Abstract

本发明涉及一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,包括盒体、盒盖、保温垫层、辐照灭活灯、承载块、半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝、驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路,盒盖与盒体上表面铰接,保温垫层嵌于盒体与盒盖内表面上,承载块嵌于盒体内,半导体制冷装置均布在盒体内表面上,硅胶加热丝均布在承载块内表面上,辐照灭活灯安装在承载块内,盒体底部设一个控制腔,驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路均嵌于控制腔内。本发明一方面具有良好的承载能力,并可有效的提高试剂存取做的便捷性和灵活性,另一方面在对试剂存放过程,可有效的对存放环境温度进行调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种试剂盒结构,确切地说是一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒。
背景技术
在进行基因序列检测作业中,对不同的检测样本往往需要采用不同的试剂进行检测,因此需要将检测样本与检测试剂进行相互匹配并分组进行存放,为了满足这一需要,当前主要是通过专用的试剂存放盒进行存放,但在使用中发现,当前的试剂存放盒往往仅具备保温和弹性缓冲存放的能力,但无法根据使用需要对保存环境温度进行灵活调节,同时也导致了对试剂存储环境温度稳定性较差,存储有效时间相对较短,从而导致当前的试剂存放的可靠性和灵活性均相对较差,不能有效的满足使用需要,同时当前的试剂盒在进行存取作业时,各试剂存放试管在存取时的灵活性相对较差,因此针对这一现状,迫切需要开发一种发明的试剂盒结构,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,该发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,一方面具有良好的承载能力,可有效同时满足多种试剂存放及转移作业的需要,并可有效的提高试剂存取做的便捷性和灵活性,另一方面在对试剂存放过程,可有效的对存放环境温度进行调节,从而满足对不同试剂存放作业的需要,防止试剂在存放中变质,有助于提高检测作业的准确性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,包括盒体、盒盖、保温垫层、辐照灭活灯、承载块、半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝、驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路,其中盒体和盒盖均为横截面为“凵”字型槽状结构,盒盖与盒体上表面铰接,且盒盖与盒体上表面呈0°—180°夹角,其中当盒盖与盒体夹角为0°时,盒体与盒盖间构成闭合腔体结构,保温垫层嵌于盒体与盒盖内表面上,且保温垫层厚度为3—5 厘米,承载块为轴向截面为“口”字型的空心腔体结构,所述的承载块嵌于盒体内并通过驱动轴与盒体侧表面垂直连接,其轴线与盒体轴线垂直且相交,承载块侧表面上均布若干定位孔,且各定位孔轴线均与承载块轴线垂直分布,并环绕承载块轴线均布,半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝均至少一个,其中半导体制冷装置环绕盒体轴线均布在盒体内表面上,硅胶加热丝环绕承载块轴线均布在承载块内表面上,辐照灭活灯至少一个,安装在承载块内,并与承载块同轴分布,盒体底部设一个控制腔,驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路均嵌于控制腔内,其中控制电路分别与辐照灭活灯、半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝、驱动电源、温度传感器电气连接。
进一步的,所述的盒体与盒盖间接触面处设弹性密封环。
进一步的,所述的盒盖上设一个排气口,且所述的排气口通过控制阀与外部空气连通。
进一步的,所述的承载块横截面为圆形及椭圆形中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述的半导体制冷装置所对应的盒体外表面处设若干透气孔,且外表面均布若干散热翅板。
进一步的,所述的承载块内表面均布若干反光板。
本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,一方面具有良好的承载能力,可有效同时满足多种试剂存放及转移作业的需要,并可有效的提高试剂存取做的便捷性和灵活性,另一方面在对试剂存放过程,可有效的对存放环境温度进行调节,从而满足对不同试剂存放作业的需要,防止试剂在存放中变质,有助于提高检测作业的准确性。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所述的一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,包括盒体1、盒盖2、保温垫层3、辐照灭活灯4、承载块5、半导体制冷装置6、硅胶加热丝7、驱动电源8、温度传感器9及控制电路10,其中盒体1 和盒盖2均为横截面为“凵”字型槽状结构,盒盖2与盒体1上表面铰接,且盒盖2与盒体1上表面呈0°—180°夹角,其中当盒盖2 与盒体1夹角为0°时,盒体1与盒盖2间构成闭合腔体结构,保温垫层3嵌于盒体1与盒盖2内表面上,且保温垫层3厚度为3—5厘米,承载块5为轴向截面为“口”字型的空心腔体结构,承载块5嵌于盒体1内并通过驱动轴11与盒体1侧表面垂直连接,其轴线与盒体1轴线垂直且相交,承载块5侧表面上均布若干定位孔12,且各定位孔12轴线均与承载块5轴线垂直分布,并环绕承载块5轴线均布,半导体制冷装置6、硅胶加热丝7均至少一个,其中半导体制冷装置6环绕盒体1轴线均布在盒体1内表面上,硅胶加热丝7环绕承载块5轴线均布在承载块5内表面上,辐照灭活灯4至少一个,安装在承载块5内,并与承载块5同轴分布,盒体1底部设一个控制腔 13,驱动电源8、温度传感器9及控制电路10均嵌于控制腔13内,其中控制电路10分别与辐照灭活灯4、半导体制冷装置6、硅胶加热丝7、驱动电源8、温度传感器9电气连接。
本实施例中,所述的盒体1与盒盖2间接触面处设弹性密封环 14。
本实施例中,所述的盒盖2上设一个排气口15,且所述的排气口15通过控制阀16与外部空气连通。
本实施例中,所述的承载块5横截面为圆形及椭圆形中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述的半导体制冷装置6所对应的盒体1外表面处设若干透气孔17,且外表面均布若干散热翅板18。
本实施例中,所述的承载块5内表面均布若干反光板19。
本发明在具体实施时,首先根据存放需要,通过半导体制冷装置和硅胶加热丝对盒体内部温度进行调节,然后通过辐照灭活灯对盒体、盒盖和承载块内进行杀菌灭活作业,然后打开盒盖,分别将各试剂存放到承载块的各定位孔内,然后闭合盒盖,在完成盒盖闭合后,通过辐照灭活灯对盒体、盒盖和承载块内进行杀菌作业,然后借助温度传感器对盒体内温度进行监控,然后由半导体制冷装置和硅胶加热丝对盒体内温度环境进行调节。
除此之外,另可通过排气口将盒体内空气排出,实现对试剂进行低氧或无氧环境进行保存。
本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,一方面具有良好的承载能力,可有效同时满足多种试剂存放及转移作业的需要,并可有效的提高试剂存取做的便捷性和灵活性,另一方面在对试剂存放过程,可有效的对存放环境温度进行调节,从而满足对不同试剂存放作业的需要,防止试剂在存放中变质,有助于提高检测作业的准确性。

1.一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,其特征在于:所述的发明基因序列检测用试剂存放盒包括盒体、盒盖、保温垫层、辐照灭活灯、承载块、半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝、驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路,其中所述的盒体和盒盖均为横截面为“凵”字型槽状结构,所述的盒盖与盒体上表面铰接,且盒盖与盒体上表面呈0°—180°夹角,其中当盒盖与盒体夹角为0°时,盒体与盒盖间构成闭合腔体结构,所述的保温垫层嵌于盒体与盒盖内表面上,且保温垫层厚度为3—5厘米,所述的承载块为轴向截面为“口”字型的空心腔体结构,所述的承载块嵌于盒体内并通过驱动轴与盒体侧表面垂直连接,其轴线与盒体轴线垂直且相交,所述的承载块侧表面上均布若干定位孔,且各定位孔轴线均与承载块轴线垂直分布,并环绕承载块轴线均布,所述的半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝均至少一个,其中所述的半导体制冷装置环绕盒体轴线均布在盒体内表面上,所述的硅胶加热丝环绕承载块轴线均布在承载块内表面上,所述的辐照灭活灯至少一个,安装在承载块内,并与承载块同轴分布,所述的盒体底部设一个控制腔,所述的驱动电源、温度传感器及控制电路均嵌于控制腔内,其中所述的控制电路分别与辐照灭活灯、半导体制冷装置、硅胶加热丝、驱动电源、温度传感器电气连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,其特征在于:所述的盒体与盒盖间接触面处设弹性密封环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基因序列检测用试剂存放盒,其特征在于:所述的盒盖上设一个排气口,且所述的排气口通过控制阀与外部空气连通。
