The invention has the beneficial effects that: the motor a drives the mounting plate to rotate, the mounting plate drives the pedals thereon to synchronously rotate, and the patient stands on the pedals to complete the left-handed and right-handed rehabilitation training of the trunk and the internal-handed and external-handed rehabilitation training of the hip joint; the motor b drives the mounting plate to rotate, and the patient realizes the hip joint internal rotation and external rotation rehabilitation training through different standing directions on the pedal plate; the ankle joint plantarflexion and back stretching rehabilitation training and the balance rehabilitation training of the trunk under the unstable state are realized through the telescopic action of the electric push rod a and the electric push rod b.

the multifunctional rehabilitation training device for the trunk and the lower limbs comprises a movable base 2 hinged with a fixed base 1, wherein the movable base 2 is hinged with the bottoms of an electric push rod a5 and an electric push rod b6 through a connecting plate a3 and a connecting plate b4 respectively, the tops of the electric push rod a5 and the electric push rod b6 are hinged with an annular handrail rod 7, the annular handrail rod 7 is connected with a supporting rod a9 and a supporting rod b10, and the bottoms of the supporting rod a9 and the supporting rod b10 are fixed on the fixed base 1;
the mounting plate 11 is mounted on the movable bottom plate 2 through a rotary support bearing 12, a motor a13 positioned on a connecting plate a3 is connected with and drives the rotary support bearing 12, the top of the rotary support bearing 12 is connected with the mounting plate 11, and a pedal is mounted on the mounting plate 11.
The hinge joint is a ball hinge joint.
The pedal comprises a pedal a14 and a pedal b15 which are rotatably connected with the mounting plate 11, and a motor b16 positioned on the movable base 2 is connected with and drives the pedal a14 and the pedal b 15.
The motor b16 drives the pedal a14 and the pedal b15 in a chain transmission mode.
The pedal a14 and the pedal b15 are rotatably connected with the mounting plate 11 through a bearing a18 and a bearing b22 respectively, the pedal a14 is connected with a synchronous pulley a17, external teeth at the lower part of the synchronous pulley a17 are meshed with external teeth of the driven wheel 23, the synchronous pulley a17 is connected with a synchronous pulley b20 through a synchronous belt 19, and the synchronous pulley b20 is connected with a motor b 16.
The inner periphery of the synchronous belt 19 is provided with a toothed structure which is meshed with the outer teeth of the synchronous pulley a17 and the synchronous pulley b 20.
An outer protection cover 21 is arranged above the motor a13, the motor b16 and the rotary support bearing 12, and the outer protection cover 21 is installed on the installation plate 11.
The output shaft of the motor a13 is connected with a gear 8, the gear 8 is meshed with the external teeth of the rotary support bearing 12, and the rotary support bearing 12 is driven by the motor a 13.
The connecting plate a3 and the connecting plate b4 are positioned at the same horizontal plane and are vertical to each other.
And the electric push rod a5 and the electric push rod b6 are respectively provided with a thrust motor, and the thrust motors are connected with the driving push rods to stretch.
The functions of the invention specifically include the following:
1) the left-handed and right-handed rehabilitation training of the trunk is completed under the driving of a motor a 13; as shown in figures 1 and 3, a motor a13 drives a mounting plate 11 to rotate through a gear 8, the mounting plate drives pedals thereon to synchronously rotate, and when training, a user holds a grab bar with a hand and steps on the pedals with a foot, the mounting plate 11 drives the pedals to synchronously rotate, so that left-handed and right-handed rehabilitation training, internal rotation and external rotation rehabilitation training of hip joints of a trunk are realized.
2) The patient changes the standing direction and can respectively complete the hip joint internal rotation and external rotation rehabilitation training under the driving of a motor b 16; the motor b16 drives the synchronous belt wheel a17 to rotate through the synchronous belt 19, the synchronous belt wheel a17 drives the pedal a14 to rotate, meanwhile, the synchronous belt wheel a17 drives the driven wheel 23 to rotate through external tooth meshing, the driven wheel 23 drives the pedal b15 to rotate, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, left and right feet are respectively placed on the pedal a14 and the pedal b15, the pedal a14 and the pedal b15 respectively rotate around the bearing a18 and the bearing b22, and internal rotation rehabilitation training of the hip joint is achieved; the body rotates 180 degrees, the left foot and the right foot are respectively placed on the pedal b15 and the pedal a14, and at the moment, when the pedals rotate, the external rotation rehabilitation training of the hip joint can be realized.
3) The rehabilitation training of plantar flexion and dorsal extension of the ankle joint is completed under the coordination of the electric push rod a5 and the electric push rod b 6; as shown in fig. 1-3, the length of the electric push rod a5 is kept unchanged, the push motor of the electric push rod b6 is started to change the length of the electric push rod b6, and the electric push rod b6 pushes and pulls the end of the connecting rod b4 to move up and down, so as to drive the movable base 2 and the pedals on the mounting plate 11 to longitudinally swing back and forth, thereby realizing the rehabilitation training of plantar flexion and dorsal extension of the ankle joint.
4) Under the coordination of the electric push rod a5 and the electric push rod b6, the balance rehabilitation training in the unstable state is completed; as shown in fig. 1-3, after the foot pedal is stepped on, the thrust motors of the electric push rod a5 and the electric push rod b6 are simultaneously started, so that the foot pedal swings irregularly in the longitudinal direction, and the balance rehabilitation training is performed in the unstable state.
