Abstract

一种农用割草装置,包括车体,车体上底部设有支腿,支腿上转动式设有连接轴,连接轴两端设有后轮,连接轴上固定安装有第一锥齿轮;车体上穿设有旋转轴,旋转轴上部固定安装有从动齿轮,车体上设有驱动电机,驱动电机上连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴上固定安装有主动齿轮,旋转轴固定安装有主动轮和转轮,转轮内沿径向方向设有若干个凹槽,凹槽内嵌入式安装有刀片,凹槽内部设有弹簧,车体上穿设从动轴,从动轴上设有从动轮,从动轴底部固定安装有第二锥齿轮;本发明在进行割草的同时,不需要人力对车体进行推行,大大降低了劳动强度;弹簧对刀片的旋转切割时起到缓冲作用,增大驱动电机的转速能提高刀片的切割半径,提高切割效率。

本发明涉及农用机械技术领域,具体是一种农用割草装置。
背景技术
在农场里,需要对农场的草坪进行定期的修剪,以保证草坪的平整,传统的割草方式是农民手持镰刀进行割草,但该方式劳动强度较大,割草效率较低;也有采用割草机进行割草,但传统的割草机的刀片在进行割草的同时,需要通过人力推动割草机前行,对使用者会造成较大的体力消耗,不利于持续性的割草工作,大大降低了割草的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种农用割草装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种农用割草装置,包括车体,其特征在于,所述车体底部设有前轮,所述车体上底部设有支腿,支腿上转动式设有连接轴,所述连接轴两端设有后轮,连接轴上固定安装有第一锥齿轮;车体上穿设有旋转轴,旋转轴上部固定安装有从动齿轮,车体上设有驱动电机,驱动电机上设有转速调节装置,驱动电机上连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴上固定安装有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合连接;旋转轴固定安装有主动轮和转轮,所述转轮内沿径向方向设有若干个凹槽,所述凹槽内嵌入式安装有刀片,凹槽内部设有弹簧,所述弹簧一端固定在凹槽底部,弹簧另一端固定在刀片上;车体上穿设从动轴,从动轴上设有从动轮,所述从动轮与主动轮上设有传动皮带;从动轴底部固定安装有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮与第一锥齿轮啮合连接;所述车体上设有风机,所述风机的进口端连通有进气管,所述风机的出口端连通有排气管,排气管末端设有喷头,所述喷头正对着转轮。车体右端固定安装有手推杆。
作为本发明的一种改进方案:所述从动轴竖直安装在车体1上。
作为本发明的一种改进方案:所述刀片的数量为六个。
作为本发明的一种改进方案:所述前轮与转轮处于同一水平高度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中转轮带动刀片进行割草的同时,能实现连接轴的转动,进而实现车体的前行,割草时不需要人力对车体进行推行,大大降低了劳动强度;弹簧对刀片的旋转切割时起到缓冲作用,减小了刀片受到的冲击,同时增大驱动电机的转速能加大刀片的外伸长度,进而提高刀片的切割半径,提高切割效率;喷头喷出的空气能对旋转的转轮起到降温作用,同时也能吹去转轮和刀片上附着的碎草,防止其影响刀片的割草效果。

请参阅图1-3,一种农用割草装置,包括车体1,其特征在于,所述车体1底部设有前轮23,所述车体1上底部设有支腿13,支腿13上转动式设有连接轴15,所述连接轴15两端设有后轮14,连接轴15上固定安装有第一锥齿轮10;车体1上穿设有旋转轴6,旋转轴6上部固定安装有从动齿轮5,车体1上设有驱动电机9,驱动电机9上设有转速调节装置,驱动电机9上连接有驱动轴7,所述驱动轴7上固定安装有主动齿轮8,所述主动齿轮8与从动齿轮5啮合连接;旋转轴6固定安装有主动轮18和转轮22,所述转轮22内沿径向方向设有若干个凹槽24,所述凹槽24内嵌入式安装有刀片17,凹槽24内部设有弹簧20,所述弹簧20一端固定在凹槽24底部,弹簧20另一端固定在刀片17上;车体1上穿设从动轴25,从动轴25上设有从动轮12,所述从动轮12与主动轮18上设有传动皮带16;从动轴25底部固定安装有第二锥齿轮21,所述第二锥齿轮21与第一锥齿轮10啮合连接;所述车体1上设有风机2,所述风机2的进口端连通有进气管3,所述风机2的出口端连通有排气管4,排气管4末端设有喷头19,所述喷头19正对着转轮22。车体1右端固定安装有手推杆11。
本发明的工作原理和使用方法是:
驱动电机9带动主动齿轮8转动,主动齿轮8带动从动齿轮5转动,从动齿轮5带动从动齿轮5转动,由于主动轮18与转轮22均固定安装在旋转轴6上,主动轮18与转轮22随着旋转轴6转动;转轮22旋转并通过弹簧20带动刀片17转动,当加大驱动电机9转速时,刀片17受到的离心力加大,刀片17相对于转轮22转轮中心向外伸展,弹簧20形变伸长,此时刀片17的切割半径加大,能加大割草的范围,进而提高割草效率。主动轮18转动同时通过传动皮带16带动从动轮12转动,进而带动从动轴25转动,进而带动第二锥齿轮21转动,由于第二锥齿轮21与第一锥齿轮10啮合连接,第一锥齿轮10发生转动,并带动连接轴15转动,进而带动后轮14转动,实现车体1的运动;割草时不需要人力对车体1进行推行,大大降低了劳动强度,只需手扶手推杆11即可进行割草工作;风机2通过进气管3从大气吸气,并将吸入的空气通过排气管4从喷头19喷出,喷出的气体能对旋转的转轮22起到降温作用,同时也能吹去转轮22和刀片17上附着的碎草,防止其影响刀片17的割草效果。

1.一种农用割草装置,包括车体(1),其特征在于,所述车体(1)底部设有前轮(23),所述车体(1)上底部设有支腿(13),支腿(13)上转动式设有连接轴(15),所述连接轴(15)两端设有后轮(14),连接轴(15)上固定安装有第一锥齿轮(10);车体(1)上穿设有旋转轴(6),旋转轴(6)上部固定安装有从动齿轮(5),车体(1)上设有驱动电机(9),驱动电机(9)上设有转速调节装置,驱动电机(9)上连接有驱动轴(7),所述驱动轴(7)上固定安装有主动齿轮(8),所述主动齿轮(8)与从动齿轮(5)啮合连接;旋转轴(6)固定安装有主动轮(18)和转轮(22),所述转轮(22)内沿径向方向设有若干个凹槽(24),所述凹槽(24)内嵌入式安装有刀片(17),凹槽(24)内部设有弹簧(20),所述弹簧(20)一端固定在凹槽(24)底部,弹簧(20)另一端固定在刀片(17)上;车体(1)上穿设从动轴(25),从动轴(25)上设有从动轮(12),所述从动轮(12)与主动轮(18)上设有传动皮带(16);从动轴(25)底部固定安装有第二锥齿轮(21),所述第二锥齿轮(21)与第一锥齿轮(10)啮合连接;所述车体(1)上设有风机(2),所述风机(2)的进口端连通有进气管(3),所述风机(2)的出口端连通有排气管(4),排气管(4)末端设有喷头(19),所述喷头(19)正对着转轮(22),车体(1)右端固定安装有手推杆(11)。
