本发明公开了一一种家庭用环保清洗剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚9‑12份,二磷酸钾7‑13份,环己醇6‑10份,丙烯酰胺3‑10份,己二酸1‑3份,丁羟甲苯2‑4份,活性添加剂1‑2份,无磷水软化剂1‑2份、有机硅类消泡剂1‑2份,本发明不含ODS类物质,不消耗臭氧层,符合绿色环保要求,符合欧盟RoHS要求,对铜、钢、铝、金、银、钛等金属材料均无腐蚀,对多数合成橡胶、塑料等有机材料有优良的兼容性。

一种家庭用环保清洗剂
技术领域
本发明属于建筑用材的技术领域,具体为一种家庭用环保清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗行业的ODS(消耗臭氧层的物质)淘汰依照《中国清洗行业ODS整体淘汰计划》进行,目前已经步入了实施阶段。近年来由于政府的强烈干预,各地一些企业开始充分重视替代ODS物质和有毒有害物质的工业清洗剂。目前在世界上ODS替代技术存在两种主要发展趋势,一种是以欧美所倡导的使用低破坏臭氧层系数的清洗剂为主的替代技术,但是其产品价格昂贵,使企业对此望而生畏。二是以日本一些公司推崇的碳氢清洗技术,主要技术路线是,碳氢溶剂捆绑碳氢清洗设备共同使用,这种模式已经被日资企业所普遍接受,国内一些企业也正在积极讨论这种技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家庭用环保清洗剂,降低成本,环保好用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种家庭用环保清洗剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚9-12份,二磷酸钾7-13份,环己醇6-10份,丙烯酰胺3-10份,己二酸1-3份,丁羟甲苯2-4份,活性添加剂1-2份,无磷水软化剂1-2份、有机硅类消泡剂1-2份。
优选的,由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份,二磷酸钾8份,环己7份,丙烯酰胺8份,己二酸2.5份,丁羟甲苯3份,活性添加剂1.5份,无磷水软化剂1.5份、有机硅类消泡剂1.5份。
进一步的,所述活性添加剂有以下各组分的重量份微:
阴离子表面活性剂:22-33份;
非离子表面活性剂:33-44份;
锌盐:5-10份;
无机碱:3-5份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不含ODS类物质,不消耗臭氧层,符合绿色环保要求,符合欧盟RoHS要求,对铜、钢、铝、金、银、钛等金属材料均无腐蚀,对多数合成橡胶、塑料等有机材料有优良的兼容性。

一种家庭用环保清洗剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚9-12份,二磷酸钾7-13份,环己醇6-10份,丙烯酰胺3-10份,己二酸1-3份,丁羟甲苯2-4份,活性添加剂1-2份,无磷水软化剂1-2份、有机硅类消泡剂1-2份,所述活性添加剂有以下各组分的重量份微:
阴离子表面活性剂:22-33份;
非离子表面活性剂:33-44份;
锌盐:5-10份;
无机碱:3-5份。
本发明不含ODS类物质,不消耗臭氧层,符合绿色环保要求,符合欧盟RoHS要求,对铜、钢、铝、金、银、钛等金属材料均无腐蚀,对多数合成橡胶、塑料等有机材料有优良的兼容性。

1.一种家庭用环保清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚9-12份,二磷酸钾7-13份,环己醇6-10份,丙烯酰胺3-10份,己二酸1-3份,丁羟甲苯2-4份,活性添加剂1-2份,无磷水软化剂1-2份、有机硅类消泡剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家庭用环保清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份,二磷酸钾8份,环己7份,丙烯酰胺8份,己二酸2.5份,丁羟甲苯3份,活性添加剂1.5份,无磷水软化剂1.5份、有机硅类消泡剂1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家庭用环保清洗剂,其特征在于,所述活性添加剂有以下各组分的重量份微:
阴离子表面活性剂:22-33份;
非离子表面活性剂:33-44份;
锌盐:5-10份;
无机碱:3-5份。
