Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,包括底座,所述底座的底端外壁焊接有万向轮,所述底座的顶端外壁焊接有壳体,且壳体的一侧外壁焊接有冷液室,所述冷液室的内壁焊接有隔板,且冷液室的顶端外壁开设有上冷流入口,冷液室的底端外壁开设有下冷流入口,所述壳体的另一侧外壁焊接有封头,且封头的顶端开设有冷流出口,所述壳体靠近封头一端的顶端外壁开设有热流入口,且壳体靠近冷液室一端的底端外壁开设有热流出口。本发明通过在冷液室的顶端和底端各增加冷流入口,使得冷流进入量大,换热效果高,通过在换热管的外壁增加散热片,从而使得换热效果更加,效率更高,通过在底座的底端增加万向轮,使得整个装置移动方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及氯乙酸技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置。
背景技术
氯乙酸用于制农药和作有机合成中间体。用作淀粉胶黏剂的酸化剂。还是染料、医药、农药、合成树脂及其他有机合成材料的中间体。染料工业中用于生产靛蓝染料。氯乙酸也是一种重要的羧甲基化剂,用于制备羧甲基纤维素钠、乙二胺四乙酸等,还用作有色金属浮选剂及色层分析试剂等,氯乙酸包装采用聚丙烯编织袋内衬双层塑料袋包装。在运输过程应防止阳光直射、(雨淋等)受潮、包装破损。应储存在阴凉、通风干燥处,远离火种、热源,应与氧化物、碱类、易燃物等物品分开存放。常温下保质期为一年,夏季气温较高下不宜长期存放。现有的氯乙酸换热装置换热效果不佳,效率低,且使用不方便,移动不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,包括底座,所述底座的底端外壁焊接有万向轮,所述底座的顶端外壁焊接有壳体,且壳体的一侧外壁焊接有冷液室,所述冷液室的内壁焊接有隔板,且冷液室的顶端外壁开设有上冷流入口,冷液室的底端外壁开设有下冷流入口,所述壳体的另一侧外壁焊接有封头,且封头的顶端开设有冷流出口,所述壳体靠近封头一侧的顶端外壁开设有热流入口,且壳体靠近冷液室一侧的底端外壁开设有热流出口,所述壳体的两侧均焊接有挡板,所述挡板的侧壁开设有通口,且通口的内壁套接有换热管,所述换热管的外壁套接有散热片,所述壳体的顶端内壁和底端内壁均焊接有导流板。
优选的,所述散热片的数量为六到十个,且六到十个散热片等距离分布在换热管的外壁上。
优选的,所述壳体两侧的挡板的结构一致,且换热管水平套接在两块挡板之间。
优选的,所述导流板分为上导流板和下导流板,且导流板的长度小于壳体的高度。
优选的,所述冷流室横截面的长度和宽度与壳体的高度和宽度一致,且封头位半圆体结构,封头直径与壳体的高度一致。
优选的,所述万向轮的数量为四个,且四个万向轮分别焊接在底座底端外壁的四角。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在冷液室的顶端和底端各增加冷流入口,使得冷流进入量大,换热效果高,通过在换热管的外壁增加散热片,从而使得换热效果更加,效率更高,通过在底座的底端增加万向轮,使得整个装置移动方便。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,包括底座10,底座10的底端外壁焊接有万向轮11,底座10的顶端外壁焊接有壳体4,且壳体4的一侧外壁焊接有冷液室15,冷液室15的内壁焊接有隔板13,且冷液室15的顶端外壁开设有上冷流入口1,冷液室15的底端外壁开设有下冷流入口14,壳体4的另一侧外壁焊接有封头8,且封头8的顶端开设有冷流出口7,壳体4靠近封头8一侧的顶端外壁开设有热流入口6,且壳体4靠近冷液室15一侧的底端外壁开设有热流出口12,壳体4的两侧均焊接有挡板2,挡板2的侧壁开设有通口,且通口的内壁套接有换热管3,换热管3的外壁套接有散热片9,壳体4的顶端内壁和底端内壁均焊接有导流板5。
本发明中,散热片9的数量为六到十个,且六到十个散热片9等距离分布在换热管3的外壁上,导流板5分为上导流板和下导流板,且导流板5的长度小于壳体4的高度,所述冷流室15横截面的长度和宽度与壳体4的高度和宽度一致,且封头8位半圆体结构,封头8直径与壳体4的高度一致,万向轮11的数量为四个,且四个万向轮11分别焊接在底座10底端外壁的四角。
工作原理:将冷夜通过上冷流入口1和下冷流入口14同时灌入到冷液室15,同时将热液通过热流入口6进入到壳体4,然后将热量传到散热片9和换热管3,冷液通过冷液室进入到换热管3,并将换热管3和散热片5上的热量带走,然后冷液进入到封头8上,然后经过冷流出口7流出。

1.一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,包括底座(10),其特征在于,所述底座(10)的底端外壁焊接有万向轮(11),所述底座(10)的顶端外壁焊接有壳体(4),且壳体(4)的一侧外壁焊接有冷液室(15),所述冷液室(15)的内壁焊接有隔板(13),且冷液室(15)的顶端外壁开设有上冷流入口(1),冷液室(15)的底端外壁开设有下冷流入口(14),所述壳体(4)的另一侧外壁焊接有封头(8),且封头(8)的顶端开设有冷流出口(7),所述壳体(4)靠近封头(8)一侧的顶端外壁开设有热流入口(6),且壳体(4)靠近冷液室(15)一侧的底端外壁开设有热流出口(12),所述壳体(4)的两侧均焊接有挡板(2),所述挡板(2)的侧壁开设有通口,且通口的内壁套接有换热管(3),所述换热管(3)的外壁套接有散热片(9),所述壳体(4)的顶端内壁和底端内壁均焊接有导流板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,其特征在于,所述散热片(9)的数量为六到十个,且六到十个散热片(9)等距离分布在换热管(3)的外壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(4)两侧的挡板(2)的结构一致,且换热管(3)水平套接在两块挡板(2)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,其特征在于,所述导流板(5)分为上导流板和下导流板,且导流板(5)的长度小于壳体(4)的高度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,其特征在于,所述冷流室(15)横截面的长度和宽度与壳体(4)的高度和宽度一致,且封头(8)位半圆体结构,封头(8)直径与壳体(4)的高度一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效氯乙酸用换热器装置,其特征在于,所述万向轮(11)的数量为四个,且四个万向轮(11)分别焊接在底座(10)底端外壁的四角。
