技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种废铜除铁去尘装置。
背景技术
随着国民经济快速发展，一方面，铜消费量高速增长铜价猛涨，而我国铜资源紧缺，铜精矿产量难以满足需求；另一方面，近年来废旧家电、废旧电缆也迅速增长，并造成环境污染。所以有必要对废铜进行回收利用。但是一般废铜里含有大量的灰尘和铁沫，需要将其清除。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种能够对废铜中的灰尘和铁沫进行有效去除的废铜除铁去尘装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种废铜除铁去尘装置，包括进料斗，所述进料斗的下方设置有第一水平传送带，所述第一水平传送带的末端下设置有第二水平传送带，所述第二水平传送带位于超声波清洗槽中，所述超声波清洗槽的侧壁设置有第一磁铁层，所述第二水平传送带的末端连有斜向上的倾斜传送带，所述倾斜传送带的末端连有第三水平传送带，所述第三水平传送带初始端上面和下面分别设置有喷洒装置和集水槽，所述第三水平传送带中部横穿过干燥箱，所述第三水平传送带的末端的下方设置有收集装置。
所述超声波清洗槽的底部设置有第二磁铁层。
所述超声波清洗槽内底部上设置有电机，所述电机连有螺旋叶。
所述喷洒装置的个数为N个，其中N为大于等于1的整数。
所述收集装置为金属丝网。
所述喷洒装置的个数为1个。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的一种废铜除铁去尘装置，废铜首先经过进料斗加入，然后落入到第一水平传送带上，在超声波清洗槽的清洗作用下，废铜表面的灰尘和铁沫得到出去，水中的铁沫被吸附在超声波清洗槽的内壁上，清洗好的废铜通过倾斜传送带运输出来，然后依次通过喷洒装置清洗和干燥箱干燥，最终废铜落入到收集装置中，实现废铜的回收。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述，以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示，一种废铜除铁去尘装置，包括进料斗1，进料斗1的下方设置有第一水平传送带2，第一水平传送带2的末端下设置有第二水平传送带6，第二水平传送带6位于超声波清洗槽3中，超声波清洗槽3中的水要漫过第二水平传送带6。超声波清洗槽3的侧壁设置有第一磁铁层31，第二水平传送带6的末端连有斜向上的倾斜传送带7，倾斜传送带7的末端连有第三水平传送带8，第三水平传送带8初始端上面和下面分别设置有喷洒装置9和集水槽10，第三水平传送带8中部横穿过干燥箱11，第三水平传送带8的末端的下方设置有收集装置12。
超声波清洗槽3的底部设置有第二磁铁层32，可以增加的铁沫吸附面积，增加其去除效果。
超声波清洗槽3内底部上设置有电机4，电机4连有螺旋叶5，可以加快超声波清洗槽3中水的流动，增加废铜的清洗效果。
喷洒装置9的个数为N个，其中N为大于等于1的整数，优选为1个。
收集装置12为金属丝网。

1.一种废铜除铁去尘装置，其特征在于：包括进料斗（1），所述进料斗（1）的下方设置有第一水平传送带（2），所述第一水平传送带（2）的末端下设置有第二水平传送带（6），所述第二水平传送带（6）位于超声波清洗槽（3）中，所述超声波清洗槽（3）的侧壁设置有第一磁铁层（31），所述第二水平传送带（6）的末端连有斜向上的倾斜传送带（7），所述倾斜传送带（7）的末端连有第三水平传送带（8），所述第三水平传送带（8）初始端上面和下面分别设置有喷洒装置（9）和集水槽（10），所述第三水平传送带（8）中部横穿过干燥箱（11），所述第三水平传送带（8）的末端的下方设置有收集装置（12）。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废铜除铁去尘装置，其特征在于：所述超声波清洗槽（3）内底部上设置有电机（4），所述电机（4）连有螺旋叶（5）。
