Abstract
本发明涉及一种谷仓预防仓储害虫的方法,(一)制备假蒟提取物:(1)将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过筛,得粉碎物;(2)在所得粉碎物中加入5‑10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡24‑48h后,用超声波提取30‑60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;(3)重复步骤(2),共提取2‑3次;合并所有滤液;(4)将步骤(3)所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10‑1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物;(二)将乙基多杀菌素和假蒟提取物按照重量比为1:3‑5混合,制得混合药物;(三)将混合药物与谷物按照重量比1‑2:1000混匀,置于储粮仓中存储即可。本发明协同增效,低毒,安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于谷物储藏技术领域,具体涉及一种谷仓预防仓储害虫的方法。
背景技术
仓储害虫是危害储藏粮食及其产品的有害昆虫的总称。仓储害虫的存在不仅会导致粮食数量的损失,还会引起粮食品质的变化,甚至导致产生具有强烈毒性和致癌性的毒素,从而危害人类的身体健康。据联合国粮农组织的统计,全世界每年因仓储害虫造成的损失占总储存量的4%~8%,有的国家储粮损失甚至高达30%。因此,对仓储害虫进行有效防治和控制在储粮减损保质领域具有重要的现实意义。
目前,我国仓储害虫防治主要采用的是磷化氢熏蒸杀虫技术。然而长期、单一、过度使用化学杀虫剂已造成了严重的“3R”现象(害虫抗性、有害生物再猖獗和农药残留)。因此,一种杀虫效果好、使用剂量低、对高等动物的毒性较低甚至基本无毒、不易对环境造成污染储粮防护剂就显得尤为重要。
在仓储害虫的防治过程中,最容易产生的问题是害虫抗性的产生。而通过不同作用机制农药成分混配,增效作用较好的配方能有效延缓害虫抗性的发展,有利于减少农药用量,减轻农药残留,这在仓储害虫的防治中有积极的意义。
目前,以乙基多杀菌素和假蒟提取物为有效成分的组合物应用于仓储害虫的防治还没有相关的报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高效低毒的谷仓预防仓储害虫的方法,不仅能有效的预防和杀灭仓储害虫,且能够最大限度的减少贮粮中因虫害而造成的损失。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种谷仓预防仓储害虫的方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(一)制备假蒟提取物:
(1)将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过筛,得粉碎物;
(2)在所得粉碎物中加入5-10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡24-48h后,用超声波提取30-60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;
(3)重复步骤(2),共提取2-3次;合并所有滤液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物;
(二)将乙基多杀菌素和假蒟提取物按照重量比为1:3-5混合,制得混合药物;
(三)将混合药物与谷物按照重量比1-2:1000混匀,置于储粮仓中存储即可;所述的重量比为混合药物有效成分用药量与谷物的重量比。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用假蒟提取物和乙基多杀菌素相互混配预防仓储害虫具有协同增效作用,且本发明低毒、使用安全。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明,本发明所述的百分比均为重量百分比。
本实施例中假蒟提取物由以下方法制得:将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎,过50目筛,得粉碎物;在所得粉碎物中加入10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡48h后,用超声波提取60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;重复提取2-3次;合并所有滤液;将所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物。
一、室内毒力测定试验
1、供试害虫:谷蠹,由广西大学农学院储粮昆虫饲养室提供。谷蠹用含水量13%±1%的整粒稻谷饲养。试虫饲养温度均为(28±1)℃,相对湿度为(75±5)%,挑选健康的、活跃的2-3龄成虫为试验用虫。
2、试验方法:
(1)经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,将乙基多杀菌素、假蒟提取物及其混剂按有效成分含量梯度稀释5个浓度作为备用药剂;称取稻谷2000g平铺置于托盘中,用双管喉头喷雾器均匀将各药剂喷洒于稻谷表面。将拌好试验药剂的稻谷置于混粮机中,在90r/s的转速下转动4min,使药剂与稻谷充分混合。
(2)各处理将拌好药剂的稻谷放入5kg试验桶,放入谷蠹120头,用滤纸密封试验桶,整个试验在室内条件下进行,药后14d记录谷蠹的活虫数量和死虫数量。
以药剂浓度(mg/L)的对数值为自变量x,以校正死亡率的机率值y,用DPS软件计算LC50和毒力回归方程,采用孙云沛的方法求出各混配比例的共毒系数(CTC),并评价二者混用的增效作用,即共毒系数(CTC)≥120时,组合物表现为增效作用;当CTC≤80时,组合物表现为拮抗作用;当80<CTC<120时,组合物表现为相加作用。
3、试验结果见表1。

表1联合毒力测定结果表明,乙基多杀菌素和假蒟提取物在重量比为1:8和1:5范围内混配对仓储害虫(谷蠹)的共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,具有协同增效作用。
二、模拟仓实施例
试验设计:采用拌粮法进行防效测定,药剂用量依据药粮比(有效成分用药量与粮食重量比)对粮食进行均匀拌施,根据预试验结果,设定各处理所用药剂及用量如下:
处理1#:0.06%乙基多杀菌素·假蒟提取物微粒剂(制备方法:配方:按量称取乙基多杀菌素0.01%,假蒟提取物0.05%,烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物0.3%,黄原胶0.5%,凹凸棒土补足至100%);
处理1#的药剂用量(药粮比)为1.5mg/kg。
处理2#:0.05%乙基多杀菌素微粒剂,药剂用量(药粮比)为2.5mg/kg;
处理3#:0.2%假蒟提取物微粒剂,药剂用量(药粮比)为5.0mg/kg;
处理4#:空白对照(CK)
各个处理称量10kg稻谷,依据药粮比称取相应重量的各处理药剂重量,混合均匀,然后装入50kg储粮仓,分别接入赤拟谷盗和玉米象各40头,用纱布封口,每个处理重复3次,置于温度27℃、相对湿度75%的人工气候箱内进行实验。于药剂处理21d后,分别调查各处理的害虫死亡情况,并计算校正死亡率,死亡标准是用小毛笔轻轻触动试虫,其触角及各对足都不动者视为死亡,计算公式如下:
死亡率=死亡虫数/供试虫数*100%
试验结果见表2。

表2可以看出,处理1#在药粮比分别小于处理2#、处理3#的情况下,药后21d对仓储害虫(赤拟谷盗、玉米象)的防效要优于处理2#和处理3#。这说明乙基多杀菌素与假蒟提取物的合理混配对仓储害虫增效显著,有利于减少各单剂的施用量,提高防治效果。
Claims (1)
1.一种谷仓预防仓储害虫的方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(一)制备假蒟提取物:
(1)将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎过筛,得粉碎物;
(2)在所得粉碎物中加入5-10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡24-48h后,用超声波提取30-60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;
(3)重复步骤(2),共提取2-3次;合并所有滤液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物;
(二)将乙基多杀菌素和假蒟提取物按照重量比为1:3-5混合,制得混合药物;
(三)将混合药物与谷物按照重量比1-2:1000混匀,置于储粮仓中存储即可;所述的重量比为混合药物有效成分用药量与谷物的重量比。
