本发明涉及一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒,包括温度传感器、装置外壳、模数转换器、保温壳、单片机、显示屏、减震垫、温度调节器、活动铰链、盖板以及手柄,所述装置外壳后端固定有盖板,所述装置外壳外端固定有保温壳,所述装置外壳内部固定有温度传感器,所述模数转换器以及单片机均固定在装置外壳左端面上,所述装置外壳右端固定有温度调节器,所述装置外壳前端面上固定有显示屏。所述装置外壳通过活动铰链与盖板相连接,所述盖板上固定有手柄,所述保温壳内设置有导温油,所述显示屏为LED节能屏,所述装置外壳下端固定有减震垫,所述温度传感器与模数转换器电性连接,本发明能够自动调节温度,减震效果好,便于携带。

一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗产品配件领域,具体为一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒。
背景技术
肌钙蛋白(Tn)是肌肉组织收缩的的调节蛋白,位于收缩蛋白的细肌丝上,在肌肉收缩和舒张过程中起着重要的调节作用;含有3个亚型:快反应型、慢反应型和心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)。前两者与骨骼肌相关,而心肌肌钙蛋白则仅存在于心肌细胞中,是由肌钙蛋白T(cTn)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌钙蛋白C(cTnC)三种亚单位组成的络合物。cTnT和cTnI是心肌细胞特有的抗原,在心肌细胞损伤时从心肌纤维上降解下来。血清中cTn升高反映了心肌细胞受损,其特异性与敏感性均高于以往常用的心肌酶谱
肌钙蛋白(cTn)被认为是目前用于ACS诊断最特异的生化marker,它们出现早,最早可在症状发作后2h出现;具有较宽的诊断窗:cTnT(5~14天),cTnI(4~10天)。在它们的诊断窗中,cTn增高的幅度要比CK-MB高5~10倍。由于在无心肌损伤时cTn在血液中含量很低,因此也可用于minormycardialdamage(MMD,微小心肌损伤)的诊断,这是以前酶学指标所难以做到的。cTn还具有判断预后的价值,对任何冠状动脉疾患病人,即便ECG或其他检查(如运动试验)阴性,只要cTn增高,应视为具有高危险性。试剂的存储温度需控制在2-8°C,需定时测试试剂温度,这给运输盒储藏带来了很大的不便,同时运输时的震动也容易造成试剂的不稳定,影响试剂使用的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明使用方便,操作简单,系统性高,实用性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒,包括温度传感器、装置外壳、模数转换器、保温壳、单片机、显示屏、温度调节器以及盖板,所述装置外壳后端固定有盖板,所述装置外壳外端固定有保温壳,所述装置外壳内部固定有温度传感器,所述模数转换器以及单片机均固定在装置外壳左端面上,所述装置外壳右端固定有温度调节器,所述装置外壳前端面上固定有显示屏。
进一步地,所述装置外壳通过活动铰链与盖板相连接。
进一步地,所述盖板上固定有手柄。
进一步地,所述保温壳内设置有导温油。
进一步地,所述显示屏为LED节能屏。
进一步地,所述装置外壳下端固定有减震垫。
进一步地,所述温度传感器与模数转换器电性连接。
进一步地,所述模数转换器与单片机电性连接。
进一步地,所述单片机与温度调节器电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:因本发明添加了温度传感器以及温度调节器,该设计便于对装置外壳内部温度进行自动调节,因本发明添加了导温油,该设计便于对装置外壳内部温度进行均匀调节,避免装置外壳内部局部温度过高,导致试剂变质,因本发明添加了减震垫,该设计达到了减震的效果,因本发明添加了手柄,该设计提高了本发明的便携性,本发明能够自动调节温度,减震效果好,便于携带。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒,包括温度传感器1、装置外壳2、模数转换器3、保温壳4、单片机5、显示屏6、温度调节器8以及盖板10,装置外壳2后端固定有盖板10,装置外壳2外端固定有保温壳4,装置外壳2内部固定有温度传感器1,模数转换器3以及单片机5均固定在装置外壳2左端面上,装置外壳2右端固定有温度调节器8,装置外壳2前端面上固定有显示屏6。
装置外壳2通过活动铰链9与盖板10相连接,盖板10上固定有手柄11,保温壳4内设置有导温油,显示屏6为LED节能屏,装置外壳2下端固定有减震垫7,温度传感器1与模数转换器3电性连接,模数转换器3与单片机5电性连接,单片机5与温度调节器8电性连接。
本发明在工作时:工作人员先给单片机5设定一个极限值,即为极限值一,温度传感器1收集装置外壳2内部的温度信息,并将收集到温度信息传给模数转换器3,模数转换器3把接收到的信息转换为数据并传给单片机5,单片机5将接受到的数据与极限值相比,当数据大于极限值时,单片机5将接受到的数据转换为指令并传给温度调节器8,温度调节器8产生冷气,冷气传入保温壳4内部的导温油内,导温油温度降低,并将冷气均匀的传入转制外壳内部,实现对装置外壳2内部进行降温,工作人员先给单片机5设定另一个极限值,即为极限值二,温度传感器1收集装置外壳2内部的温度信息,并将收集到温度信息传给模数转换器3,模数转换器3把接收到的信息转换为数据并传给单片机5,单片机5将接受到的数据与极限值相比,当数据小于极限值时,单片机5将接受到的数据转换为指令并传给温度调节器8,温度调节器8产生热气,热气传入保温壳4内部的导温油内,导温油温度升高,并将热气均匀的传入转制外壳内部,实现对装置外壳2内部进行升温,并且单片机5将指令传入显示屏6内,显示屏6能够对当前装置外壳2内部的温度进行显示,因本发明添加了温度传感器1以及温度调节器8,该设计便于对装置外壳2内部温度进行自动调节,因本发明添加了导温油,该设计便于对装置外壳2内部温度进行均匀调节,避免装置外壳2内部局部温度过高,导致试剂变质,因本发明添加了减震垫7,该设计达到了减震的效果,因本发明添加了手柄11,该设计提高了本发明的便携性,本发明能够自动调节温度,减震效果好,便于携带。

1.一种肌钙蛋白测定试剂盒,包括温度传感器(1)、装置外壳(2)、模数转换器(3)、保温壳(4)、单片机(5)、显示屏(6)、温度调节器(8)以及盖板(10),其特征在于:所述装置外壳(2)后端固定有盖板(10),所述装置外壳(2)外端固定有保温壳(4),所述装置外壳(2)内部固定有温度传感器(1),所述模数转换器(3)以及单片机(5)均固定在装置外壳(2)左端面上,所述装置外壳(2)右端固定有温度调节器(8),所述装置外壳(2)前端面上固定有显示屏(6)。
