本发明公开了一种球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆和阀盖,阀体一体成型,阀体上方具有安装孔,阀体内的进水通道和出水通道的内端设置有阀座,至少一侧阀座为弹性阀座,进水管道或出水管道的管道内端的外侧面带有环形弹性伸缩槽,环形弹性伸缩槽内设置有阀座固定架,阀座固定架与环形弹性伸缩槽底部之间套设有预紧弹簧,阀座固定架呈管状,阀座固定架套接在管道外壁上,所述软密封阀座套接并固定在阀座固定架上,软密封阀座具有管状延伸部,软密封阀座的管状延伸部内侧紧贴在所述管道外侧壁上。该球阀的阀座能够通过弹性装置充分提供预紧力,使阀座即使磨损也能够长期与球体配合保持密封状态。

本发明涉及一种球阀。
背景技术
传统球阀一般包括阀体、球体、阀杆和阀盖,所述阀体一体成型,阀体上方具有安装孔。其中阀体内的阀座在长期使用后容易磨损,经常要进行更换,如果在使用过程中因磨损出现泄漏更是容易引起生产事故。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够对球体与阀座的配合提供更好的预紧配合的球阀。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆和阀盖,所述阀体一体成型,阀体上方具有安装孔,所述阀体内的进水通道和出水通道的内端设置有阀座,至少一侧阀座为弹性阀座,所述进水管道或出水管道的管道内端的外侧面带有环形弹性伸缩槽,环形弹性伸缩槽内设置有阀座固定架,阀座固定架与环形弹性伸缩槽底部之间套设有预紧弹簧,阀座固定架呈管状,阀座固定架套接在管道外壁上,所述软密封阀座套接并固定在阀座固定架上,软密封阀座具有管状延伸部,软密封阀座的管状延伸部内侧紧贴在所述管道外侧壁上。
本发明的技术效果:该球阀的阀座能够通过弹性装置充分提供预紧力,使阀座即使磨损也能够长期与球体配合保持密封状态。

参照图1、图2所示,本发明提供的球阀,包括阀体1、球体2、阀杆3和阀盖4,所述阀体1一体成型,阀体1上方具有安装孔5,所述阀体1内的进水通道和出水通道的内端设置有阀座,至少一侧阀座为弹性阀座6,本实施例中是在进水通道内端设置弹性阀座6,所述进水管道或出水管道的管道10内端的外侧面带有环形弹性伸缩槽7,环形弹性伸缩槽7内设置有阀座固定架8,阀座固定架8与环形弹性伸缩槽7底部之间套设有预紧弹簧9,阀座固定架8呈管状,阀座固定架8套接在管道10外壁上,所述软密封阀座11套接并固定在阀座固定架8上,软密封阀座11具有管状延伸部12,软密封阀座11的管状延伸部12内侧紧贴在所述阀座固定架8外侧壁上。
参照图1、图2所示,为了使阀杆3被锁定,所述阀杆3上带有截面呈多边形的卡位部13,所述阀盖4上端带有多边形的卡位槽14,所述卡位部13处于卡位槽14中并且相对卡位槽14转动,所述卡位部13上套接有卡位环15,卡位环15下端的多边形部16卡入卡位槽14中,卡位环15内孔恰好套接在阀杆3的卡位部13上,卡位环15的多边形部16外环面与所述卡位槽14匹配,所述卡位环15上部具有向侧面延伸的固定片17,固定片17上带有锁定通孔18,所述阀盖4上端带有对准锁定通孔18的锁定杆19,锁定杆19上端带有锁孔20,锁定杆19穿过锁定通孔18后锁具穿过锁孔20并锁定,所述阀杆3上端固定有磁吸部21,磁吸部21将卡位环15向上吸起。本发明中的这种阀杆锁定机构极为简单,成本更低。本发明的锁定机构的操作方式如下:1、当卡位环15卡入卡位槽14时,卡位槽14限制卡位环15使其不能转动,而卡位环15又限制阀杆3的卡位部13,进而使阀杆3也无法转动,由此将阀杆锁定,为了防止外人操作,卡位环15通过侧面的固定片17与锁定杆19采用锁具锁死;2、当需要解锁时,只需将卡位环15上提,并由磁吸部21吸住即可。

1. 一种球阀,包括阀体、球体、阀杆和阀盖,所述阀体一体成型,阀体上方具有安装孔,其特征是:所述阀体内的进水通道和出水通道的内端设置有阀座,至少一侧阀座为弹性阀座,所述进水管道或出水管道的管道内端的外侧面带有环形弹性伸缩槽,环形弹性伸缩槽内设置有阀座固定架,阀座固定架与环形弹性伸缩槽底部之间套设有预紧弹簧,阀座固定架呈管状,阀座固定架套接在管道外壁上,所述软密封阀座套接并固定在阀座固定架上,软密封阀座具有管状延伸部,软密封阀座的管状延伸部内侧紧贴在所述阀座固定架外侧壁上,所述软密封阀座封闭所述弹性伸缩槽;所述阀杆上带有截面呈多边形的卡位部,所述阀盖上端带有多边形的卡位槽,所述卡位部处于卡位槽中并且相对卡位槽转动,所述卡位部上套接有卡位环,卡位环下端的多边形部卡入卡位槽中,卡位环内孔恰好套接在阀杆的卡位部上,卡位环的多边形部外环面与所述卡位槽匹配,所述卡位环上部具有向侧 面延伸的固定片,固定片上带有锁定通孔,所述阀盖上端带有对准锁定通孔的锁定杆,锁定 杆上端带有锁孔,锁定杆穿过锁定通孔后锁具穿过锁孔并锁定,所述阀杆上端固定有磁吸部,磁吸部将卡位环向上吸起。
