The automatic cleaning device has the advantages that the automatic detergent adding mechanism is arranged in the vehicle body, the drawer can be used for containing detergent, the intelligent control system can control the drawer to add the detergent into the water tank 2, the temperature of the water tank 2 is firstly heated to the set temperature during cleaning, then water is sent to the spray head 8 through the high-pressure hose 3 connected between the movable cleaning vehicle and the spray head 8 by the water pump, the spray head moves along with the transverse module and the longitudinal module, the flushing of the filter 4 is realized, the detergent can be added into clean water during flushing, and the filter 4 within the range of not more than 5000mm multiplied by 5000mm can be cleaned.
3. According to the automatic cleaning device, the plurality of water tanks 2 are arranged in the vehicle body 1, the partition plates are arranged between the plurality of water tanks 2, the liquid exchange ports are arranged at the bottoms of the partition plates, and the water blocking sheets which are controlled by the intelligent control system are arranged at the liquid exchange ports, so that the liquid exchange between the water tanks can be realized, the phenomenon that the water level in the water tanks 2 is too high or too low due to different water consumption between different water tanks 2 can be avoided, and the waste of water resources is also avoided.
4. The automatic cleaning device has high degree of automation, the intelligent control system realizes automatic cleaning operation by receiving the information fed back by the differential pressure sensor arranged on the filter, thereby saving manpower and material resources to a great extent, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the working efficiency, and greatly improving the problem of air quality degradation of the large-sized filter 4 caused by untimely cleaning by only shortening a few minutes for cleaning the large-sized filter 4.

1. An automatic filter cleaning device is characterized by comprising a movable cleaning vehicle and a movable water spraying cleaning system, wherein,
the movable cleaning vehicle is connected with the movable water spraying cleaning system through a high-pressure hose;
a water tank and an intelligent control system for controlling the cleaning process of the automatic filter cleaning device are arranged in the vehicle body of the movable cleaning vehicle;
the movable water spraying cleaning system is movably clamped on the filter when in use and is connected with the intelligent control system, and comprises a cleaning brush, a spray head and a supporting mechanism for bearing the cleaning brush and the spray head;
the spray head is connected with the water tank through the high-pressure hose,
the supporting mechanism comprises a transverse module and a longitudinal module;
the transverse module comprises a first telescopic rod with clamping jaws at two ends and a sliding block transversely moving along the first telescopic rod, the sliding block is provided with the cleaning brush and the spray head,
the longitudinal module comprises a second telescopic rod and a third telescopic rod which are clamped on two sides of the filter, the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod are detachably clamped on the edge of the filter through a clamping mechanism when in use, and the clamping claw of the transverse module is clamped on the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod and can move along the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod;
the intelligent control system further comprises a differential pressure sensor, a vertical motor for controlling the first telescopic rod and a transverse motor for controlling the sliding block, wherein the differential pressure sensor is installed at the filter when in use and is used for detecting the front and rear differential pressure of the filter, the differential pressure sensor sends out an alarm when detecting that the front and rear differential pressure of the filter is larger than a set value, and the intelligent control system controls the vertical motor and the transverse motor according to feedback information of the differential pressure sensor so as to control the movement of the transverse module;
the support mechanism is parallel to the filter, the distance between the support mechanism and the filter is less than or equal to 400mm, the maximum extension distance of the first telescopic rod, the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod is not more than 5000mm, and the sliding block moves in the range of 5000mm multiplied by 5000 mm.
2. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent control system comprises: the electronic display screen and the touch panel are arranged on the side surface of the vehicle body; and
the electronic display screen is used for displaying the temperature and the water level of the liquid in the water tank, and the touch panel is used for regulating and controlling the water temperature;
an automatic heating mechanism and an automatic detergent adding mechanism which are arranged in the movable cleaning vehicle.
3. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein,
the positions of the spray heads are higher than the positions of the cleaning brushes and are arranged on the sliding blocks, and the number of the spray heads corresponds to the number of the water tanks;
the spray head is a spray head with a brush.
4. The automatic filter cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein,
the clamping jaw is a gear;
and the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod are provided with in-line tooth rows meshed with the gears.

The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the engagement mechanism comprises a first portion and a second portion, one end of the first portion is a bent end engaged with the filter, and the other end is hinged to one end of the second portion and is rotatable about a hinge point; the second part is a straight rod, one end of the straight rod is hinged with the first part, and the other end of the straight rod is connected with two end parts of the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod through right-angle elbows;
the other end of the second part and two ends of the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod are of an integrated structure.
6. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the support mechanism of the movable water jet cleaning system is removably engaged with the filter in use.

The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the water tanks are arranged in the movable cleaning vehicle, and the number of the water tanks is two or more; and the water tanks are provided with liquid inlets corresponding to the top plate of the movable cleaning vehicle, and the water tanks are respectively provided with liquid outlets and water pumps connected with the high-pressure hoses corresponding to the bottom positions of the side plates of the movable cleaning vehicle.
8. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein,
the first telescopic rod is a screw rod, one end of the first telescopic rod is connected with the transverse motor, and the left and right movement of the sliding block is realized through forward rotation and reverse rotation of the transverse motor;
at least one of the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod is a screw rod, one end of the screw rod is connected with the vertical motor, and the screw rod is driven to rotate through forward rotation and reverse rotation of the vertical motor so as to realize vertical movement of the first telescopic rod.
9. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the vehicle body, and the universal wheels are controlled by the intelligent control system and can walk according to a specified route;
an automatic alarm system is also arranged in the water tank and is used for alarming when water in the water tank is deficient or dry-burned;
the top end of the vehicle body is also provided with a telescopic push rod which is used for manually controlling the driving route of the movable cleaning vehicle.
10. The automatic filter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the movable water spray cleaning system further comprises a rectangular groove detachably connected to the bottom end of the filter for containing wastewater generated from cleaning the filter.
