Abstract
本发明公开了一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其至少包括重叠贴合的第一显示屏和第二显示屏,上偏光片、中偏光片和下偏光片分别设置于第一显示屏和第二显示屏的顶面、中间以及底面;同一平面上:上偏光片与中偏光片的配置方向在垂直,中偏光片与下偏光片的配置方向垂直;第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与上偏光片的配置方向垂直,第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直;第二显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直并且与第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向相反,第二显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与下偏光片的配置方向垂直并与第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向相反。本发明在有限的显示空间内显示更多的信息。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是一种高信息量液晶显示结构。
背景技术
由于普通TN产品因为液晶陡度、显示面积、字符数量、字符大小等限制,所以显示屏显示的内容有限。而且由于某些产品需要显示较多信息,而且产品空间结构上比较紧凑,所以不能装多个显示屏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种高信息量液晶显示结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其至少包括由上而下重叠贴合的第一显示屏和第二显示屏,在第一显示屏的顶面设置有上偏光片,在第一显示屏与第二显示屏之间设置有中偏光片,在第二显示屏的底面设置有下偏光片;同一平面上:所述上偏光片与中偏光片的配置方向在垂直,中偏光片与下偏光片的配置方向垂直;所述第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与上偏光片的配置方向垂直,所述第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直;所述第二显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直并且与所述第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向相反,所述第二显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与下偏光片的配置方向垂直并与所述第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向相反。
上述技术方案中,以所述第一显示屏和第二显示屏的宽度轴线为基准线,所述上偏光片的配置方向与基准线呈45度夹角。
上述技术方案中,所述第一显示屏上设置有第一显示图案,所述第二显示屏上设置有第二显示图案,所述第一显示图案与第二显示图案上下重叠。
上述技术方案中,所述第一显示屏和第二显示屏均包括上玻璃基板、上ITO电极、上取向层、液晶、下取向层、下ITO电极和下玻璃基板。
本发明的有益效果是:能够在有限的垂直空间范围内显示更多的内容,在显示第一显示屏的内容时,第二显示屏的内容不显示,在显示第二显示屏的内容时,第一显示屏的内容不显示,从而提高在有限范围内的信息量。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-5所示,一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其至少包括由上而下重叠贴合的第一显示屏2和第二显示屏4,在第一显示屏2的顶面设置有上偏光片1,在第一显示屏2与第二显示屏4之间设置有中偏光片3,在第二显示屏4的底面设置有下偏光片5;同一平面上:所述上偏光片1与中偏光片3的配置方向在垂直,中偏光片3与下偏光片5的配置方向垂直;所述第一显示屏2的上取向层73的摩擦方向与上偏光片1的配置方向垂直,所述第一显示屏2的下取向层75的摩擦方向与中偏光片3的配置方向垂直;所述第二显示屏4的上取向层73的摩擦方向与中偏光片3的配置方向垂直并且与所述第一显示屏2的下取向层75的摩擦方向相反,所述第二显示屏4的下取向层75的摩擦方向与下偏光片5的配置方向垂直并与所述第一显示屏2的上取向层73的摩擦方向相反。摩擦方向决定液晶74的排列方向。配置方向决定光透过偏光片的方向实现偏光。
其中,以所述第一显示屏2和第二显示屏4的宽度轴线为基准线6,所述上偏光片1的配置方向与基准线6呈45度夹角。
其中,所述第一显示屏2上设置有第一显示图案,所述第二显示屏4上设置有第二显示图案,所述第一显示图案与第二显示图案上下重叠。
其中,所述第一显示屏2和第二显示屏4均包括上玻璃基板71、上ITO电极72、上取向层73、液晶74、下取向层75、下ITO电极76和下玻璃基板77。

Claims (4)
1.一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其特征在于:至少包括由上而下重叠贴合的第一显示屏和第二显示屏,在第一显示屏的顶面设置有上偏光片,在第一显示屏与第二显示屏之间设置有中偏光片,在第二显示屏的底面设置有下偏光片;同一平面上:所述上偏光片与中偏光片的配置方向在垂直,中偏光片与下偏光片的配置方向垂直;所述第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与上偏光片的配置方向垂直,所述第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直;所述第二显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向与中偏光片的配置方向垂直并且与所述第一显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向相反,所述第二显示屏的下取向层的摩擦方向与下偏光片的配置方向垂直并与所述第一显示屏的上取向层的摩擦方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其特征在于:以所述第一显示屏和第二显示屏的宽度轴线为基准线,所述上偏光片的配置方向与基准线呈45度夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其特征在于:所述第一显示屏上设置有第一显示图案,所述第二显示屏上设置有第二显示图案,所述第一显示图案与第二显示图案上下重叠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高信息量液晶显示结构,其特征在于:所述第一显示屏和第二显示屏均包括上玻璃基板、上ITO电极、上取向层、液晶、下取向层、下ITO电极和下玻璃基板。
