本发明涉及一种纸箱,具体来说,是一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,属于纸箱技术领域。一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:包括一对内侧盖板(1),一对外侧盖板(2),其中一个内侧盖板(1)上表面的中部开设不穿透的槽孔,所述槽孔内固定设置缓冲材,将具有双面粘附功能的RFID标签(1a)的内侧面粘附在所述缓冲材上,粘附后RFID标签(1a)与内侧盖板(1)的表面平齐或基本平齐;一对外侧板(2)盖上后,将RFID标签(1a)盖住,并各自粘附一RFID标签(1a)上表面的一部分;所述RFID标签(1a)内存有可读取的货物信息,纸箱打开时,所述RFID标签(1a)即刻损毁。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸箱,具体来说,是一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,属于纸箱技术领域。
背景技术
在包装与防伪领域,传统的条形码标签以及新兴的二维码标签都在得到日益广泛的应用。但随着人们对商品的生产、储运、保质、防伪、管理等诸多方面更高更全的信息需求,尤其是电商快速发展下对各类货物的识别与流转效率要求大幅提高的背景下,普通条码标签已经无法满足现有商品的包装与分发要求。
一方面,条形码通常标示在商品的最外层,所以难免会有污秽或损坏,一旦有了污损之后,条形码读取机便无法读取,造成辨识上的困难。
另一方面,电商仓库的自动化水平越来越高的发展趋势下,仓库内的商品定位与识别主要依靠库位、托盘等的智能标签的设置与WMS系统的配套,从而实现快速、自动化的出入库、分拣等操作。但出库后的商品再进行包装后的出库、运输过程中的智能定位、信息采集的手段缺失,也为电商物流过程中出现的商品替换、损坏等问题带来隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种面向电商的商品出库包装的智能纸箱,以实现零散商品重新打包后的出库、物流过程的智能识别与防伪,帮助电商品牌、尤其是跨境电商品牌形成更为有效的物流管理手段、提升服务质量;同时,通过对纸箱的结构优化设计,将RFID标签设置在特定的位置,并采用特殊的固定方式,从而不影响纸箱的外形结构,而且实现外观上不显示RFID标签,开箱后RFID标签自动失效的功能。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,包括一对内侧盖板1,一对外侧盖板2,其中一个内侧盖板1上表面的中部开设不穿透的槽孔,所述槽孔内固定设置缓冲材,将具有双面粘附功能的RFID标签1a的内侧面粘附在所述缓冲材上,粘附后RFID标签1a与内侧盖板1的表面平齐或基本平齐;一对外侧板2盖上后,将RFID标签1a盖住,并各自粘附一RFID标签1a上表面的一部分;所述RFID标签1a内存有可读取的货物信息,纸箱打开时,所述RFID标签1a即刻损毁。
进一步的,所述一次性防盗智能纸箱具有配套使用的读写器,所述读写器具有无限定位功能。
进一步的,所述RFID标签的编码和基础信息全部由防伪及溯源平台自动生成,无法复制,避免贵重物品在物流过程中的被盗。
更进一步的,读写器能够通过不同的密码区分使用者,并将实时操作人员的信息写入RFID标签中。
再进一步的,防伪及溯源平台能够在每次写入时自动生成RFID的一组唯一性的基础编码信息。
再进一步的,平台还能够记录基于RFID唯一编码信息所对应的装箱状态信息、根据物流节点过程中是否配置读写器的物流节点信息以及终端查询信息。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)订货者(比如跨境电商消费者)购买货物送达后,不拆箱即可以用带有NFC功能的智能手机扫描具有RFID标签的箱体位置,并在平台上获取相应的装箱时间、扫描地点(是否免税仓)等,可以避免开箱后可能发生的货物不符等纠纷。
2)由于RFID标签附着于黏合剂上,开箱后,该RFID标签即无法再次使用,同时,RFID的编码和基础信息全部由防伪及溯源平台自动生成,无法复制,避免贵重物品在物流过程中的被盗。
3)RFID标签埋入式的设置在内侧盖板内,不影响平整度;而且上表面盖附外侧盖板,使RFID标签成为隐藏形式,不易篡改,防盗效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参见图1-图4,一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,包括一对内侧盖板1,一对外侧盖板2,其中一个内侧盖板1上表面的中部开设不穿透的槽孔,所述槽孔内固定设置缓冲材,将具有双面粘附功能的RFID标签1a的内侧面粘附在所述缓冲材上,粘附后RFID标签1a与内侧盖板1的表面平齐或基本平齐;一对外侧板2盖上后,将RFID标签1a盖住,并各自粘附一RFID标签1a上表面的一部分;所述RFID标签1a内存有可读取的货物信息,纸箱打开时,所述RFID标签1a即刻损毁。
所述一次性防盗智能纸箱具有配套使用的读写器,所述读写器具有无限定位功能。
参见图3,所述RFID标签的编码和基础信息全部由防伪及溯源平台自动生成,无法复制,避免贵重物品在物流过程中的被盗。
读写器能够通过不同的密码区分使用者,并将实时操作人员的信息写入RFID标签中。
防伪及溯源平台能够在每次写入时自动生成RFID的一组唯一性的基础编码信息。
平台还能够记录基于RFID唯一编码信息所对应的装箱状态信息、根据物流节点过程中是否配置读写器的物流节点信息以及终端查询信息。
参见图4,以跨境电商应用这款纸箱为例。装箱时,仓库装箱人员确认读写器信息,其中包括读写器自身的位置和时间信息、读取自电商WMS系统的订单、物流及基础客户信息以及操作人员信息。仓库装箱人员装箱后封箱,并将上述信息写入一次性RFID标签,且无法更改。经过物流运输,货物到达收货人处时,收货人可以在不拆箱的情况下读取上述信息,确认无误后在收货开箱。
Claims (6)
1.一种一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:
包括一对内侧盖板(1),一对外侧盖板(2),其中一个内侧盖板(1)上表面的中部开设不穿透的槽孔,所述槽孔内固定设置缓冲材,将具有双面粘附功能的RFID标签(1a)的内侧面粘附在所述缓冲材上,粘附后RFID标签(1a)与内侧盖板(1)的表面平齐或基本平齐;
一对外侧板(2)盖上后,将RFID标签(1a)盖住,并各自粘附一RFID标签(1a)上表面的一部分;
所述RFID标签(1a)内存有可读取的货物信息,纸箱打开时,所述RFID标签(1a)即刻损毁。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:所述一次性防盗智能纸箱具有配套使用的读写器,所述读写器具有无限定位功能。
3.如权利要求1所述的一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:所述RFID标签的编码和基础信息全部由防伪及溯源平台自动生成,无法复制,避免贵重物品在物流过程中的被盗。
4.如权利要求2所述的一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:读写器能够通过不同的密码区分使用者,并将实时操作人员的信息写入RFID标签中。
5.如权利要求3所述的一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:防伪及溯源平台能够在每次写入时自动生成RFID的一组唯一性的基础编码信息。
6.如权利要求3所述的一次性防盗智能纸箱,其特征在于:平台还能够记录基于RFID唯一编码信息所对应的装箱状态信息、根据物流节点过程中是否配置读写器的物流节点信息以及终端查询信息。
