Example 1
A preparation method of a snail mask containing snail secretion filtrate and active peptide comprises the following steps:
heating and stirring: mixing water, glycerol, propylene glycol, snail secretion filtrate, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, hexapeptide-1, tocopherol, hyaluronic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, EDTA disodium and propyl benzoate in proportion, stirring under vacuum condition, controlling temperature to rise from room temperature to 60-80 deg.C during stirring process, and raising temperature rate to 0.1-1 deg.C/min;
stirring at constant temperature: stirring for 2-5h at 60-80 deg.C;
degassing and stirring: degassing the mixed solution, and cooling to 30-40 deg.C;
and (3) continuously stirring: stirring at 30-40 deg.C for 0.5-3 h;
standing and aging: cooling to room temperature, and standing for 12-48 h.
Further, the preparation method of the snail secretion filtrate comprises the following steps:
stimulation of snail mucus secretion: the snail is placed in a box body to collect mucus, various pictures with sharp objects are arranged around the box body, or the box body is made of transparent materials, various objects with sharp parts are arranged around the outside of the box body, the snail is stimulated to secrete the mucus under the condition of not damaging the snail, and the mucus is collected;
extracting filtrate: collecting mucus, centrifuging at high speed to break mucus cell, and collecting supernatant to obtain snail secretion filtrate containing snail active enzyme.
Furthermore, during the preparation of the snail secretion filtrate, the temperature of mucus needs to be kept within 0-5 ℃, and during the centrifugation, the temperature needs to be kept below-3-6 ℃ to avoid the temperature rise during the centrifugation.
Further, the storage temperature of the collected mucus is within 0-5 ℃.
Further, the stimulating snail secretes mucus: the snail is placed in a box body to collect mucus, and the box body vibrates to stimulate the snail to secrete the mucus.
A snail facial mask containing snail secretion filtrate and polypeptide, each facial mask contains 30ml facial mask solution containing water, glycerol, propylene glycol, snail secretion filtrate, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, hexapeptide-1, tocopherol, hyaluronic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, disodium EDTA, and propyl benzoate.
The using method comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning facial skin, soaking a towel in hot water, wringing to dry, applying to facial skin, and holding for 2-3 min to remove towel;
(2) applying 5-6 drops of essential oil on facial skin, gently massaging for 3-5 min in a manner of making a loop on finger and abdomen, pressing with palm for 20-30 min, and cleaning with warm water.
The preparation method of the snail secretion filtrate comprises the following steps: stimulating snail to secrete mucus by physical method, collecting mucus, centrifuging at high speed to break mucus cell, and collecting supernatant to obtain snail secretion filtrate containing snail active enzyme. It should be noted that during the preparation of the snail secretion filtrate, the temperature of mucus needs to be kept within 0-5 ℃, so that during the centrifugation process, the operation needs to be carried out at minus 3-6 ℃ to avoid the temperature rise during the centrifugation process. Meanwhile, mucus is collected and cannot be refrigerated at low temperature, and partial helicase is easy to lose activity in the processes of refrigeration and subsequent thawing.
Wherein the physical methods include mechanical vibration, electrical stimulation, and the like.
Selecting materials:
glycerol: has the functions of moisture retention and moistening, and also has the special effects of high activity, oxidation resistance, alcoholization promotion and the like.
Propylene glycol: can be used as humectant, softening agent, and solvent in cosmetic.
Lactobacillus fermentation lysate: the modern biological fermentation and extraction technology is utilized, the active ingredients separated from the live bacteria cells of the live lactobacillus can improve the respiratory capacity of skin cells, make the cells more active, enhance ATP synthesis, enhance cell energy, promote the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid of a human body, lighten wrinkles, reduce redness and allergy, diminish inflammation and relieve skin; can improve skin cell quality.
Hexapeptide-1: the active peptide can regulate and repair the skin, improve the elasticity of the skin, tighten and lubricate the skin and delay the generation of fine wrinkles on the skin
And (3) tocopherol: vitamin e (vitamin e) is a fat-soluble vitamin whose hydrolysate is tocopherol, one of the most important antioxidants.
Hyaluronic acid: it is also called as the poruric acid, which can keep the skin moisture, moisten the skin and hair, increase the luster, and prevent chapped skin and wrinkles.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has multiple effects of bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, detoxification, anti-allergy, deodorization and the like.
Allantoin: the allantoin is an amphoteric compound, can combine with multiple substances to form double salt, has the effects of protecting from light, sterilizing, preventing corrosion, relieving pain, resisting oxidation, and keeping skin moisture, moistening and softening.
Disodium EDTA: a complexing agent is added into cosmetic for complexing some metal ions and stabilizing cosmetic.
Propyl benzoate: a preservative for cosmetics.
Example 2
This example is essentially the same as example 1, except for the method of stimulating the snail to secrete mucus.
Through experimental research, the inventor of the application finds that the snail which is stimulated by mechanical vibration or electrical stimulation and the like can not be directly injured by death, but the state of the snail which is stimulated by mechanical vibration or electrical stimulation is obviously changed, and when the stimulated snail and the normal snail are put together for culturing, the stimulated snail is easily eaten by other normal snails. Therefore, the snail after mechanical vibration or electrical stimulation can not be cultured normally, and the utilization rate of the snail is reduced.
In response to this problem, the present inventors tried other methods to stimulate the snail to secrete mucus. The observation shows that the snail walks on or near the sharp object and easily secretes mucus, and further shows that
The snail secretes mucus easily when seeing a sharp object.
Therefore, the method for stimulating the snail to secrete mucus in the embodiment is as follows:
the snail is placed in a box to collect the mucus. Various pictures with sharp objects are arranged around the box body, or
The box body is made of transparent material, and various objects with sharp parts, such as roses, cactus, thorns and the like, are arranged around the outside of the box body.
The method can stimulate snail to secrete mucus without damaging snail, and the collected snail can be further cultured normally.
