for measuring a length of the cut steel rail, the second length measuring mechanism being identical in structure to the first length measuring mechanism.
7. The automated steel rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 1, wherein the encoder measurement set further includes a travel switch disposed on an opposite side of the encoder measurement wheel from the pinch wheel, the encoder measurement wheel having a set distance from the encoder measurement wheel, the encoder stopping counting when a steel rail leaves the travel switch.
8. The rail sawing automatic blanking measurement system according to claim 1, further comprising a control unit for controlling a conveying speed at which the rail is conveyed by the carriage, wherein the conveying speed is slowed down when the first length measuring mechanism measures that the extension length of the rail with respect to the cutting member of the sawing device reaches a set proportion of a set length; and stopping conveying when the extending length reaches the set length.
9. The automated steel rail sawing blanking measurement system of claim 1, further comprising a second guiding mechanism disposed outside an outlet of the sawing device for guiding the cut steel rail.
