Further, the driving member 130 includes a first sub-driving member 132 and a second sub-driving member 133 connected. The second sub-driving member 133 is slidably engaged with the guide rail 110, the first sub-driving member 132 is elongated and sheet-shaped, the barbs 131 are disposed on the first sub-driving member 132, and the first sub-driving member 132 is engaged with the ligation clip chamber 120 and is capable of sliding relative to the ligation clip chamber 120 along an axial direction of the ligation clip chamber 120. The second sub-driver 133 is configured to push the first sub-driver 132 such that the first sub-driver 132 pushes the ligation clip 200 toward the ligation clip outlet 122.
Further, in the present embodiment, the number of the barbs 123 and the number of the barbs 131 are plural, and the number of the barbs 123 and the number of the barbs 131 are the same, and the barbs 123 are uniformly spaced along the axial direction of the ligation clip chamber 120, and the barbs 131 are uniformly spaced along the axial direction of the first sub driving member 132. The distance between two adjacent barbs 123 is equal to the distance between two adjacent barbs 131.
Further, in the present embodiment, the distance between the adjacent two barbs 123 is equal to the distance between the adjacent two barbs 131 and is slightly greater than the length of the ligating clip 200 in the axial direction of the ligating clip cartridge 120. The barb 123 is used for preventing the ligating clip 200 accommodated in the accommodating cavity 121 from moving towards the side far away from the ligating clip outlet 122 and limiting the ligating clip 200, preventing the ligating clip 200 from moving randomly in the accommodating cavity 121, and the barb 131 is used for pushing the ligating clip 200 to move towards the ligating clip outlet 122. One barb 123 corresponds to a limit of one ligating clip 200, and one barb 131 corresponds to a push of one ligating clip 200.
Further, the guide rail 110 has a slide groove 111 provided extending in an axial direction thereof, and the slide groove 111 is formed by recessing a side wall of the guide rail 110. In this embodiment, the ligation clip chamber 120 is located between the first sub-driving member 132 and the guide rail 110, and the recess direction of the accommodating chamber 121 of the ligation clip chamber 120 is the same as the recess direction of the chute 111.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the recess direction of the accommodating cavity 121 of the ligation clip chamber 120 may be perpendicular to the recess direction of the chute 111,
further, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the second sub-driving member 133 is in a strip shape and is rod-shaped, the second sub-driving member 133 has a first through hole 133a formed along an axial direction thereof, the second sub-driving member 133 is slidably sleeved on the guide rail 110 and the ligation clip chamber 120, and both the guide rail 110 and the ligation clip chamber 120 are accommodated in the first through hole 133a. The second sub-driver 133 is capable of sliding along its axial direction relative to the guide rail 110 and the ligation clip magazine 120 and pushing the first sub-driver 132.
Further, the locking member 140 is also elongated and rod-shaped, the locking member 140 has a second through hole 141 formed along an axial direction thereof, the guide rail 110 and the ligation clip chamber 120 are both accommodated in the second through hole 141, and the locking member 140 is located at a side of the second sub-driving member 133 away from the ligation clip outlet 122. The ligation clip chamber 120 is slidably received in the second through hole 141 so that the ligation clip chamber 120 can be conveniently removed from the second through hole 141, thereby accomplishing the disassembly of the ligation clip chamber 120.
Further, the locking member 140 has a third through hole 142 penetrating a sidewall thereof and communicating with the second through hole 141, the third through hole 142 for receiving the locking pin 143. The guide rail 110 has a locking hole 112 for cooperation with the locking pin 143, and the ligating clip cartridge 120 has a locking hole 124 for cooperation with the locking pin 143. The guide rail 110, the ligating clip bin 120 and the locking member 140 can be mutually fixed by the locking pin 143, so that the ligating clip magazine 100 is integrally fixed, and the ligating clip magazine 100 can work stably. And when the locking pin 143 is taken out of the locking hole 112, the locking hole 124 and the third through hole 142, the ligation clip compartment 120 is slid with respect to the guide rail 110, the first sub-driving part 132, the second sub-driving part 133 and the locking part 140, so that the ligation clip compartment 120 can be slid toward the side where the locking part 140 is located and taken out of the second through hole 141, and the detachment of the ligation clip compartment 120 is achieved, so that the ligation clip compartment 120 is supplemented with the ligation clip 200.
Through this design, make ligature clip storehouse 120 can supplement filling ligature clip 200 at any time, make ligature clip magazine 100 can cyclic utilization, reduced manufacturing cost and use cost.
Further, an end of the locking member 140 remote from the second sub-driving member 133 is further covered with an end cap 150, and the end cap 150 is detachably connected to the locking member 140 and serves to close the second through hole 141.
The ligation clip magazine 100 operates on the principle: the second sub-driving member 133 is located at the initial position and abuts against the locking member 140. In use, when the ligating clip 200 is to be used, the second sub-driver 133 is pushed to slide the second sub-driver 133 relative to the guide rail 110 and the ligating clip compartment 120 toward the ligating clip outlet 122, so that the second sub-driver 133 pushes the first sub-driver 132 to slide toward the ligating clip outlet 122. The barbs 131 of the first sub-driver 132 push the ligation clip 200 toward the ligation clip outlet 122. Since the barb 123 of the ligation clip chamber 120 is extended toward the side where the ligation clip outlet 122 is located, the barb 123 does not obstruct movement of the ligation clip 200 toward the ligation clip outlet 122, and the barb 123 can also prevent movement of the ligation clip 200 toward the side away from the ligation clip outlet 122. After a ligating clip 200 is pushed out of the accommodating chamber 121 from the ligating clip outlet 122, the taking of a ligating clip 200 is completed. The ligating clip 200 taken out by the way is orderly and convenient to use.
Subsequently, the second sub-driver 133 is reset by pushing the second sub-driver 133 against the guide rail 110 and the ligation clip magazine 120 toward a side remote from the ligation clip outlet 122. Since the barbs 123 and 131 are extended toward the side where the ligating clip outlet 122 is located, the ligating clip 200 in the receiving cavity 121 does not move toward the side away from the ligating clip outlet 122 during the resetting of the second sub-driving member 133. After the second sub-driving member 133 is reset, the second ligation clip 200 can be removed by repeating the above steps. The ligating clip 200 is continuously removed from the ligating clip magazine 100 by cycling in this manner.
When the ligating clip 200 in the accommodating chamber 121 of the ligating clip compartment 120 is insufficient or exhausted, the end cap 150 is detached from the locking member 140, the locking pin 143 is taken out of the locking hole 112, the locking hole 124 and the third through hole 142, and the ligating clip compartment 120 is slid toward the side where the locking member 140 is located and taken out of the second through hole 141, and then the ligating clip compartment 120 is additionally filled with the ligating clip 200. After loading, the ligating clip magazine 100 may be reused by reinstalling the ligating clip magazine 120 in the reverse order of the steps described above. Thereby enabling reuse of the ligating clip magazine 100.
Of course, one or more ligation clip pockets 120 may be additionally prepared, and the ligation clip pockets 120 may be filled with the ligation clips 200 in advance. When the ligation clip magazine 100 needs to be filled with the ligation clip 200, the ligation clip magazine 120 is simply replaced. Further, these additional ligating clip pockets 120 may be provided with a ligating clip pocket cover for closing the receiving cavity 121, which may prevent the ligating clip 200 from being contaminated or being pulled out of the ligating clip pocket 120. When the ligating clip cartridge 120 is to be replaced, the ligating clip cartridge cover is removed.
In general, the ligature clip magazine 100 can make the taking of the ligature clip 200 more convenient and sanitary, and can ensure the ordering and regularity when taking the ligature clip 200, avoid the ligature clip 200 to be scattered, and simultaneously can also supplement the ligature clip 200 at any time, thereby being convenient for repeated use.
The present embodiment also provides a ligating clip comprising a ligating clip magazine 100. Compared with the automatic ligature clamp in the patent document (hereinafter referred to as patent document) with the patent number of CN103519865A, the ligature clamp provided by the embodiment mainly utilizes the ligature clamp magazine 100 to replace a mechanism between the operating sleeve 3 and the supporting sheet 43 of the automatic ligature clamp in the patent document for accommodating and pushing the ligature clamp 200, so that the ligature clamp provided by the embodiment can supplement the ligature clamp 200 at any time, and is convenient for repeated use.
Specifically, the ligature forceps provided in this embodiment are different from the "automatic ligature forceps" in patent literature in that: the "driver blade 42" in the patent document is replaced by the first sub-driver 132 of the ligation clip magazine 100 in the present embodiment. The "ligating clip magazine 41" in the patent document is replaced by the guide rail 110 and the ligating clip magazine 120 of the ligating clip magazine 100 in the present embodiment. The ligation clip magazine 120 is used for accommodating the ligation clip 200, and the guide rail 110 is used for connecting with other parts, namely, the guide rail 110 plays a role of connecting the ligation clip magazine 41 with other parts in the patent literature. The "operating lever 4" in the patent document is replaced by the second sub-driver 133 of the ligation clip magazine 100 in the present embodiment.
The other parts of the ligature forceps provided in this embodiment are the same as the rest of the corresponding parts in the patent literature, and the connection manner is the same as that in the patent literature.
Further, the locking member 140 of the ligature clip magazine 100 of the ligature clip provided in the present embodiment penetrates through the casing of the ligature clip and extends to the outside of the casing, and the end cover 150 is detachably covered on the locking member 140. With this design, removal of the ligation clip cartridge 120 is facilitated.
