Abstract

本发明公开了一种生活污水净化处理装置,属于污水处理设备领域,包括药剂添加口、第一转轴、支撑杆、罐体、滑移套筒、吸附罐、吸附腔、排水管、进水管、第二变频电机、排污管和储水槽;所述罐体和吸附罐固定设置在底座上端;所述罐体左上方设置有进水管;所述药剂添加口设置在罐体顶端左侧;所述第一转轴竖直设置在罐体内部,第一转轴和位于罐体上方的第一变频电机相连接,第一转轴上设置有螺旋叶片;所述第二变频电机下侧固定连接有第二转轴,第二转轴上设置有若干搅拌装置;本发明利用滑移套筒和套筒使得搅拌范围发生改变,有效提高了生活污水与药剂的混合效果,螺旋叶片对混合液进行提升搅拌,进一步提高了生活污水处理效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理设备领域,具体是一种生活污水净化处理装置。
背景技术
我国是水资源短缺的国家,水资源的循环再利用是一项非常有发展前景的事业,水资源的循环再利用即是将污水及工业污水进行净化处理,使之达到再利用的目的,可节省大量的水资源。随着我国经济的高速发展,我国污水排放量逐年上升,其中包括生活污水、工业污水等,如果随意排放,将造成地下水体的污染;在污水处理的过程中,需要加入药剂以使得污水发生絮凝沉淀,而目前污水与药剂的混合效果较差,难以发挥药剂的作用,造成污水的处理效果较差,且造成了药剂的浪费;因此,我们需要一种生活污水净化处理装置。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便且污水净化效果好的生活污水净化处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种生活污水净化处理装置,包括药剂添加口、第一转轴、支撑杆、罐体、滑移套筒、吸附罐、吸附腔、排水管、进水管、第二变频电机、排污管和储水槽;所述罐体和吸附罐固定设置在底座上端;所述罐体左上方设置有进水管;所述药剂添加口设置在罐体顶端左侧;所述第一转轴竖直设置在罐体内部,第一转轴和位于罐体上方的第一变频电机相连接,第一转轴上设置有螺旋叶片;所述第二变频电机下侧固定连接有第二转轴,第二转轴上设置有若干搅拌装置;所述罐体内腔底部设置有储水槽,储水槽顶部设置有过滤板;所述排污管设置在罐体左下方,排污管位于过滤板上侧,且排污管上设置有排污阀门;所述吸附罐设置在罐体右侧,吸附罐和储水槽通过单向阀连通;所述吸附罐内部设置有吸附腔;所述排水管设置在吸附罐右上方,排水管上设置有排水阀门;所述搅拌装置包括安装杆、套筒、第二弹簧和搅拌叶片;所述安装杆的一端和第二转轴固定连接,安装杆的外部套设有套筒,套筒远离第二转轴的一端封闭;所述套筒的封闭端和安装杆远离第二转轴的一端固定设置有第二弹簧,套筒的外侧壁上均匀设置有若干搅拌叶片;所述第一弹簧套设在支撑杆上,第一弹簧的一端和第一转轴固定连接,第一弹簧的另一端固定连接有滑移套筒。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支撑杆对称设置在第一转轴的上部,支撑杆一端和第一转轴固定连接,支撑杆远离第一转轴的一端设置有止动挡块。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述滑移套筒套设在支撑杆上,第二变频电机固定设置在滑移套筒下侧。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述吸附腔中设置有活性炭吸附板,活性炭吸附板设置有三块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用滑移套筒和套筒使得搅拌范围发生改变,有效提高了生活污水与药剂的混合效果,螺旋叶片对混合液进行提升搅拌,进一步提高了生活污水处理效果,最后通过活性炭吸附板的吸附,使得生活污水得到充分处理。

请参阅图1,本实施例提供了一种生活污水净化处理装置,包括药剂添加口1、第一转轴3、支撑杆4、罐体5、滑移套筒6、吸附罐7、吸附腔8、排水管10、进水管14、第二变频电机16、排污管21和储水槽22;所述罐体5和吸附罐7固定设置在底座13上端;所述罐体5左上方设置有进水管14;所述药剂添加口1设置在罐体5顶端左侧;所述第一转轴3竖直设置在罐体5内部,第一转轴3和位于罐体5上方的第一变频电机2相连接,第一转轴3上设置有螺旋叶片19;所述支撑杆4对称设置在第一转轴3的上部,支撑杆4一端和第一转轴3固定连接,支撑杆4远离第一转轴3的一端设置有止动挡块15;所述滑移套筒6套设在支撑杆4上,第二变频电机16固定设置在滑移套筒6下侧;所述第二变频电机16下侧固定连接有第二转轴17,第二转轴17上设置有若干搅拌装置18;所述罐体5内腔底部设置有储水槽22,储水槽22顶部设置有过滤板20;所述排污管21设置在罐体5左下方,排污管21位于过滤板20上侧,且排污管21上设置有排污阀门;所述吸附罐7设置在罐体5右侧,吸附罐7和储水槽22通过单向阀12连通,单向阀12能够将储水槽22中的水流向吸附罐7,吸附罐7内的水不能流向储水槽22;所述吸附罐7内部设置有吸附腔8;所述吸附腔8中设置有活性炭吸附板9,活性炭吸附板9设置有三块,活性炭吸附板9用于对污水进行充分吸附;所述排水管10设置在吸附罐7右上方,排水管10上设置有排水阀门11。
请参阅图2,本发明中,所述搅拌装置18包括安装杆23、套筒24、第二弹簧25和搅拌叶片26;所述安装杆23的一端和第二转轴17固定连接,安装杆23的外部套设有套筒24,套筒24远离第二转轴17的一端封闭;所述套筒24的封闭端和安装杆23远离第二转轴17的一端固定设置有第二弹簧25,套筒24的外侧壁上均匀设置有若干搅拌叶片26;螺旋叶片26对混合液进行提升搅拌,进一步提高了污水处理效果。
请参阅图3,本发明中,所述第一弹簧30套设在支撑杆4上,第一弹簧30的一端和第一转轴3固定连接,第一弹簧30的另一端固定连接有滑移套筒6;第一弹簧30通过利用滑移套筒6使得搅拌范围发生改变,有效提高了污水与药剂的混合效果。

1.一种生活污水净化处理装置,包括药剂添加口、第一转轴、支撑杆、罐体、滑移套筒、吸附罐、吸附腔、排水管、进水管、第二变频电机、排污管和储水槽;其特征在于,所述罐体和吸附罐固定设置在底座上端;所述罐体左上方设置有进水管;所述药剂添加口设置在罐体顶端左侧;所述第一转轴竖直设置在罐体内部,第一转轴和位于罐体上方的第一变频电机相连接,第一转轴上设置有螺旋叶片;所述第二变频电机下侧固定连接有第二转轴,第二转轴上设置有若干搅拌装置;所述罐体内腔底部设置有储水槽,储水槽顶部设置有过滤板;所述排污管设置在罐体左下方,排污管位于过滤板上侧,且排污管上设置有排污阀门;所述吸附罐设置在罐体右侧,吸附罐和储水槽通过单向阀连通;所述吸附罐内部设置有吸附腔;所述排水管设置在吸附罐右上方,排水管上设置有排水阀门;所述搅拌装置包括安装杆、套筒、第二弹簧和搅拌叶片;所述安装杆的一端和第二转轴固定连接,安装杆的外部套设有套筒,套筒远离第二转轴的一端封闭;所述套筒的封闭端和安装杆远离第二转轴的一端固定设置有第二弹簧,套筒的外侧壁上均匀设置有若干搅拌叶片;所述第一弹簧套设在支撑杆上,第一弹簧的一端和第一转轴固定连接,第一弹簧的另一端固定连接有滑移套筒。
