本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机。本发明采用的技术方案是：一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机，包括搅拌筒、盖板、主轴，主轴上设有搅拌叶片，盖板上设有驱动装置，驱动装置包括驱动电机，搅拌筒的上端设有进料口，下端设有出料口，还包括粉尘收集系统，所述粉尘收集系统包括设置在搅拌筒外部的粉仓、粉仓连接管、主管道、集尘机和集尘仓，粉仓连接管的下端连接于所述粉仓的顶端，粉仓连接管的顶端连接于所述主管道上，主管道的一端封闭，另一端与集尘机连接，集尘仓设置于所述集尘机的下部。本发明的优点是：本发明的砂浆搅拌机，结构合理，搅拌效果好，可以提高产品质量和企业竞争力。

本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机。
背景技术
砂浆是用无机胶凝材料与细集料和水按比例拌和而成的，也称灰浆。用于砌筑和抹灰工程，可分为建筑砂浆和抹面砂浆。前者用于砖、石块、砌块等的砌筑以及构件安装；后者则用于墙面、底面、屋面以及梁柱结构等表面的抹灰，以达到防护和装饰等要求。好的砂浆必须要有好的搅拌装置，砂浆搅拌机是把水泥、砂石骨料和水泥混合并拌制砂浆混合料的机械。目前的砂浆搅拌机结构相对简单，功能也比较单一，已越来越不能满足使用需求。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用效果好的建筑用砂浆搅拌机。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机，包括搅拌筒、设置在搅拌筒顶部的盖板、主轴，所述主轴贯穿盖板并延伸入搅拌筒内，所述主轴上设有搅拌叶片，所述盖板上设有驱动装置，所述驱动装置包括驱动电机，所述驱动电机通过减速机与主轴连接，所述搅拌筒的上端设有进料口，下端设有出料口，还包括粉尘收集系统，所述粉尘收集系统包括设置在搅拌筒外部的粉仓、粉仓连接管、主管道、集尘机和集尘仓，所述粉仓连接管的下端连接于所述粉仓的顶端，粉仓连接管的顶端连接于所述主管道上，所述主管道的一端封闭，另一端与集尘机连接，所述集尘仓设置于所述集尘机的下部，所述集尘仓的下端与一连接管连接，所述连接管的另一端与搅拌筒连接。
进一步的技术方案：
所述进料口与搅拌筒之间设有称重仓，所述称重仓的外侧设有称重模块，所述称重仓与搅拌筒连接贯通。
所述主管道的截面为圆形，内壁光滑。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、本发明的砂浆搅拌机，结构合理，可以将在搅拌过程中产生的粉尘进行重新利用，可防止粉尘向外界空气中排放，避免了对外界环境的污染，可有效降低能耗，节俭成本。
2、本发明的砂浆搅拌机，可对进入搅拌筒内的材料进行准确称重，可以提高各添加剂在成品中所含比例的配置精确度以及均匀度，有利于提高产品质量，适用范围广。

如图1所示，本发明一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机，包括搅拌筒1、设置在搅拌筒1顶部的盖板2、主轴3，所述主轴3贯穿盖板2并延伸入搅拌筒1内，所述主轴3上设有搅拌叶片4，所述盖板2上设有驱动装置，所述驱动装置包括驱动电机5，所述驱动电机5通过减速机6与主轴3连接，所述搅拌筒1的上端设有进料口7，下端设有出料口8，还包括粉尘收集系统，所述粉尘收集系统包括设置在搅拌筒1外部的粉仓9、粉仓连接管10、主管道11、集尘机12和集尘仓13，所述粉仓连接管10的下端连接于所述粉仓9的顶端，粉仓连接管10的顶端连接于所述主管道11上，所述主管道11的一端封闭，另一端与集尘机12连接，所述集尘仓13设置于所述集尘机12的下部，所述集尘仓13的下端与一连接管14连接，所述连接管14的另一端与搅拌筒1连接。设置粉尘收集系统，其可以将在搅拌过程中产生的粉尘进行重新利用，可防止粉尘向外界空气中排放，避免了对外界环境的污染，可有效降低能耗，节俭成本。

1.一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机，包括搅拌筒(1)、设置在搅拌筒(1)顶部的盖板(2)、主轴(3)，所述主轴(3)贯穿盖板(2)并延伸入搅拌筒(1)内，所述主轴(3)上设有搅拌叶片(4)，所述盖板(2)上设有驱动装置，所述驱动装置包括驱动电机(5)，所述驱动电机(5)通过减速机(6)与主轴(3)连接，所述搅拌筒(1)的上端设有进料口(7)，下端设有出料口(8)，其特征在于：还包括粉尘收集系统，所述粉尘收集系统包括设置在搅拌筒(1)外部的粉仓(9)、粉仓连接管(10)、主管道(11)、集尘机(12)和集尘仓(13)，所述粉仓连接管(10)的下端连接于所述粉仓(9)的顶端，粉仓连接管(10)的顶端连接于所述主管道(11)上，所述主管道(11)的一端封闭，另一端与集尘机(12)连接，所述集尘仓(13)设置于所述集尘机(12)的下部，所述集尘仓(13)的下端与一连接管(14)连接，所述连接管(14)的另一端与搅拌筒(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用砂浆搅拌机，其特征在于：所述进料口(7)与搅拌筒(1)之间设有称重仓(15)，所述称重仓(15)的外侧设有称重模块(16)，所述称重仓(15)与搅拌筒(1)连接贯通。
