Abstract

The invention provides a stability-enhanced biotrickling filter organic waste gas treatment device, which comprises a tower body and a nutrient solution purification device positioned outside the tower body, wherein the nutrient solution purification device is positioned on a nutrient solution circulation loop of the tower body, one end of the nutrient solution purification device is communicated with a liquid storage tank (3) at the bottom of the tower body, and the other end of the nutrient solution purification device is communicated with a nutrient solution spray pipe (21) at the top of the tower body. The bio-trickling filtration method has become an important biological treatment method for purifying Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) due to less investment, no secondary pollution and conformity with the concept of pollutant ecological restoration.
In the actual operation process of the biological trickling filter, because of the metabolic waste and the carbon dioxide generated by decomposing VOCs by microorganisms, the substances enter the nutrient solution to reduce the pH value of the nutrient solution, increase the viscosity, accumulate biomass and the like, and cause adverse effects on the maintenance of the subsequent trickling filter and the effective degradation of VOCs. Therefore, how to improve the treatment effect of the VOCs in the bio-trickling filter and the system stability becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.

The nutrient solution treatment device purifies the nutrient solution by using algae, and can effectively remove metabolic waste and carbon dioxide generated by decomposing VOCs (volatile organic compounds) by microorganisms in the nutrient solution.
In addition to the algae degradation of the bacterial metabolites in the nutrient solution provided in this embodiment, in other embodiments, the nutrient solution may be purified in other ways, such as by physical filtration of the bacterial metabolites in the nutrient solution.
In order to improve the purification treatment effect, in this embodiment, the inner cavity of the box 25 is divided into two parts, namely a nutrient solution treatment tank 11 and a liquid outlet tank 13, by a diaphragm plate (not marked in the figure), an overflow window (not marked in the figure) is formed between the top end of the diaphragm plate and the top plate of the box 25, the nutrient solution treatment tank 11 is communicated with the liquid storage tank 3 at the bottom of the tower body, and the liquid outlet tank 13 is communicated with the nutrient solution spray pipe 21 at the top of the tower body.
In this embodiment, a heater 12 for heating the nutrient solution is provided at the bottom of the nutrient solution treatment tank 11 in order to maintain good growth of algae, and a temperature controller 7 electrically connected to the heater 12 is provided in the casing 25 in order to control the heating temperature. In order to provide illumination required for the growth of algae, a fluorescent lamp 10 is installed on the ceiling of the box 25 at a position corresponding to the nutrient solution treatment tank 11.

In order to adjust the amount of the nutrient solution entering the nutrient solution purification device, a flow meter 5 is arranged on a communication pipeline between the nutrient solution treatment tank 11 and the liquid storage tank 3.

Nutrient solution enters the tower body through a nutrient solution spraying pipe 21, then sequentially passes through each filling chamber from top to bottom and contacts with microorganisms, so that metabolic waste and carbon dioxide generated when the microorganisms decompose organic waste gas are carried by the nutrient solution and enter a liquid storage tank 3 at the bottom of the tower body, the nutrient solution in the liquid storage tank 3 flows out from a liquid outlet pipe 4 and enters a nutrient solution treatment tank 11 under the action of gravity, secondary pollutants such as carbon dioxide, strain metabolic products and the like in the nutrient solution (the secondary pollutants are generated when the microorganisms degrade the organic waste gas) can be degraded due to algae provided by an algae solution dispenser 9 in the nutrient solution treatment tank 11, so that the nutrient solution can be purified, and the purified nutrient solution overflows from the nutrient solution treatment tank 11 to the liquid outlet tank 13 and finally enters the nutrient solution spraying pipe 21 through a circulating pipe 18 under the action of a circulating pump 16, and the circulation is completed.
In this embodiment, a liquid outlet valve 14 is disposed at an outlet of the liquid outlet tank 13.
