Abstract

本发明涉及一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,由具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合得到,具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为低熔点可热封聚合物,皮层材料的熔点为52~180℃,芯层材料的熔点高于皮层材料,最终制得的复合纸张新材料的拉伸和撕裂强度高,有着极好的经济价值和推广价值。本发明采用增强纤维与纸张表面复合,具有耗材小、成本低且对未复合前的纸张材料的要求低的优点,同时粘合剂通过热压即可发挥粘合作用,克服了传统粘合剂存在的使用不便、成本高且容易产生有毒有害物质的问题。

Description

一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料
技术领域
本发明属于造纸领域,涉及一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料。
背景技术
纸张的强度是指纸业承受各种机械力时抵抗力,一般包括横/纵向拉伸强度、撕裂强度和抗弯强度等,是衡量纸张性能的重要指标之一。造纸业是我国的重要产业之一,近年来,随着我国造纸工业的迅速发展,人们对高档次纸品的需求量大幅增加,纸张强度的提高也显得越发重要。
为了满足人们对于高强度的纸张的需求,研究人员做了大量的研究。例如专利CN105696409A通过采用硫酸对硅酸钙填料进行预处理,将处理后的填料加入磨浆后的植物纤维中,经过上网、成形、压榨、干燥后得到加填纸张,该方法可显著改善硅酸钙加填纸的强度性能;专利CN103476990A通过在纤维悬浮液中提供包含微纤丝化纤维素的组合物,加入占纤维悬浮液质为0.1-10wt%的微纤丝化纤维素,从而提高要形成的产品的强度和保持力。但上述方法只能对特定种类的纸张的强度进行改善,无法对于所有种类的纸张的强度起到改善作用。
研究人员还通过改善淋膜工艺来全面提高纸张强度,例如专利CN103215851A公开了一种淋膜用底纸及应用其的淋膜纸,底纸包括原纸和形成于原纸表面的涂层,该涂层由涂料涂布形成,该涂料含有颜料和胶乳,该涂料中颜料与胶乳的质量比为100:9-15,该涂料的涂布量为8-16g/m2,该胶乳的表面张力大于等于55mN/m。淋膜纸则是通过对控制淋膜用底纸的涂层中的胶乳的表面张力达到大于等于55mN/m,并配合一定的胶乳用量及涂料涂布量达到提高底纸自身的表面张力的目的,使底纸表面具有较好的附着能力,从而使淋膜层与底纸结合牢固;专利CN102852051A公开了一种新结构淋膜纸,具有原纸层和至少一层淋膜层,原纸层和淋膜层之间设有粘着层,粘着层为水性聚烯烃涂布层,由于粘着层的相似相容性介于纸张和塑料之间,因此可以起到粘接原纸层和淋膜层的作用,能够有效避免原纸层和淋膜层相互剥离,可广泛应用于办公室纸张、食品包装、食品容器及其它各种防潮或防漏用包装纸,或以供加工制作胶带、广告、不干胶行业的离型纸等。但是上述淋膜纸中的淋膜材料用量大,易造成资源浪费,淋膜得到的复合纸张不可做有透气性要求的产品,当纸张的表面粗糙度较大时,纸张表面的不平整性使淋膜工艺容易产生漏点,从而影响淋膜得到的复合纸张的整体性能,除此之外,淋膜中常用的粘合剂常会产生有毒有害气体的排放,对环境存在不利影响。
因此,研究一种能够提高纸张强度且耗材小、成本低、适用性好的环境友好型皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,使用增强纤维和特殊材料的粘合剂与纸张复合,在提高纸张强度的同时减少耗材的使用量,降低成本,并减少对环境造成的污染,提供一种能够提高纸张强度且耗材小、成本低、适用性好的环境友好型复合纸张新材料及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,由具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合得到,本发明适用于所有的纸张,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为低熔点可热封聚合物,皮层材料的熔点为52~180℃,芯层材料的熔点高于皮层材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合后的剥离强度为0.2~1.0N/25mm。
作为优选的技术方案:
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,采用GB/T12914测试标准测得的未与具有皮芯结构的纤维复合的纸张的纵向拉伸强度≥2.5KN/m,横向拉伸强度≥2.0KN/m,皮芯纤维复合纸张的纵向拉伸强度为3.6~4.0KN/m,横向拉伸强度为3.2~3.6KN/m;
采用GB/T455测试标准测得的未与具有皮芯结构的纤维复合的纸张的纵向撕裂强度≥400mN,横向撕裂强度≥300mN,皮芯纤维复合纸张的纵向撕裂强度为462~500mN,横向撕裂强度为362~383mN。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张的单一表面或双表面复合;所述纸张的克重为28~160g/m2
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层含量为10~98wt%。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维的芯层的熔点为120~300℃。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维的芯层的直径为15~50μm,采用GB/T14337-2008测得的所述芯层的拉伸强度为2.8~3.5cN/dtex,采用GB/T14337-2008测得的所述芯层的断裂伸长率为28~80%。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维以丝网的形态与纸张复合,所述丝网的密度为100~1000根/m2,纵向间隔为0.1~8cm,横向间隔为0.1~8cm。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述皮层材料和芯层材料为熔点不同但成分相同的材料,具体为涤纶或聚乳酸。聚乳酸可全生物降解,不会对环境产生不利影响,有着极好的经济环保价值。
如上所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合是通过热压实现的,热压的温度高于皮层材料熔点60~180℃,低于芯层材料,热压的时间为2~10min。在制备过程中,低熔点可热封的粘合剂由于较高的热压温度而熔化从而使得剩余的增强纤维以丝网的形态复合在纸张的表面,相比于淋膜工艺,本发明的方法耗材小、成本低、对未复合前的纸张材料的要求进一步降低且制备过程中不会产生有毒有害物质。
有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,使增强纤维以丝网的形态复合在纸张表面,具有耗材小、成本低且对未复合前的纸张材料的要求低的优点。
(2)本发明的一种复合纸张新材料的制备方法,以低熔点可热封聚合物作为粘合剂,克服了传统涂料型粘合剂存在的使用不便、成本高和污染环境的问题。
(3)本发明的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,拉伸和撕裂强度高,有着极好的推广价值。
(4)本发明的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,利用可全生物降解的聚乳酸以丝网的形态复合在纸张表面,全面提高纸张的强度,且复合得到的纸张容易回收利用,是一种环境友好型新材料,有着极好的经济环保价值。

实施例1
一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,由具有皮芯结构的纤维与克重为28g/m2的纸张通过热压使纤维以丝网的形态与纸张的双表面复合得到,热压的温度为112℃,时间为2min,具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为熔点为52℃的聚乳酸,芯层材料为熔点为120℃的聚乳酸,其中皮层材料占纤维总量的10wt%,芯层的直径为15μm,拉伸强度为2.8cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为28%,丝网的密度1000根/m2,纵向间隔为0.1cm,横向间隔为0.1cm,未与纤维前复合纸张的纵向拉伸强度为2.8KN/m,横向拉伸强度为2.3KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为420mN,横向撕裂强度为325mN。
最终得到的皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料的纵向拉伸强度为4.0KN/m,横向拉伸强为3.6KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为500mN,横向撕裂强度为383mN,其中皮芯纤维与纸张复合后的剥离强度为1.0N/25mm。
实施例2
一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,由具有皮芯结构的纤维与克重为160g/m2的纸张通过热压使纤维以丝网的形态与纸张的单一表面复合得到,热压的温度为260℃,时间为10min,具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为熔点为180℃的聚乳酸,芯层材料为熔点为300℃的聚乳酸,其中皮层材料占纤维总量的98wt%,芯层的直径为50μm,拉伸强度为3.5cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为80%,丝网的密度为100根/m2,纵向间隔为8cm,横向间隔为8cm,未与纤维前复合纸张的纵向拉伸强度为2.5KN/m,横向拉伸强度为2.0KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为400mN,横向撕裂强度为300mN。
最终得到的皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料的纵向拉伸强度为3.6KN/m,横向拉伸强为3.2KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为462mN,横向撕裂强度为362mN,其中皮芯纤维与纸张复合后的剥离强度为0.2N/25mm。
实施例3
一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,由具有皮芯结构的纤维与克重为38g/m2的纸张通过热压使纤维以丝网的形态与纸张的单一表面复合得到,热压的温度为250℃,时间为4min,具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为熔点为70℃的涤纶,芯层材料为熔点为270℃的涤纶,其中皮层材料占纤维总量的80wt%,芯层的直径为25μm,拉伸强度为2.9cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为32%,丝网的密度为350根/m2,纵向间隔为7cm,横向间隔为7cm,未与纤维前复合纸张的纵向拉伸强度为2.55KN/m,横向拉伸强度为2.1KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为405mN,横向撕裂强度为308mN。
最终得到的皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料的纵向拉伸强度为3.7KN/m,横向拉伸强为3.25KN/m,纵向撕裂强度为475mN,横向撕裂强度为368mN,其中皮芯纤维与纸张复合后的剥离强度为0.45N/25mm。

1.一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,其特征是:由具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合得到,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维的皮层材料为低熔点可热封聚合物,皮层材料的熔点为52~180℃,芯层材料的熔点高于皮层材料,所述具有皮芯结构的纤维与纸张复合后的剥离强度为0.2~1.0N/25mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮芯纤维复合纸张新材料,其特征在于,采用GB/T12914测试标准测得的未与具有皮芯结构的纤维复合的纸张的纵向拉伸强度≥2.5KN/m,横向拉伸强度≥2.0KN/m,皮芯纤维复合纸张的纵向拉伸强度为3.6~4.0KN/m,横向拉伸强度为3.2~3.6KN/m;
采用GB/T455测试标准测得的未与具有皮芯结构的纤维复合的纸张的纵向撕裂强度≥400mN,横向撕裂强度≥300mN,皮芯纤维复合纸张的纵向撕裂强度为462~500mN,横向撕裂强度为362~383mN。
