The impeller drives the eccentric wheel and the guide sleeve to rotate simultaneously through the transmission shaft when rotating, and because the plunger can only move in the horizontal direction, the eccentric wheel and the guide sleeve convert the rotary motion into the horizontal motion through the cooperation with the rotating pin, thereby pushing the plunger to horizontally reciprocate in the casing, when the plunger moves left, the check valve on the air inlet hole is opened to suck the gas in the pool into the plunger groove, and when the plunger moves right, the check valve on the air outlet hole is opened to discharge the gas in the plunger groove.
