Abstract

本发明公开了一种无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂,配方为:氰基丙烯酸酯20~40份,丙烯酸10~15份,顺丁烯二酸酐25~35份,亚甲基丁二酸20~30份、抗氧化剂0.5~2份、乳化剂1~5份、引发剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂5~10份,填充剂5~50份、水80~100份。本发明所提供的地板胶黏剂,为木材专业胶黏剂,也可用于其他多孔性结构的基材,由于其粘度强,耐水性能优异,尤其适合用于复合地板的胶黏。该胶黏剂为水性丙烯酸胶黏剂,不同于传统的三醛树脂胶黏剂,整个生产过程中甲醛零添加,符合现代化工业生产对环境保护及人体健康的要求。

一种无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂
技术领域
本发明属于高分子聚合物领域,具体涉及一种无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂。
背景技术
木材用胶黏剂占胶黏剂总产量的60%以上,且随着木材加工工业的持续发展用量日益增大,品种也不断增多。胶黏剂工业的发展也对刨花板和纤维板/胶合板等木材工业的发展产生了积极的影响,使得小径级材、枝梗材、间伐材以及木材加工剩余物等能够得到充分利用,提高了木材的综合利用率,改善了木材的性能。胶黏剂已成为决定刨花板和纤维板生产发展水平的一个关键环节,生产中新工艺的实施、生产效率的提高、劳动条件的改善,均与胶黏剂与胶接技术密切相关。
目前的现有技术中,脲醛树脂与酚醛树脂胶、三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂胶并称为人造板工业用三大胶。例如公开号为CN104277725B的中国专利公开了一种木地板胶粘剂及其制备方法,所述的木地胶粘剂包括下述成分丙烯酸羟乙酯16~25份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯14~22份、乙基纤维素3~6份、聚甲醛4~8份、聚乙烯醇3~7份、玉米淀粉2~5份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯2~4份;制备方法包括以下步骤:按重量取将上述的胶粘剂各个成分投入反应釜中,将反应釜温度设定为70~80℃,温度稳定后对反应釜内原料进行混合搅拌,搅拌结束后冷却至室温,制备得到木地板胶粘剂。
又如公开号为CN104789173A的中国专利公开了一种阻燃糠醛改性脲醛树脂地板胶,该地板胶按重量份数计包括以下组分:甲醛250~280份;尿素120~130份;糠醛5~8份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液10~20份;阻燃剂A15~20份;阻燃剂Bl0~15份。地板胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应釜中加入计量好的甲醛、尿素、糠醛,用氢氧化钠溶液调节溶液的PH值8.0~8.5,将温度从常温升高至70~75℃,保温反应50~55min;保温反应结束后加入甲酸溶液调节反应的pH值为5.2~5.5,测粘度,当粘度达到22~25Pa.s时,加入甲酸溶液调节反应的pH值为6.0,加入计量好的聚醋酸乙烯乳液,升高温度至85~90℃,10min后加入计量好阻燃剂A,保温反应70~75min;然后加入计量好阻燃剂B,搅拌均匀反应30~35min,降温至室温,即得产品。
然而上述的胶黏剂中均含有甲醛,对人体及环境有害,因此急需开发一种新型的胶黏剂满足市场的需求。目前也有相应的研究,例如公开号为CN106753194A的中国专利公开了一种耐磨阻燃地板胶,是由以下重量份数的物质组成:乳白胶25-35份、有机硅树脂30-40份、滑石粉5-10份、沸石粉5-8份、山梨酸3-8份、石英粉15-20份、氢氧化钠15-20份、尿素25-30份、二甘醇15-25份、三聚氰胺5-8份、纳米二氧化硅15-25份、增韧剂5-10份、固化剂8-12份、蓖麻油35-45份、催化剂5-8份、聚乙烯醇15-25份、阻燃剂5-10份、耐磨剂8-12份、消泡剂0.5-5份、去离子水50-70份。然而其成分繁多,制备工艺也复杂。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供了一种无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂。
技术方案:本发明所述的无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂,配方为:氰基丙烯酸酯20~40份,丙烯酸10~15份,顺丁烯二酸酐25~35份,亚甲基丁二酸20~30份、抗氧化剂0.5~2份、乳化剂1~5份、引发剂0.1~0.5份、交联剂5~10份,填充剂5~50份、水80~100份。
具体的,所述的氰基丙烯酸酯由氰基丙烯酸乙酯,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯,氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组成。三者最佳的比例为:氰基丙烯酸乙酯15份、氰基丙烯酸正丁酯20份、氰基丙烯酸异丁酯5份。
具体的,对于本发明来说,所述的抗氧化剂为4-叔丁基苯酚。所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵。所述的交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
所述的填充剂为面粉、木粉、无机填料与葡萄糖浆的混合物。具体的所述的填充剂中各组分的配比为:面粉1~2份、木粉1~2份、无机填料2~3份、葡萄糖浆2~3份。
进一步的研究,我们在所述胶黏剂配方中再加入改性的玉米淀粉1~5份。结果表明,加入改性后的玉米淀粉,可以增加胶黏剂的防水性。具体的,我们公开了玉米淀粉的改性方法:将玉米淀粉加入蒸馏水,恒温60~80℃搅拌,配成淀粉乳,加入丙烯酸乙酯,混合搅拌30~40分钟,再加入乳酸,继续搅拌并逐渐降温,得到改性的玉米淀粉。
有益效果:本发明所提供的地板胶黏剂,为木材专业胶黏剂,也可用于其他多孔性结构的基材,由于其粘度强,耐水性能优异,尤其适合用于复合地板的胶黏。该胶黏剂为水性丙烯酸胶黏剂,不同于传统的三醛树脂胶黏剂,整个生产过程中甲醛零添加,符合现代化工业生产对环境保护及人体健康的要求。
具体实施方式:
实施例1(胶黏剂制备)
配方1:氰基丙烯酸酯20份(氰基丙烯酸乙酯,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯,氰基丙烯酸异丁酯),丙烯酸10份,顺丁烯二酸酐25份,亚甲基丁二酸20份、4-叔丁基苯酚0.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、过硫酸铵0.1份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5份,填充剂5份(面粉:木粉:无机填料:葡萄糖浆=1:2:2:3)、水80份。
将过硫酸铵加入部分水中,得到过硫酸铵水溶液;将丙烯酸、氰基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入剩余水中,混合,搅拌,逐步加入4-叔丁基苯酚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,木粉,搅拌反应,最后调节PH值,得到。
实施例2(胶黏剂制备)
配方1:氰基丙烯酸酯40份(氰基丙烯酸乙酯,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯,氰基丙烯酸异丁酯),丙烯酸15份,顺丁烯二酸酐35份,亚甲基丁二酸30份、4-叔丁基苯酚2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、过硫酸铵0.5份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯10份,填充剂50份(面粉:木粉:无机填料:葡萄糖浆=1:2:2:3)、水100份。
将过硫酸铵加入部分水中,得到过硫酸铵水溶液;将丙烯酸、氰基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入剩余水中,混合,搅拌,逐步加入4-叔丁基苯酚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,木粉,搅拌反应,最后调节PH值,得到。
实施例3(胶黏剂制备)
配方1:氰基丙烯酸酯30份(氰基丙烯酸乙酯,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯,氰基丙烯酸异丁酯),丙烯酸12份,顺丁烯二酸酐25份,亚甲基丁二酸22份、4-叔丁基苯酚1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、过硫酸铵0.5份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯8份,填充剂20份(面粉:木粉:无机填料:葡萄糖浆=1:2:2:3)、水100份。
将过硫酸铵加入部分水中,得到过硫酸铵水溶液;将丙烯酸、氰基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入剩余水中,混合,搅拌,逐步加入4-叔丁基苯酚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,木粉,搅拌反应,最后调节PH值,得到。
实施例4(胶黏剂制备)
配方1:氰基丙烯酸酯20份(氰基丙烯酸乙酯,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯,氰基丙烯酸异丁酯),丙烯酸10份,顺丁烯二酸酐35份,亚甲基丁二酸30份、4-叔丁基苯酚0.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、过硫酸铵0.1份、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5份,填充剂50份(面粉:木粉:无机填料:葡萄糖浆=1:2:2:3)、水100份。
将过硫酸铵加入部分水中,得到过硫酸铵水溶液;将丙烯酸、氰基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯加入剩余水中,混合,搅拌,逐步加入4-叔丁基苯酚,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,木粉,搅拌反应,最后调节PH值,得到。
实施例5(性能测试)
采用实施例所制备得到的胶黏剂,将粘好的地板样板浸入100℃的水中,观察脱胶时的时间,作为胶黏剂耐水性的标准。
对上述实施例1~4中所制备得到的胶黏剂,进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

从上述实施例的检测结果可以看出,实施例3的配方,效果最佳。
实施例6(制备改性的玉米淀粉)
将玉米淀粉10份加入蒸馏水,恒温60~80℃搅拌,配成淀粉乳,加入丙烯酸乙酯2份,混合搅拌30~40分钟,再加入乳酸3~4份,继续搅拌并逐渐降温,得到改性的玉米淀粉。
实施例7(胶黏剂制备)
配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,在配方中添加实施例6中所得到的改性玉米粉3份。
实施例8(胶黏剂制备)
配方和制备方法与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于,在配方中添加实施例6中所得到的改性玉米粉3份。
实施例9(胶黏剂制备)
配方和制备方法与实施例3基本相同,不同之处在于,在配方中添加实施例6中所得到的改性玉米粉3份。
实施例10(胶黏剂制备)
配方和制备方法与实施例4基本相同,不同之处在于,在配方中添加实施例6中所得到的改性玉米粉3份。
实施例11(性能测试)
采用实施例所制备得到的胶黏剂,将粘好的地板样板浸入25℃的水中,观察脱胶时的时间,作为胶黏剂耐水性的标准。
对上述实施例7~10中所制备得到的胶黏剂,进行性能测试,结果如下表所示:

从实验数据中可以看出,添加改性玉米淀粉的胶黏剂,粘度差别不大,但是耐水性能有很好的提高。

1.一种无甲醛水性丙烯酸树脂复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述胶黏剂的配方为:氰基丙烯酸酯20~40份,丙烯酸10~15份,顺丁烯二酸酐25~35份,亚甲基丁二酸20~30份,抗氧化剂0.5~2份,乳化剂1~5份,引发剂0.1~0.5份,交联剂5~10份,填充剂5~50份,水80~100份,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述的氰基丙烯酸酯由氰基丙烯酸乙酯、氰基丙烯酸正丁酯、氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述的抗氧化剂为4-叔丁基苯酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述的交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述的填充剂为面粉、木粉、无机填料与葡萄糖浆的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述的填充剂中各组分的配比为:面粉1~2份、木粉1~2份、无机填料2~3份、葡萄糖浆2~3份。
7.根据权利要求1~5任意一项权利要求所述的复合地板胶黏剂,其特征在于所述胶黏剂配方中再加入改性的玉米淀粉1~5份。
