The embodiment of the invention provides a memory, wherein a machine readable program instruction is stored on the memory, the machine readable program instruction executes the intelligent piece counting method of the sewing machine when running, and the intelligent piece counting method of the sewing machine is not described in detail herein.
In conclusion, the counting reference parameter of the invention increases the thread trimming times besides the needle number, effectively improves the counting accuracy, and in addition, increases the starting signal (the presser foot lifting signal), and obviously improves the accuracy compared with the counting mode of singly adopting the needle number or the thread trimming times; according to the invention, an additional piece counting device is not required, and intelligent piece counting can be realized by implanting a program algorithm into the existing program of the sewing machine, so that the hardware cost is effectively saved; according to the invention, the counting of the parts is directly completed through the operation panel, the manual work is not needed, and the working efficiency is effectively improved. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. An intelligent piece counting method of a sewing machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring and recording a starting signal for starting sewing each piece of clothes in the process of sewing the clothes by a sewing machine;
collecting and recording the number of needles and the number of thread trimming times in the process of sewing clothes by a sewing machine; in the process of collecting the number of needles and the number of thread trimming times in the process of sewing clothes by the sewing machine, judging whether the collected time interval is greater than the target time, if so, determining whether the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished according to the collected number of needles and the collected number of thread trimming times, the target number of needles and the target number of thread trimming times for sewing each piece of clothes, and if not, returning to continuously collect the number of needles and the collected number of thread trimming times in the process of sewing clothes by the sewing machine;
acquiring the number of correction needles in the process of sewing the clothes; judging whether the acquired needle number is greater than the difference value between the target needle number and the corrected needle number, if not, returning to acquire an initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again, if so, continuously judging whether the acquired thread trimming times is greater than the target thread trimming times, if so, determining that the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished, and if not, returning to acquire the initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again;
when the sewing of a piece of clothes is determined to be finished, the number of sewed clothes is accumulated.
2. The intelligent piece counting method of the sewing machine according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether to finish sewing of a piece of clothes according to the collected needle number, thread cutting times, target needle number and target thread cutting times for sewing each piece of clothes specifically comprises:
acquiring the number of correction needles in the process of sewing the clothes;
judging whether the collected needle number is larger than the difference value between the target needle number and the corrected needle number, if not, returning to collect the initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again, if not, continuously judging whether the collected thread cutting times is larger than the target thread cutting times, if so, determining that the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished, and if not, returning to collect the initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again.
3. An intelligent piece counting method for a sewing machine according to claim 1, wherein the number of recorded needles and the number of times of thread trimming are cleared after it is determined that sewing of a piece of clothes is completed for accumulation.
4. An intelligent workpiece counting method for a sewing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the start signal is any one of a presser foot lifting signal, an infrared pair tube signal for detecting the thickness of the cloth or the presence or absence of the cloth, and a timing pause time signal.
5. An intelligent piece counting system of a sewing machine, the intelligent piece counting system of the sewing machine comprising:
the process learning module is used for providing a clothes sewing process of the sewing machine and collecting an initial signal, the number of needles and the number of thread trimming times in the clothes sewing process of the sewing machine;
the process storage module is used for recording and storing the starting signal, the needle number and the thread cutting times in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine;
the piece counting module is used for acquiring the number of correction needles in the process of sewing the clothes when an initial signal for starting sewing each piece of clothes is acquired; judging whether the collected needle number is larger than the difference value between the target needle number and the corrected needle number, if not, returning to collect the initial signal of the sewing machine in the process of sewing the clothes, if so, continuously judging whether the collected thread trimming times is larger than the target thread trimming times, if so, determining that the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished, if not, returning to collect the initial signal of the sewing machine in the process of sewing the clothes, and accumulating the number of the sewed pieces of the clothes when determining that the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished; the piece counting module comprises a judging unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the judging unit is used for presetting a target time, judging whether the acquired time interval is greater than the target time in the process of acquiring the needle number and the thread cutting times of the sewing machine in the clothes sewing process, if so, determining whether the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished according to the acquired needle number and thread cutting times, the target needle number and the target thread cutting times of each piece of clothes, and if not, returning to continuously acquiring the needle number and the thread cutting times of the sewing machine in the clothes sewing process;

a correction needle number unit for obtaining the correction needle number in the process of sewing the clothes;
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the acquired needle number is greater than the difference value between the target needle number and the corrected needle number, if not, returning to acquire the initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again, if not, continuously judging whether the acquired thread trimming times is greater than the target thread trimming times, if so, determining that the sewing of one piece of clothes is finished, and if not, acquiring the initial signal in the process of sewing the clothes by the sewing machine again.
7. The intelligent piece counting system of a sewing machine according to claim 5, wherein a counting module clears the number of recorded needles and the number of thread cuts after determining that sewing of a piece of clothing is completed for accumulation.

An intelligent piece counting system for a sewing machine according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the start signal is any one of a presser foot lifting signal, an infrared pair tube signal for detecting the thickness of a cloth or the presence or absence of a cloth, and a timing pause time signal.
9. A memory having stored thereon machine-readable program instructions, the machine-readable program instructions when executed performing the method of any of claims 1-3.
