Abstract
本发明提出了一种乌发护发素组合物及其制备方法,属于日化用品技术领域,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球10‑20份、茶树精油2‑5份、营养料5‑10份、羊脂膏2‑7份、液体石蜡30‑40份、抗氧剂1‑2份、表面活性剂2‑8份、甘油1‑5份、水50‑100份。本发明的乌发护发素没有添加化学成分,无毒副作用,长期使用本发明产品,还能产生黑色素,使白发变黑,能够防止头发脱落、去屑、消炎、止痒,还可以治疗由于气血不足引起脱发、白发等症,使落发重生,白发返黑,滋润发质,对于脱发和白发的防治效果较好,具有固发、护发、杀灭各种细菌、真菌引起的瘙痒以及去头屑等良好的功效。

本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种乌发护发素组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体不同部位的毛发分布形式完全不同,毛发主要是头发,另外还有眉毛、睫毛、汗毛和腋毛等。头发有一定的防御和保持体温的功能,但对于人类来说,更重要的是毛发可以作为人的第二性征,并且有很强的修饰功能,具有可塑性、选择性和装饰性等特点,对人类头面部、肩颈部以至整个体态具有协调作用。人的头发多少受遗传因素的影响,但日常护理不当以及头发的各种疾病也会造成头发伤害或头发脱落,因而会不同程度地影响人的容貌和精神。
毛发的主要化学成分是硬质蛋白质,这种蛋白质是由胱氨酸等18种氨基酸所组成。毛发就是由这些氨基酸通过氢链、盐链和二硫链结合缠绕而成的天然高分子纤维,坚韧而富有弹性,并具有曲折后又能立即恢复原状的特性。因其氢链对水的耐受性差,盐链对碱的耐受力差,一旦水和碱将这些键链切断后其复原能力就会降低,失去正常弹性,但在干燥或变成酸性后,被切断的键链又会恢复。二硫键与氢键、盐键相比,其耐受力要强,在常温下一般不受水、碱的影响。烫发就是先将毛发的氢键和盐键切断,再将二硫键切断,从而使毛发柔软并形成波浪,然后再将这三种键修复。毛发除含有硬质蛋白质以外,尚含有水分、脂肪、氮、硫以及黑色素,并含有多种金属元素,如钙、钠、钾、锌、铜、铁、锰等。
头发是人体微量元素代谢的“录像带”,头发中某些微量元素的含量是血液中的10-1000倍,分析头发可知身体微量元素的代谢真实情况、分析头发35种元素、告知性别、年龄可以知:免疫、微循环、气、血、肝、肾、脾、血压、血糖、血粘度、血沉、血小板、肌肉、毛发、骨、性功能、心脑供血、血管、记忆、乳房、前列腺、孕、育等状况。
随着生活水平提高、人们对美的追求也不断提高,但是随着人们年龄的增大,以及生活节奏加快,生活压力加大、营养不足、先天遗传、后天疾病等原因造成的老年白发,特别是青年和少年白发,给人们带来很多烦恼,人们迫切的希望将白发染成黑发,以体现青春活力。
目前的染发剂多数都含有化学成分,对人体的毒副作用很大,人们更青睐天然的染发剂,但是,目前使用的或者是文献公布的中药染发剂仍然有很多不尽如人意的地方。如中国发明专利ZL02136428.1记载的以丁香为渗透剂的非氧化永久型中药染黑发水,它分为二剂,一剂是染料剂,一齐是显色剂,染发水虽不含化学颜料,不含双氧水,解决了过敏人群染发的问题,但染发时间长,需要两次加温,操作繁琐,需要到理发店,价格昂贵。而中国发明专利CN101062004记载的一种中草药植物染发剂及其制备方法,虽染发时间短、操作简单,但它是在使用者使用后,在头发表面形成黑色保护薄膜,黑色持续时间短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种乌发护发素组合物及其制备方法,没有添加化学成分,无毒副作用,长期使用本发明产品,还能产生黑色素,使白发变黑,能够防止头发脱落、去屑、消炎、止痒,还可以治疗由于气血不足引起脱发、白发等症,使落发重生,白发返黑,滋润发质,对于脱发和白发的防治效果较好,具有固发、护发、杀灭各种细菌、真菌引起的瘙痒以及去头屑等良好的功效。

本发明提供一种乌发护发素组合物,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球10-20份、茶树精油2-5份、营养料5-10份、羊脂膏2-7份、液体石蜡30-40份、抗氧剂1-2份、表面活性剂2-8份、甘油1-5份、水50-100份;
所述中药乌发缓释微球由以下原料按重量份制备而成:川穹5-10份、何首乌2-7份、北升麻1-5份、凤仙花2-5份、茜草3-6份、金缕梅1-3份、女贞子2-4份、烟酸维生素E酯0.05-0.1份、阿魏酸0.1-0.3份、维生素H 0.01-0.05份、氯化钙1-2份、海藻酸钠2-4份、乳化剂A 0.1-0.5份、乳化剂B 0.5-1份、食用油30-50份;
所述乳化剂A选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钾中的一种或者几种的组合;
所述乳化剂B选自聚甘油脂肪酸酯或司盘-80中的一种或两种的组合;
所述食用油选自花生油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、玉米油、大豆油、橄榄油、亚麻籽油、蓖麻油中的一种或几种的组合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球12-18份、茶树精油3-4份、营养料6-9份、羊脂膏3-6份、液体石蜡32-38份、抗氧剂1.2-1.8份、表面活性剂4-6份、甘油2-4份、水70-80份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球15份、茶树精油3.5份、营养料7份、羊脂膏5份、液体石蜡35份、抗氧剂1.5份、表面活性剂5份、甘油3份、水75份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述中药乌发缓释微球由以下方法制备而成:
S1.中药液的提取:按比例称取川穹、何首乌、北升麻、凤仙花、茜草、金缕梅、女贞子分别洗净、干燥、粉碎至100-200目,浸泡在水中1-2h后,微波加热至沸腾,提取2-4h后,过滤,得到滤液与滤渣,将滤渣重复提取1次,合并2次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为2-2.5,得到中药液;
S2.水相的配制:将乳化剂A配制成2-5wt%的水溶液,将海藻酸钠配制成0.5-3%的水溶液,将乳化剂A溶液加入海藻酸钠溶液中,并加入步骤S1制得的中药液、阿魏酸、维生素H、烟酸维生素E酯,搅拌均匀,得到水相;
S3.氯化钙固化剂的配制:将氯化钙配制成15-30wt%的水溶液;
S4.油相的配制:将乳化剂B加入食用油中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤S3制得的氯化钙固化剂,超声搅拌均匀,得到油相;
S5.快速膜乳化:将步骤S2制得的水相加入步骤S4制得的油相中,磁力搅拌均匀,得到混合液,选择孔隙在0.2-1μm之间的SPG膜,然后将混合液放进装置中,进行快速膜乳化1-3次,得到乳液;
S6.固化:将步骤S5制得的乳液至于40-70℃进行固化1-3h;
S7.冷冻干燥:将步骤S6固化后的乳液冷冻干燥12-36h,得到中药乌发缓释微球。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述微波功率为400-1000W;所述超声功率为1000-2000W。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗氧剂选自亚磷酸三异癸酯、二氢喹啉、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯、亚磷酸三辛酯、亚磷酸三异癸酯、亚磷酸三(十二碳醇)酯和亚磷酸三(十六碳醇)酯中的一种或几种组合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述表面活性剂选自吐温-80、司盘-80、卡波姆、脂肪酸皂、卵磷脂、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十六烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸钠、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、C12-C14烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化钠。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸5-10份、维生素C1-3份、维生素B120.5-1份、二甲基砜2-5份、蛋氨酸1-3份。
本发明进一步保护一种上述乌发护发素组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、抗氧剂和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入表面活性剂、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至35-50℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,高速乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述高速乳化的转速为15000-20000r/min。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明添加的中药乌发缓释微球中含有中药液等营养成分,中药液中提取出来的异阿魏酸、指甲花醌、羟基蒽醌、阿魏酸等营养物质,直接作用与头发可进行染色、乌发,着色牢固,色泽鲜艳,不刺激头皮,可以促进毛发髓质中黑色素颗粒的生成,天然无副作用,同时添加的烟酸维生素E酯与维生素H进行配伍,促进透皮对营养物质的吸收;将营养成分进行包裹制备成缓释微球,添加在乌发护发素中,不仅可以提高营养成分的保质期,还能够起到长效释放营养物质的效果,实现长期乌发的功能;
本发明还添加了包括半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、二甲基砜等的营养料,该营养料中不仅包含了含硫氨基酸(半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸)、含硫化合物(二甲基砜)、抗氧化物质(维生素C)以及促进皮毛生长维生素(维生素B12)等,均能够促进头皮健康生长,促进毛发生成,促进黑色素的合成;

原料组成(重量份):川穹5份、何首乌2份、北升麻1份、凤仙花2份、茜草3份、金缕梅1份、女贞子2份、烟酸维生素E酯0.05份、阿魏酸0.1份、维生素H 0.01份、氯化钙1份、海藻酸钠2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.5份、大豆油30份;
由以下方法制备而成:
S1.中药液的提取:按比例称取川穹、何首乌、北升麻、凤仙花、茜草、金缕梅、女贞子分别洗净、干燥、粉碎至100目,浸泡在水中1h后,微波加热至沸腾,微波功率为400W,提取2h后,过滤,得到滤液与滤渣,将滤渣重复提取1次,合并2次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为2,得到中药液;
S2.水相的配制:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠配制成2wt%的水溶液,将海藻酸钠配制成0.5wt%的水溶液,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液加入海藻酸钠溶液中,并加入步骤S1制得的中药液、阿魏酸、维生素H、烟酸维生素E酯,搅拌均匀,得到水相;
S3.氯化钙固化剂的配制:将氯化钙配制成15wt%的水溶液;
S4.油相的配制:将聚甘油脂肪酸酯加入大豆油中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤S3制得的氯化钙固化剂,超声搅拌均匀,超声功率为1000W,得到油相;
S5.快速膜乳化:将步骤S2制得的水相加入步骤S4制得的油相中,磁力搅拌均匀,得到混合液,选择孔隙在0.2μm的SPG膜,然后将混合液放进装置中,进行快速膜乳化1次,得到乳液;
S6.固化:将步骤S5制得的乳液至于40℃进行固化1h;
S7.冷冻干燥:将步骤S6固化后的乳液冷冻干燥12h,得到中药乌发缓释微球。
制备例2中药乌发缓释微球
原料组成(重量份):川穹10份、何首乌7份、北升麻5份、凤仙花5份、茜草6份、金缕梅3份、女贞子4份、烟酸维生素E酯0.1份、阿魏酸0.3份、维生素H 0.05份、氯化钙2份、海藻酸钠4份、十八烷基磺酸钠0.5份、司盘-801份、菜籽油50份;
由以下方法制备而成:
S1.中药液的提取:按比例称取川穹、何首乌、北升麻、凤仙花、茜草、金缕梅、女贞子分别洗净、干燥、粉碎至200目,浸泡在水中2h后,微波加热至沸腾,微波功率为1000W,提取4h后,过滤,得到滤液与滤渣,将滤渣重复提取1次,合并2次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为2.5,得到中药液;
S2.水相的配制:将十八烷基磺酸钠配制成5wt%的水溶液,将海藻酸钠配制成3wt%的水溶液,将十八烷基磺酸钠溶液加入海藻酸钠溶液中,并加入步骤S1制得的中药液、阿魏酸、维生素H、烟酸维生素E酯,搅拌均匀,得到水相;
S3.氯化钙固化剂的配制:将氯化钙配制成30wt%的水溶液;
S4.油相的配制:将司盘-80加入菜籽油中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤S3制得的氯化钙固化剂,超声搅拌均匀,超声功率为2000W,得到油相;
S5.快速膜乳化:将步骤S2制得的水相加入步骤S4制得的油相中,磁力搅拌均匀,得到混合液,选择孔隙在1μm的SPG膜,然后将混合液放进装置中,进行快速膜乳化3次,得到乳液;

由以下方法制备而成:
S1.中药液的提取:按比例称取川穹、何首乌、北升麻、凤仙花、茜草、金缕梅、女贞子分别洗净、干燥、粉碎至200目,浸泡在水中2h后,微波加热至沸腾,微波功率为1000W,提取4h后,过滤,得到滤液与滤渣,将滤渣重复提取1次,合并2次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为2.5,得到中药液;

原料组成(重量份):制备例1制得的中药乌发缓释微球15份、茶树精油3.5份、营养料7份、羊脂膏5份、液体石蜡35份、亚磷酸三异癸酯1.5份、卡波姆5份、甘油3份、水75份。营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸7份、维生素C 2份、维生素B12 0.7份、二甲基砜3.5份、蛋氨酸2份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、亚磷酸三异癸酯和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入卡波姆、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至42℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,转速为17500r/min乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
实施例2乌发护发素组合物
原料组成(重量份):制备例1制得的中药乌发缓释微球20份、茶树精油5份、营养料10份、羊脂膏7份、液体石蜡40份、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯2份、吐温-80 8份、甘油5份、水100份。营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸10份、维生素C 3份、维生素B12 1份、二甲基砜5份、蛋氨酸3份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;

实施例3乌发护发素组合物
原料组成(重量份):制备例2制得的中药乌发缓释微球12份、茶树精油3份、营养料6份、羊脂膏3份、液体石蜡32份、亚磷酸三异癸酯1.2份、十六烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸钠4份、甘油2份、水70份。营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸7份、维生素C1.5份、维生素B12 0.6份、二甲基砜3份、蛋氨酸1.5份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、亚磷酸三异癸酯和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入十六烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸钠、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至40℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,转速为16000r/min乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
实施例4乌发护发素组合物
原料组成(重量份):制备例2制得的中药乌发缓释微球18份、茶树精油4份、营养料9份、羊脂膏6份、液体石蜡38份、亚磷酸三(十二碳醇)酯1.8份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化钠6份、甘油4份、水80份。营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸9份、维生素C 2.5份、维生素B12 0.9份、二甲基砜4份、蛋氨酸2.5份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、亚磷酸三(十二碳醇)酯和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入双十八烷基二甲基氯化钠、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至45℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,转速为19000r/min乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
实施例5乌发护发素组合物
原料组成(重量份):制备例2制得的中药乌发缓释微球15份、茶树精油3.5份、营养料7份、羊脂膏5份、液体石蜡35份、亚磷酸三异癸酯1.5份、卡波姆5份、甘油3份、水75份。营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸7份、维生素C 2份、维生素B12 0.7份、二甲基砜3.5份、蛋氨酸2份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、亚磷酸三异癸酯和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入卡波姆、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至42℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,转速为17500r/min乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
对比例1
与实施例5相比,中药乌发缓释微球替换为对比制备例1制得的混合料,其他条件均不改变。
对比例2
与实施例5相比,中药乌发缓释微球由对比制备例2制得,其他条件均不改变。
对比例3
与实施例5相比,中药乌发缓释微球由对比制备例3制得,其他条件均不改变。
对比例4
与实施例5相比,营养料中未添加半胱氨酸,其他条件均不改变。
营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:维生素C 2份、维生素B12 0.7份、二甲基砜10.5份、蛋氨酸2份。
对比例5
与实施例5相比,营养料中未添加二甲基砜,其他条件均不改变。
营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸10.5份、维生素C 2份、维生素B120.7份、蛋氨酸2份。
测试例1酪氨酸酶活性测定
1、检测原理
酪氨酸酶既能催化左旋酪氨酸生成左旋多巴(L-DOPA),又能催化左旋多巴氧化为多巴醌,多巴醌为红色,在475nm可以测定其吸光度值,通过其吸光度值的变化可反映出中药对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的影响。
2、溶液配制
配制左旋多巴(L-DOPA)溶液:称取左旋多巴0.0034g加PBS 7ml,超声波促溶15min。配制蘑菇酪氨酸酶液:称取蘑菇酪氨酸酶0.0033g加PBS 1.2ml。多巴溶液与酶液均现配现用,否则影响检测结果。
3、测定方法
取试样稀释100倍,取100μl加入蘑菇酪氨酸酶25μl(100U)混合,于30℃恒温培养箱中温育5min后加入150μl左旋多巴(0.15%),继续温育5min,立即测其吸光度值A450。试验重复3次。
酪氨酸酶的激活率(%)=[(C-D)-(A-B)]/(A-B)×100
其中A:未加试样的加酶混合液所测的吸光度;B:未加试样亦未加酶的混合液所测的吸光度;C:混加试样和酶的混合液所测的吸光度;D:加试样而未加酶的混合液所测的吸光度。
4、试验组的划分
本发明设置11组,分别为实施例1-5组、对比例1-5组以及市售的护发素。

由上表可知,本发明实施例制得的乌发护发素具有良好的酪氨酸酶的激活的作用,各组方之间协同增效,起到很好的效果。
测试例2
选取660名有头发早白症状的志愿者,年龄为19-37周岁,随机分为11组,每组60人,分别使用实施例1-5、对比例1-5和市售的护发素,每天洗头后使用护发素一次,保持2min后洗净,每次保持的时长相同,连续使用6个月后,对志愿者的使用效果进行观察统计,结果如表2所示。
疗效标准:显效:新生发根部分转黑;有效:新生发根明显变黑;无效:白发基本无变化。
有效率(%)=(有效+显效)×100/总人数;
不良反应率(%)=出现不良反应人数×100/总人数。

选取660名有头发灰白症状的志愿者,年龄为40-62周岁,随机分为11组,每组60人,分别使用实施例1-5、对比例1-5和市售的护发素,每天洗头后使用护发素一次,保持2min后洗净,每次保持的时长相同,连续使用10个月后,对志愿者的使用效果进行观察统计,结果如表3所示。
疗效标准:显效:新生发根部分转黑;有效:新生发根明显变黑;无效:白发基本无变化。
有效率(%)=(有效+显效)×100/总人数;
不良反应率(%)=出现不良反应人数×100/总人数。

从表2中可以看出,本发明的植物洗发水配方能有效防止和治疗早白人群头发变白,对头发早白患者有很好的疗效,有效率达到93.3-100%。
从表3中可以看出,本发明具有良好的乌发健发疗效,恢复衰老人群的新生发根活力,对头发灰白人群的有效率达到83.3-91.7%。
对比例1与实施例5相比,采用对比制备例1制得的混合料替代了中药乌发缓释微球,其对酪氨酸酶的激活率下降,对头发早白患者、头发灰白人群的乌发效果下降,虽然主要的成分均添加了,但是由于没有制备成缓释微球,加入护发素后开始还有很好的效果,但是时间久了活性成分变质,从而显著降低了其乌发效果;
对比例2、3与实施例5相比,分别采用对比制备例1、2制得的中药乌发缓释微球替代制备例2制得的中药乌发缓释微球,其对酪氨酸酶的激活率下降不明显,但乌发效果显著下降,这是因为烟酸维生素E酯和维生素H协同作用下,可以显著促进头皮对营养物质的吸收,从而起到很好的乌发效果;
对比例4、5与实施例5相比,分别未添加半胱氨酸或二甲基砜,其对酪氨酸酶的激活率、乌发效果下降,这是因为,这些含硫化合物,半胱氨酸和二甲基砜具有很好的促进头皮健康生长,促进毛发生成,促进黑色素的合成的效果,且具有协同增效的作用。
中医认为,白发形成主要由于气血亏虚、肝肾不足引起,故多从养血活血、补肝益肾方面进行治疗。许多中医药典籍均记载何首乌、女贞子等中药材具有乌发和白发转黑的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明添加的中药乌发缓释微球中含有中药液等营养成分,中药液中提取出来的异阿魏酸、指甲花醌、羟基蒽醌、阿魏酸等营养物质,直接作用与头发可进行染色、乌发,着色牢固,色泽鲜艳,不刺激头皮,可以促进毛发髓质中黑色素颗粒的生成,天然无副作用,同时添加的烟酸维生素E酯与维生素H进行配伍,促进透皮对营养物质的吸收;将营养成分进行包裹制备成缓释微球,添加在乌发护发素中,不仅可以提高营养成分的保质期,还能够起到长效释放营养物质的效果,实现长期乌发的功能;
本发明还添加了包括半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、二甲基砜等的营养料,该营养料中不仅包含了含硫氨基酸(半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸)、含硫化合物(二甲基砜)、抗氧化物质(维生素C)以及促进皮毛生长维生素(维生素B12)等,均能够促进头皮健康生长,促进毛发生成,促进黑色素的合成;
本发明的乌发护发素没有添加化学成分,无毒副作用,长期使用本发明产品,还能产生黑色素,使白发变黑,能够防止头发脱落、去屑、消炎、止痒,还可以治疗由于气血不足引起脱发、白发等症,使落发重生,白发返黑,滋润发质,对于脱发和白发的防治效果较好,具有固发、护发、杀灭各种细菌、真菌引起的瘙痒以及去头屑等良好的功效。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球10-20份、茶树精油2-5份、营养料5-10份、羊脂膏2-7份、液体石蜡30-40份、抗氧剂1-2份、表面活性剂2-8份、甘油1-5份、水50-100份;
所述中药乌发缓释微球由以下原料按重量份制备而成:川穹5-10份、何首乌2-7份、北升麻1-5份、凤仙花2-5份、茜草3-6份、金缕梅1-3份、女贞子2-4份、烟酸维生素E酯0.05-0.1份、阿魏酸0.1-0.3份、维生素H 0.01-0.05份、氯化钙1-2份、海藻酸钠2-4份、乳化剂A 0.1-0.5份、乳化剂B 0.5-1份、食用油30-50份;
所述乳化剂A选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基磺酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸钾中的一种或者几种的组合;
所述乳化剂B选自聚甘油脂肪酸酯或司盘-80中的一种或两种的组合;
所述食用油选自花生油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、玉米油、大豆油、橄榄油、亚麻籽油、蓖麻油中的一种或几种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球12-18份、茶树精油3-4份、营养料6-9份、羊脂膏3-6份、液体石蜡32-38份、抗氧剂1.2-1.8份、表面活性剂4-6份、甘油2-4份、水70-80份。
3.根据权利要求2所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:中药乌发缓释微球15份、茶树精油3.5份、营养料7份、羊脂膏5份、液体石蜡35份、抗氧剂1.5份、表面活性剂5份、甘油3份、水75份。
4.根据权利要求1所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,所述中药乌发缓释微球由以下方法制备而成:
S1.中药液的提取:按比例称取川穹、何首乌、北升麻、凤仙花、茜草、金缕梅、女贞子分别洗净、干燥、粉碎至100-200目,浸泡在水中1-2h后,微波加热至沸腾,提取2-4h后,过滤,得到滤液与滤渣,将滤渣重复提取1次,合并2次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为2-2.5,得到中药液;
S2.水相的配制:将乳化剂A配制成2-5wt%的水溶液,将海藻酸钠配制成0.5-3%的水溶液,将乳化剂A溶液加入海藻酸钠溶液中,并加入步骤S1制得的中药液、阿魏酸、维生素H、烟酸维生素E酯,搅拌均匀,得到水相;
S3.氯化钙固化剂的配制:将氯化钙配制成15-30wt%的水溶液;
S4.油相的配制:将乳化剂B加入食用油中,搅拌混合均匀,加入步骤S3制得的氯化钙固化剂,超声搅拌均匀,得到油相;
S5.快速膜乳化:将步骤S2制得的水相加入步骤S4制得的油相中,磁力搅拌均匀,得到混合液,选择孔隙在0.2-1μm之间的SPG膜,然后将混合液放进装置中,进行快速膜乳化1-3次,得到乳液;
S6.固化:将步骤S5制得的乳液至于40-70℃进行固化1-3h;
S7.冷冻干燥:将步骤S6固化后的乳液冷冻干燥12-36h,得到中药乌发缓释微球。
5.根据权利要求4所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,所述微波功率为400-1000W;所述超声功率为1000-2000W。
6.根据权利要求1所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自亚磷酸三异癸酯、二氢喹啉、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯、亚磷酸三辛酯、亚磷酸三异癸酯、亚磷酸三(十二碳醇)酯和亚磷酸三(十六碳醇)酯中的一种或几种组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自吐温-80、司盘-80、卡波姆、脂肪酸皂、卵磷脂、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十六烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸钠、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、C12-C14烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述乌发护发素组合物,其特征在于,所述营养料由以下原料按重量份混合而成:半胱氨酸5-10份、维生素C1-3份、维生素B12 0.5-1份、二甲基砜2-5份、蛋氨酸1-3份。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项权利要求所述乌发护发素组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将茶树精油、甘油、羊脂膏、抗氧剂和液体石蜡混合均匀,得到油相;
S2.向水中加入表面活性剂、营养料,混合均匀后,加热至35-50℃,加入油相,混合均匀后,加入中药乌发缓释微球,高速乳化30min至粘稠,得到乌发护发素组合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高速乳化的转速为15000-20000r/min。
