Abstract

本发明公开了一种支撑架,包括立柱、摇臂、托盘、调节轴、固定块,立柱竖直设置,摇臂水平设置,立柱与摇臂之间通过合页连接,摇臂包括横支撑管,横支撑管连接合页,横支撑管为中空圆管,调节轴设置在横支撑管内部,调节轴的一端设置有弹性件,弹性件一端连接调节轴、另一端连接立柱或合页,横支撑管上设置有多个U型槽,固定块设置在横支撑管外部,固定块穿过U型槽与调节轴连接,所述托盘连接固定块。平板设备可以安放在托盘上,横支撑管的U型槽为托盘提供了两个位置,即需要安放设备时的位置和不安放设备时的位置,通过旋转调节轴,将固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉卡入U型槽的不同位置,可实现对托盘角度的调整。

一种支撑架
技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备辅助工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种平板类电子产品的支撑架。
背景技术
测试平台、实验室、机柜等场合,在日常的测试和维护工作中,经常需要用到笔记本电脑等平板类电子设备,但是工作现场并没有该设备的摆放位置,对测试、维护工作造成很大不便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,研制一种支撑架,该支架能够进行角度调节,在不使用时,可以收回至较为扁平的位置,不占用多余空间,非常适用于进行信号完整性测试、系统测试、软件测试、电源测试等的实验室,也可以放在大型机房,做为日常运维的使用。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种支撑架,包括立柱、摇臂、托盘、调节轴、固定块,立柱竖直设置,摇臂水平设置,立柱与摇臂之间通过合页连接,摇臂包括横支撑管,横支撑管连接合页,横支撑管为中空圆管,调节轴设置在横支撑管内部,调节轴的一端设置有弹性件,弹性件一端连接调节轴、另一端连接立柱或合页,横支撑管上设置有多个U型槽,固定块设置在横支撑管外部,固定块穿过U型槽与调节轴连接,所述托盘连接固定块。笔记本电脑等平板设备可以安放在托盘上,横支撑管的U型槽为托盘提供了两个位置,即需要安放设备时的位置和不安放设备时把托盘收回至较为扁平空间的位置,通过旋转调节轴,将固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉卡入U型槽的不同位置,可实现对托盘角度的调整。
作为优化,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述U型槽沿调节轴的轴线方向设置,且U型槽的开口朝向远离合页的方向。弹性件为固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉在U型槽中的定位提供了动力。对托盘进行位置调整时,先手动扳动托盘,将固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉横移至U型槽的槽底,然后通过对托盘将固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉移至U型槽的另一侧,松开托盘,在弹性件的作用下,固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉便移至U型槽的另一侧顶端,实现对托盘位置的调整。
作为优化,所述弹性件为拉簧,所述U型槽沿调节轴的轴线方向设置,且U型槽的开口朝向合页的方向。
作为优化,所述合页包括固定板、移动板、转轴、弹簧、调整螺钉,固定板设置在立柱上,固定板与移动板之间通过转轴连接,摇臂连接移动板,转轴的一端设置有卡帽、另一端设置有与调整螺钉对应的螺纹孔,转轴穿过移动板、固定板后连接调整螺钉,卡帽与移动板贴合;弹簧设置在调整螺钉的螺帽与固定板之间,转轴位于固定板和/或移动板中部分的横截面为非圆形,固定板、移动板中穿孔的孔形为对应的形状。
作为优化,所述转轴位于固定板和/或移动板中部分的横截面为矩形、三角形、弓形、五边形、六边形中的任意一种。
作为优化,所述摇臂还包括斜支撑管,斜支撑管一端连接横支撑管、另一端通过合页连接立柱,斜支撑管、横支撑管、立柱形成一三角形。
作为优化,所述调节轴为尼龙材料。
作为优化,所述摇臂还包括端盖,端盖设置在横支撑管的远离合页的一端。
发明内容中提供的效果仅仅是实施例的效果,而不是发明所有的全部效果,上述技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果:
1.该支架能够进行角度调节,且具有方便调节阻尼的结构,在不使用时,可以收回至较为扁平的位置,不占用多余空间,非常适用于进行信号完整性测试、系统测试、软件测试、电源测试等的实验室,也可以放在大型机房,做为日常运维的使用
2.通过设置弹性件,为固定块或连接固定块与调节轴的螺钉在U型槽中的定位提供了动力。
3.通过设置调整螺钉,可以达到调节合页旋转阻尼力的效果,旋转调整螺钉,可调整调整螺钉旋入转轴中的深度,从而调整弹簧的压缩量,实现对合页旋转阻尼力的调节。
4.通过设置斜支撑管,增加了摇臂的强度,保障了平板设备的安全。
5.通过设置调节轴为尼龙材料,调节轴旋转的滑顺可利用调节轴本身的自润滑特性实现。
6.通过设置端盖实现对横支撑管的密封,起到防尘、防潮作用。

所述合页2包括固定板21、移动板22、转轴23、弹簧24、调整螺钉25,固定板21设置在立柱1上,固定板21与移动板22之间通过转轴23连接,摇臂3连接移动板22,转轴23的一端设置有卡帽231、另一端设置有与调整螺钉25对应的螺纹孔,转轴23穿过移动板22、固定板21后连接调整螺钉25,卡帽231与移动板22贴合;弹簧24设置在调整螺钉25的螺帽与固定板21之间,转轴23位于固定板21和/或移动板22中部分的横截面为非圆形,固定板21、移动板22中穿孔的孔形为对应的形状。通过设置调整螺钉25,可以达到调节合页2旋转阻尼力的效果,旋转调整螺钉25,可调整调整螺钉25旋入转轴23中的深度,从而调整弹簧24的压缩量,实现对合页2旋转阻尼力的调节。
所述转轴23位于固定板21和/或移动板22中部分的横截面为矩形、三角形、弓形、五边形、六边形中的任意一种。
所述摇臂3还包括斜支撑管32,斜支撑管32一端连接横支撑管31、另一端通过合页2连接立柱1,斜支撑管32、横支撑管31、立柱1形成一三角形。通过设置斜支撑管32,增加了摇臂3的强度,保障了平板设备的安全。
所述调节轴5为尼龙材料。通过设置调节轴5为尼龙材料,调节轴5旋转的滑顺可利用调节轴5本身的自润滑特性实现。
所述摇臂3还包括端盖33,端盖33设置在横支撑管31的远离合页2的一端。通过设置端盖33实现对横支撑管31的密封,起到防尘、防潮作用。

1.一种支撑架,包括立柱(1)、摇臂(3)、托盘(4)、调节轴(5)、固定块(7),立柱(1)竖直设置,摇臂(3)水平设置,其特征是:立柱(1)与摇臂(3)之间通过合页(2)连接,摇臂(3)包括横支撑管(31),横支撑管(31)连接合页(2),横支撑管(31)为中空圆管,调节轴(5)设置在横支撑管(31)内部,调节轴(5)的一端设置有弹性件(9),弹性件(9)一端连接调节轴(5)、另一端连接立柱(1)或合页(2),横支撑管(31)上设置有多个U型槽(311),固定块(7)设置在横支撑管(31)外部,固定块(7)穿过U型槽(311)与调节轴(5)连接,所述托盘(4)连接固定块(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑架,其特征是,所述弹性件(9)为弹簧,所述U型槽(311)沿调节轴(5)的轴线方向设置,且U型槽(311)的开口朝向远离合页(2)的方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑架,其特征是,所述弹性件(9)为拉簧,所述U型槽(311)沿调节轴(5)的轴线方向设置,且U型槽(311)的开口朝向合页(2)的方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种支撑架,其特征是,所述合页(2)包括固定板(21)、移动板(22)、转轴(23)、弹簧(24)、调整螺钉(25),固定板(21)设置在立柱(1)上,固定板(21)与移动板(22)之间通过转轴(23)连接,摇臂(3)连接移动板(22),转轴(23)的一端设置有卡帽(231)、另一端设置有与调整螺钉(25)对应的螺纹孔,转轴(23)穿过移动板(22)、固定板(21)后连接调整螺钉(25),卡帽(231)与移动板(22)贴合;弹簧(24)设置在调整螺钉(25)的螺帽与固定板(21)之间,转轴(23)位于固定板(21)和/或移动板(22)中部分的横截面为非圆形,固定板(21)、移动板(22)中穿孔的孔形为对应的形状。
