本发明公开了使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺,它包括以下步骤:S1、种植体喷砂处理,其具体步骤为:先将种植体工装于旋转台上,再通过喷砂机对种植体喷砂处理,以在种植体上形成10~40微米的大孔;S2、种植体的第一次酸蚀处理,将种植体浸泡于盛装有由两种弱酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过弱酸混合溶液的酸蚀处理,能够清除种植体表面上的杂质和油污,从而实现了种植体的第一次酸蚀处理;S3、种植体的第二次酸蚀处理,将种植体取出并浸泡于盛装有由两种强酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过混合酸的酸蚀处理,在大孔中形成多个1~4微米的小孔,从而实现了种植体的第二次酸蚀处理。本发明的有益效果是:工序简单、显著增加牙槽骨和种植体之间的生物相容性。

使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及种植体清洗的技术领域,特别是使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺。
背景技术
口腔种植体又称为牙种植体,还称为人工牙根。种植体是通过外科手术的方式将其植入人体缺牙部位的上或下颌骨内,待其手术伤口愈合后,种植体外部的螺牙与上或下颌骨结合为一体。种植体加工后需要对种植体进行清洗处理,以清除其表面上的油污和杂质。现有的清洗工艺是:将种植体浸泡于弱碱溶液,若碱溶液水解油污,碱洗后用清水清洗弱碱和反应物。然而,经过检测发现种植体表面上还存在油污,存在清洗不彻底的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种工序简单、显著增加牙槽骨和种植体之间的生物相容性、连接牢固、清洗彻底的使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺,它包括以下步骤:
S1、种植体喷砂处理,其具体步骤为:先将种植体工装于旋转台上,再通过喷砂机对种植体喷砂处理,以在种植体上形成10~40微米的大孔;
S2、种植体的第一次酸蚀处理,将种植体浸泡于盛装有由两种弱酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过弱酸混合溶液的酸蚀处理,能够清除种植体表面上的杂质和油污,从而实现了种植体的第一次酸蚀处理;
S3、种植体的第二次酸蚀处理,将种植体取出并浸泡于盛装有由两种强酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过混合酸的酸蚀处理,在大孔中形成多个1~4微米的小孔,从而实现了种植体的第二次酸蚀处理。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明工序简单、显著增加生物相容性、连接牢固、清洗彻底。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺,它包括以下步骤:
S1、种植体喷砂处理,其具体步骤为:先将种植体工装于旋转台上,再通过喷砂机对种植体喷砂处理,以在种植体上形成10~40微米的大孔2;
S2、种植体的第一次酸蚀处理,将种植体浸泡于盛装有由两种弱酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过弱酸混合溶液的酸蚀处理,能够清除种植体表面上的杂质和油污,从而实现了种植体的第一次酸蚀处理;
S3、种植体的第二次酸蚀处理,将种植体取出并浸泡于盛装有由两种强酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过混合酸的酸蚀处理,在大孔2中形成多个1~4微米的小孔3,从而实现了种植体的第二次酸蚀处理。本步骤中形成的小孔3建立在大孔2的基础上,进一步增加了整个种植体的粗糙度,进一步的显著增加牙槽骨和种植体之间的生物相容性,使该种植体与上或下颌骨之间结合的更加牢固。

1.使种植体上形成小孔的酸蚀工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
S1、种植体喷砂处理,其具体步骤为:先将种植体工装于旋转台上,再通过喷砂机对种植体喷砂处理,以在种植体上形成10~40微米的大孔;
S2、种植体的第一次酸蚀处理,将种植体浸泡于盛装有由两种弱酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过弱酸混合溶液的酸蚀处理,能够清除种植体表面上的杂质和油污,从而实现了种植体的第一次酸蚀处理;
S3、种植体的第二次酸蚀处理,将种植体取出并浸泡于盛装有由两种强酸所组成混合溶液的容器中,通过混合酸的酸蚀处理,在大孔中形成多个1~4微米的小孔,从而实现了种植体的第二次酸蚀处理。
