Abstract
The invention discloses a positioning and clamping device. The positioning and clamping device comprises a positioning piece, a fixed seat and a base, wherein the upper surface of the base is provided with a positioning area; the number of the fixing seats is multiple, the fixing seats are connected to the base, the fixing seats are distributed annularly around the positioning area, the upper surface of the fixing seat is provided with positioning through grooves, one end notch of each positioning through groove faces the positioning area, and the other end notch of each positioning through groove faces outwards; each positioning through groove is internally provided with one positioning piece, the positioning pieces can move relative to the fixing base, a plurality of positioning pieces face one end face of the positioning area and are used for being matched with and clamping a workpiece, and each positioning piece is fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing base through a fastening piece. The positioning and clamping device has good clamping effect.

A disc fixture is arranged on a computer numerical control five-axis rotary cutting workbench, and a machining material is fixed on a disc by a pressing plate before operation.

The positioning and clamping device comprises a positioning piece, a fixed seat and a base, wherein the upper surface of the base is provided with a positioning area; the number of the fixing seats is multiple, the fixing seats are connected to the base and distributed around the positioning area, the upper surface of the fixing seat is provided with a positioning through groove, one end notch of the positioning through groove faces the positioning area, and the opposite other end notch faces outwards; each positioning through groove is internally provided with one positioning piece, the positioning pieces can move relative to the fixing base, a plurality of positioning pieces face one end face of the positioning area and are used for being matched with and clamping a workpiece, and each positioning piece can be fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing base through a detachable fastener.
In one embodiment, the outward end of the positioning member is provided with a protruding matching portion, the matching portion extends towards the base, and the matching portion is used for being connected with the fixing base through the fastening piece.
In one embodiment, the matching part is provided with a matching hole, the fixing seat is provided with a positioning hole, and the matching part and the fixing seat can be connected through the matching hole and the positioning hole in a penetrating manner through the fastener.
In one embodiment, the plurality of fixing seats are uniformly distributed around the positioning area.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece is connected to the lower bottom surface of the base, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is used for being connected with an external mechanism.
In one embodiment, the base is provided with a shockproof groove at a position located in the positioning area, an opening of the shockproof groove faces upwards, and the shockproof groove is used for sleeving the workpiece.
The positioning and clamping device is short in positioning and fixing time for processing different workpieces through the arrangement of the positioning rod and the fixing seat, saves labor, does not need continuous adjustment and re-correction of the position for processing the same workpiece, only needs to adjust the height of the processed workpiece, and is suitable for batch production.

The present embodiment relates to a milling mechanism 10. The milling mechanism 10 comprises a table 100, a milling device 200, a swivel base 300 and a guide rail 500, and further comprises a positioning and clamping device 600.
The positioning and clamping device 600 includes a positioning member 600, a fixing base 620 and a base 630. The upper surface of the base 630 has a locating area 631.
The number of the fixing bases 620 is multiple, the fixing bases 620 are all connected to the base 630, the fixing bases 620 are distributed annularly around the locating area 631, locating through grooves are formed in the upper surface of the fixing bases 620, one end notch of each locating through groove faces the locating area 631, and the other end notch faces outwards. Each positioning through groove is internally provided with a positioning piece 600, the positioning piece 600 can move relative to the fixed seat 620, one end face of each positioning piece 600, which faces the positioning area 631, is used for being matched and clamped with a workpiece, and each positioning piece 600 can be fixedly connected with the corresponding fixed seat 620 through a detachable fastener.
In one embodiment, the outward end of the positioning member 600 has a protruding engaging portion 611, the engaging portion 611 extends toward the base 630, and the positioning member 600 is connected to the fixing base 620 through the engaging portion 611 and the fastener.
In one embodiment, the mating portion 611 has a mating aperture 6111. The fixing base 620 is provided with a positioning hole, and the matching part 611 and the fixing base 620 can be connected through the fastener penetrating through the matching hole 6111 and the positioning hole.
In one embodiment, the plurality of holders 620 are evenly distributed around the positioning area 631.
In one embodiment, the positioning and clamping device 600 further includes a connector 640; the connection member 640 is connected to the lower bottom surface of the base 630, and the connection member 640 has a plurality of connection holes 641 thereon, and the connection member 640 is used to connect with the rotation seat 300.
In one embodiment, the base 630 has a vibration-proof slot at a location of the positioning area 631, where an opening of the vibration-proof slot faces upward, and the vibration-proof slot is used for sleeving a workpiece.
The milling device 200 is provided on the table 100. The guide rail 500 is provided on the table 100 and below the milling device 200; the rotating base 300 is slidably disposed on the guide rail 500, the rotating base 300 can move relative to the guide rail 500, the base 630 of the positioning and clamping device 600 is connected to the rotating base 300, and the rotating base 300 can drive the base 630, the fixing seat 620 on the base 630 and the positioning piece 600 to rotate.
In one embodiment, the milling device 200 further comprises a rotary table 400, the rotary table 300 being arranged on the guide rail 500 by means of the rotary table 400.
In one embodiment, the milling device 200 further comprises a rotational drive member. The rotation driving part is provided on the rotation table 400 and connected to the rotation seat 300 for driving the rotation seat 300 to rotate. The rotary drive member may be a drive motor.
In one embodiment, milling device 200 has a milling drive component 210 and a milling head 220. A milling drive assembly 210 is provided on the table 100 and is connected to the milling head 220, the milling drive assembly 210 being adapted to drive the milling head 220 to mill a workpiece. The milling drive unit 210 may be a drive motor.
In one embodiment, the swivel base 300 is annular. The rotating base 300 is provided with a plurality of abdication through grooves. The number of relief slots corresponds to the number of positioning members 600. When the outward end of the positioning member 600 is matched with the yielding groove.

The positioning and clamping device is characterized by comprising a positioning piece, a fixing seat and a base, wherein the upper surface of the base is provided with a positioning area; the number of the fixing seats is multiple, the fixing seats are connected to the base and distributed around the positioning area, the upper surface of the fixing seat is provided with a positioning through groove, one end notch of the positioning through groove faces the positioning area, and the opposite other end notch faces outwards; each positioning through groove is internally provided with one positioning piece, the positioning pieces can move relative to the fixed seat, one end face of each positioning piece, which faces the positioning area, is used for being matched and clamped with a workpiece, and each positioning piece can be fixedly connected with the corresponding fixed seat through a detachable fastener;
one outward end of the positioning piece is provided with a protruding matching part, the matching part extends towards the direction of the base, and the matching part is used for being connected with the fixing seat through the fastening piece;
the cooperation portion has the mating hole, be equipped with the locating hole on the fixing base, the cooperation portion with the fixing base can pass through the fastener locates the mating hole with the locating hole realizes connecting.
2. The positioning and clamping device as recited in claim 1 wherein a plurality of said holders are evenly distributed about said positioning area.
3. The positioning and clamping device as recited in claim 1, further comprising a connector attached to a lower bottom surface of said base, said connector having a plurality of attachment holes thereon, said connector being adapted to connect with an external mechanism.
4. The positioning and clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the base is provided with a shockproof groove at a position located in the positioning area, an opening of the shockproof groove faces upwards, and the shockproof groove is used for sleeving the workpiece.
