A spray arm hose assembly 100 of a dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1, a spray arm water pipe assembly 100 of a dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes: a water inlet pipe 1 and a spray arm 2.
Specifically, the water inlet pipe 1 defines a plurality of water flow passages 101 therein, the plurality of water flow passages 101 being spaced apart from each other; the spray arm 2 is connected with the water inlet pipe 1, a plurality of spray cavities 201 which are spaced are defined in the spray arm 2, the spray cavities 201 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the water flow channels 101 and are communicated with the water flow channels 101, namely, each spray cavity 201 is communicated with the corresponding water flow channel 101, and a spray hole 202 is formed in the peripheral wall of each spray cavity 201.
In other words, the spray arm 2 has a plurality of independent spray chambers 201 therein, and the washing water is independently supplied into the corresponding spray chambers 201 through the plurality of independent water flow passages 101. Like this, set up a plurality of independent sub-spray arms (every spouts chamber 201 and corresponds a sub-spray arm 2), from this, can increase the quantity of sub-spray arm under the prerequisite that does not reduce and spout chamber 201 internal water pressure, guarantee to spout the internal water pressure of chamber 201, guarantee that washing water from orifice 202 spun dynamics to improve washing performance, shorten the washing time. Moreover, on the premise of the same number of spray holes 202, because of the plurality of independent spray cavities 201, the number of spray holes 202 communicated with each spray cavity 201 is relatively less, so that the attenuation of the water pressure in the spray cavities 201 can be further avoided, the spray force is ensured, and the washing performance is improved.
According to the spray arm water pipe assembly 100 of the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of spray chambers 201 are defined in the spray arm 2, and the plurality of water flow channels 101 of the water inlet pipe 1 are spaced to supply the washing water to the plurality of spray chambers 201, respectively, thereby ensuring the water pressure in the spray chambers 201, reducing the pressure attenuation in each spray chamber 201, ensuring the force of spraying the washing water from the spray holes 202, improving the washing performance, and shortening the washing time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the spray arm hose assembly 100 may further include: the first water dividing joint 3 defines a plurality of spaced first water dividing channels therein, the plurality of first water dividing channels correspond to the plurality of water flow channels 101 and the plurality of spray chambers 201 one by one, that is, one first water dividing channel corresponds to one water flow channel and one spray chamber, and each first water dividing channel is connected between the corresponding water flow channel 101 and the corresponding spray chamber 201. Therefore, each first diversion channel in the first diversion connector 3 is used for communicating the corresponding water flow channel 101 with the corresponding spraying cavity 201, and the first diversion connector 3 is used for guiding the water in each water flow channel 101 in the water inlet pipe 1 to the corresponding spraying cavity 201. So that the coupling structure between the feed pipe 1 and the spray arm 2 can be simplified and it is ensured that each of the spray chambers 201 can be spaced apart from each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of injection holes 202 are formed on a circumferential wall of each injection chamber 201, and the plurality of injection holes 202 are arranged at intervals along a length direction of the injection chamber 201 (e.g., a left-right direction shown in fig. 1 and 2). Therefore, the coverage area sprayed by the spray holes 202 can be improved, and the washing performance is ensured.
In some embodiments, the spray arm 2 comprises: go up casing 21 and lower casing 22, go up casing 21 lid and establish on lower casing 22, be equipped with the baffle 23 towards another extension on at least one in last casing 21 and the lower casing 22, for example, can only be equipped with the baffle 23 towards the extension of casing down on going up the casing, also can only be equipped with the baffle towards the extension of casing down on the casing, or be equipped with the baffle that the casing extends upwards on opening the baffle that extends downwards and also being equipped with down on the casing on going up the casing.
The partition 23 may be one or a plurality of partitions arranged at intervals, and the partition 23 divides the space inside the spray arm 2 into a plurality of spray chambers 201 at intervals. Therefore, on the premise that a plurality of spaced spraying cavities 201 are defined in the spraying arm 2, the structure of the spraying arm 2 is simplified, and the spraying arm is convenient to machine and form.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the spray holes 202 are formed on the lower case 22, so that the washing water in the spray chamber 201 can be sprayed downward into the washing chamber of the dishwasher through the spray holes 202 for directly washing the dishes, making the structure more reasonable.
In some examples, the spray arm 2 is substantially in the shape of a square box, the partition plate 23 extends along the length direction of the spray arm 2, the water inlet 204 is formed at the middle part of the spray arm 2, and the thickness of the spray arm 2 is gradually reduced in the direction from the water inlet 204 to the free end of the spray arm 2, so that the sectional area of the spray chamber 201 in the spray arm 2 can be gradually reduced in the direction from the water inlet 204 to the free end of the spray chamber 201, and therefore, the pressure attenuation caused by the spraying of the washing water from the spray holes 202 can be reduced, the pressure of the water sprayed from the spray holes 202 at the free end of the spray chamber 201 can be ensured, and the washing performance can be improved.
Preferably, the size of each spray chamber 201 in the height direction of the spray arm 2 is gradually reduced in the direction from the water inlet 204 to the free end of the spray arm 2.
