技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种柠檬氨基酸洗发液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,对洗发水的质量要求也越来越高,特别是加上日趋严重的环境污染,头皮上的真菌越来越多,导致头皮各种病状,如头皮屑过多,头发干枯,脱发等。如今,于营养护发,有效防止头屑真菌感染的洗发液产品越来越得到广大消费者的喜爱。
市面上有各种品牌的洗发水,去屑止痒,柔顺等,特别是有头屑的人群要选用去屑较好的洗发水,但是这些洗发水刚开始用还比较有效,时间长了就根本不管用了,原因是化学去屑仅仅停留在头皮表面进行清洁,不能彻底根除头皮的真菌感染,根除头屑,反而化学成分留在头皮表面上,造成头皮的进一步刺激和伤害,加重头皮真菌感染,头痒、干燥、头屑越来越重。
柠檬是世界上最有药用价值的水果之一,它富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、香豆精、高量钾元素和低量钠元素。
而现有洗发水产品中,并没有出现将柠檬氨基酸与洗发水相结合的技术,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种柠檬氨基酸洗发液及其制备方法,其不仅可以使头屑减少,头发乌黑发亮,还能加强头发弹性;其制备方法步骤简单,所需成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种柠檬氨基酸洗发液,按重量份数计,其原料包括柠檬汁10~60份、EDTA二钠0.01~1份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~10份、椰油脂酰基谷氨酸TEA盐10~40份、椰油酰胺基丙酸TEA盐10~40份、PEG-20甲基葡糖三异硬脂酸脂0.1~3份、PCA纳1~10份、乳酸钠0.01~1份、精氨酸0.01~0.1份、天冬氨酸0.01~1份、吡咯烷酮羧酸0.01~0.1份、甘氨酸0.01~1份、丙氨酸0.01~1份、丝氨酸0.01~1份、缬氨酸0.01~1份、脯氨酸0.01~1份、苏氨酸0.01~1份、异亮氨酸0.01~1份、组氨酸0.01~1份、苯丙氨酸0.01~1份、香精0.1~0.4份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份,余量为水。
一种柠檬氨基酸洗发液的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)清洗消毒好制备所用容器,再挑选新鲜柠檬10~60份,加入70~90份水中加温至80~85℃,保温1小时,得粗步柠檬汁浓缩液,再把制得浓缩液高温蒸馏,萃取其有限成分得精制柠檬汁浓缩液液备用;
(2)将0.01~1份的EDTA二钠、2~10份的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10~40份的椰油脂酰基谷氨酸TEA盐和10~40份的椰油酰胺基丙酸TEA盐放入容器内,加热至80~85℃,开启搅拌使其完全溶解均匀;
(3)降温至65-70℃,加入0.1~3份的PEG-20甲基葡糖三异硬脂酸脂,保温搅拌十分钟,开始降温;
(4)继续搅拌使温度降至50℃以下,依次加入预溶好的1~10份PCA纳、0.01~0.1份乳酸钠、0.01~0.1份精氨酸、0.01~0.1份天冬氨酸、0.01~0.1份吡咯烷酮羧酸、0.01~0.1份甘氨酸、0.01~0.1份丙氨酸、0.01~0.1份丝氨酸、0.01~0.1份缬氨酸、0.01~0.1份脯氨酸、0.01~0.1份苏氨酸、0.01~0.1份异亮氨酸、0.01~0.1份组氨酸和0.01~0.1份苯丙氨酸,再搅拌均匀;
(5)当温度降到45℃以下时,再依次加入10~60份柠檬汁、0.1~0.4份香精、0.1~0.5份防腐剂和余量水,搅拌三十分钟即可。

(3)降温至68℃,加入2份的PEG-20甲基葡糖三异硬脂酸脂,保温搅拌十分钟,开始降温;
(4)继续搅拌使温度降至50℃以下,依次加入预溶好的5份PCA纳、0.05份乳酸钠、0.05份精氨酸、0.05份天冬氨酸、0.05份吡咯烷酮羧酸、0.05份甘氨酸、0.05份丙氨酸、0.05份丝氨酸、0.05份缬氨酸、0.05份脯氨酸、0.05份苏氨酸、0.05份异亮氨酸、0.05份组氨酸和0.05份苯丙氨酸,再搅拌均匀;
(5)当温度降到45℃以下时,再依次加入30份柠檬汁、0.3份香精、0.3份防腐剂和余量水,搅拌三十分钟即可。

(3)降温至70℃,加入3份的PEG-20甲基葡糖三异硬脂酸脂,保温搅拌十分钟,开始降温;
(4)继续搅拌使温度降至50℃以下,依次加入预溶好的10份PCA纳、0.1份乳酸钠、0.1份精氨酸、0.1份天冬氨酸、0.1份吡咯烷酮羧酸、0.1份甘氨酸、0.1份丙氨酸、0.1份丝氨酸、0.1份缬氨酸、0.1份脯氨酸、0.1份苏氨酸、0.1份异亮氨酸、0.1份组氨酸和0.1份苯丙氨酸,再搅拌均匀;
(5)当温度降到45℃以下时,再依次加入60份柠檬汁、0.4份香精、0.5份防腐剂和余量水,搅拌三十分钟即可。
本发明的使用效果实验:
本研究通过100名自愿者连续试用1年,考察该柠檬氨基酸洗发液各方面的效果。测试项目评分标准为:非常满意5分,满意4分,一般3分,不满意2分,非常不满意1分。其中普通组为普通洗发水。
其中,柠檬是世界上最有药用价值的水果之一,它富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、香豆精、高量钾元素和低量钠元素。
