本发明属于环保行业中的危险废物处理领域,具体涉及一种感光废胶片脱胶剂及其配制、应用以及脱胶剂的回用方法。本发明提供的感光废胶片脱胶剂包括:碱溶液、渗透剂及分散剂,渗透剂和分散剂在碱性环境中配合使用,使片基和卤化银层有效分离;该脱胶剂制备方法简单,原料易得。本发明还提供脱胶剂的应用,首先将感光废胶片置于脱胶剂中,35℃-40℃加热即可实现脱胶,时间短、效率高,能够得到洁净片基,解决了现代使用的感光废胶片因结构、成分复杂而无法脱胶的难题;然后将脱胶废液电解处理以祛银。本发明还将电解祛银后的电解废液再生处理得到再生脱胶剂,供多次使用,脱胶效果良好;或者将电解废液进行氧化催化处理,以达到排放标准。
