Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a water tank 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for washing an electric appliance 100. The water tank 10 includes a housing 12, a receptacle 14, and water-soluble slow-release antimicrobial particles 16. The housing 12 is provided with a water storage chamber 121. The receiving portion 14 is located in the water storage chamber 121. The housing portion 14 is formed with a housing space 141. The housing portion 14 is formed with a plurality of through holes 142 provided at intervals. The through holes 142 are communicated with the accommodating space 141 and the water storage chamber 121. The slow-release antibacterial particles 16 are accommodated in the accommodation space 141. The slow-release antimicrobial particles 16 include a plurality of ions having an antimicrobial effect.
In the water tank 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, since the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 are received in the receiving space 141 and the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 include a plurality of ions, when the water is soaked in the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16, the ions in the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 can be slowly dissolved out to be released into the water, thereby directly killing or inhibiting the propagation of bacteria and mold in the water and further ensuring the health and safety of consumers.
The particle size of the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 should be such that the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 do not directly enter the accommodating space 141 through the through holes 142. That is, the particle size of the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 is larger than the size of the through-holes 142. Further, since the ions in the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 can directly kill or inhibit the propagation of bacteria and mold in the water, the water is not easily deteriorated and can be stored in the water storage chamber 121 for a long period of time.
In addition, the shape of the water tank 10 may be set according to circumstances. For example, in some examples, the tank 10 is L-shaped. In this way, the water tank 10 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, for example, the water tank 10 can be directly mounted on the side wall of the inner container of the washing electric appliance 100.
In some embodiments, the receptacle 14 is a net secured to a sidewall of the water storage chamber 121.
In this way, the fixing of the housing portion 14 can be achieved in a simple manner, and the space occupied by the housing portion 14 is small. In addition, the accommodating portion 14 in the form of a net bag is simple in structure, wide in source and low in cost.
In some embodiments, the receptacle 14 is a grid structure mounted on a sidewall of the water storage chamber 121.
In this way, the accommodating portion 14 is relatively simple in structure and can be mounted on the side wall of the water storage chamber 121 in a relatively stable manner, and the use reliability is relatively good. Further, the housing portion 14 having the form of a grill structure may have a large and extended housing space 141, so that the area of the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 located in the housing space 141 contacting water is large.
In certain embodiments, the receptacle 14 includes a plurality of gratings 143. The plurality of grids 143 are spaced apart to form a plurality of through holes 142. The water storage chamber 121 includes a first inner surface 1211 and a second inner surface 1212 opposite thereto. Each grill 143 connects a first interior surface 1211 and a second interior surface 1212. The grids 143 together define the accommodating space 141.
In this way, the receiving space 141 formed by the plurality of grids 143 has a large receiving space, so that a sufficient amount of slow-release antibacterial particles 16 can be received. In addition, since each of the grids 143 connects the first inner surface 1211 and the second inner surface 1212, the circumference of the receiving space 141 thus formed may be surrounded by the water storage chamber 121, thereby further increasing the area of the slow-release type antibacterial particles 16 received in the receiving space 141 in contact with the water in the water storage chamber 121.
It should be noted that the number of the gratings 143 may be set according to the specific case. Thus, the shape of the housing portion 14 may be set according to the circumstances. For example, in some examples, the housing portion 14 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Thus having a large volume.
In some embodiments, the housing 12 is provided with a communication port 122. The communication port 122 communicates with the water storage chamber 121. The communication port 122 is opened at the bottom of the housing 12. The receptacle 14 is closer to the bottom of the housing 12 than to the top of the housing 12.
As such, external water may enter the water storage chamber 121 through the communication port 122, thereby being stored in the water storage chamber 121. Then, the ions in the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 located in the receiving space 141 can be slowly dissolved out and released into the water, so that the bacteria and mold in the water can be directly killed or inhibited from propagating. In addition, since the housing portion 14 is close to the communication port 122, it is ensured that the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 in the housing space 141 can be sufficiently contacted with water. That is, even when the content of water in the water storage chamber 121 is small, the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 in the accommodation space 141 can be sufficiently contacted with water so that ions having an antibacterial effect are dissolved in the water.
It should be noted that the communication port 122 may be used as both a water inlet and a water outlet, that is, external water may enter the water storage chamber 121 through the communication port 122 and may flow out of the water storage chamber 121 through the communication port 122. When the communication port 122 is used as a water inlet, water can be fed through the water pump. Namely, the water pump is controlled to pump water into the water storage chamber 121 through the communication port 122. This facilitates the ingress of water.
In addition, it is understood that a three-way valve may be installed at the communication port 122, and the communication port 122 may be connected to the first water inlet pipe through one end of the three-way valve and may be connected to the water outlet pipe through the other end of the three-way valve. This allows water to be supplied into the water storage chamber 121 through the first water inlet pipe and allows water in the water storage chamber 121 to be discharged through the water outlet pipe. For example, in some examples, water within the water storage chamber 121 may be delivered to a spray device through a water outlet pipe and sprayed into the inner tub of the washing appliance 100 via the spray device, thereby enabling cleaning of items (e.g., dishes) in the inner tub.
In some embodiments, the top of the housing 12 is provided with an overflow 123. The overflow port 123 communicates with the water storage chamber 121. The receiving portion 14 is closer to the communication port 122 than the overflow port 123.
In this way, since the overflow port 123 is formed at the top of the housing 12, when the water level in the water storage chamber 121 is higher than the height of the overflow port 123, the water in the water storage chamber 121 can directly flow out of the water storage chamber 121 through the overflow port 123, so that the water in the water storage chamber 121 can be prevented from being overfilled.
The storage portion 14 is located closer to the communication port 122 than the overflow port 123, so that the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 in the storage portion 14 can be ensured to be sufficiently contacted with water. Furthermore, the water flowing out from the overflow port 123 can directly overflow into the inner container of the washing appliance, so that the washing appliance can be recycled.
In certain embodiments, the water storage chamber 121 includes opposing first and second inner surfaces 1211, 1212. The water tank 10 includes a plurality of baffles extending from the first interior surface 1211 to the second interior surface 1212. Each deflector connects the first inner surface 1211 and the second inner surface 1212. The plurality of baffles includes a first baffle 1241, a second baffle 1242, and a third baffle 1243. The first deflector 1241 is connected to the third deflector 1243 and is formed with an annular portion 1244 surrounding the overflow port 123. The second flow deflector 1242 is spaced apart from the first flow deflector 1241 and the third flow deflector 1243 and forms a flow deflector channel 1245 communicating the overflow port 123 and the water storage chamber 121. The inlet 1246 of the diversion channel 1245 is closer to the top of the housing 12 than the overflow 123.
In this way, under the action of the plurality of guide vanes, water in the water storage chamber 121 can flow out of the overflow port 123 through the guide channel 1245, so that the flow speed of the water flowing out of the overflow port 123 is more stable. Furthermore, since the inlet 1246 of the diversion channel 1245 is closer to the top of the housing 12 than the overflow port 123, the water pressure at the inlet 1246 of the diversion channel 1245 is greater than the water pressure at the overflow port 123, so that the water in the water storage chamber 121 can flow out of the overflow port 123 more smoothly. In addition, the provision of a plurality of guide vanes may also enhance the structural strength of a portion of the side wall of the water storage chamber 121 surrounding the overflow port 123.
In some embodiments, a plurality of ribs 125 are formed on an inner surface of the sidewall of the water storage chamber 121 at intervals.
In this way, the provision of the reinforcing ribs 125 can improve the structural strength of the side wall of the water storage chamber 121, thereby improving the stability of the structure of the water tank 10. For example, when the water tank 10 is vertically installed on the sidewall of the inner container of the washing appliance, the reinforcing ribs 125 may ensure that the sidewall in the water storage chamber 121 has sufficient strength, so that the stability of the structure of the water tank 10 can be ensured when water is stored in the water storage chamber 121.
In certain embodiments, the water storage chamber 121 includes opposing first and second inner surfaces 1211, 1212. The ribs 125 extend from the first inner surface 1211 to the second inner surface 1212.
In this way, the overall structural strength of the water storage chamber 121 can be improved, and the stability of the structure of the water storage chamber 121 can be ensured. In addition, since the reinforcing ribs 125 extend from the first inner surface 1211 to the second inner surface 1212, the reinforcing ribs 125 have a larger outwardly extending area, and thus have a larger force receiving area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing ribs 125 are in the shape of a sheet, and the reinforcing ribs 125 connect the first inner surface 1211 and the second inner surface 1212. Thus, the two opposite side walls of the water storage chamber 121 have high structural stability, so that the overall structural stability of the water storage chamber 121 is further ensured.
In addition, it will be appreciated that in order to avoid the ribs 125 affecting the water flow into and out of the water storage chamber 121, the ribs 125 may be formed in a sheet shape and extend in a direction parallel to the water flow direction of the communication port 122. For example, in the example shown in fig. 2, the water outflow direction of the communication port 122 is substantially the vertical direction (the Y negative axis direction shown in fig. 2), and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 125 are arranged at intervals and each extend in the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, the plurality of ribs 125 includes a first rib 1251 connected to a sidewall of the receptacle 14.
In this way, the structural strength of the housing portion 14 can be further improved, and the structural stability of the housing portion 14 can be ensured.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the housing portion 14 has a grill structure mounted on a side wall of the water storage chamber 121. The housing portion 14 includes a plurality of grids 143. The plurality of grids 143 are spaced apart to form a plurality of through holes 142. The plurality of gratings 143 includes first sub-gratings 1431 extending outwardly from sides of the first reinforcing bars 1251. In this manner, the first sub-grating 1431 forms part of the first reinforcing bar 1251, so that the structural strength of the first reinforcing bar 1251 can be further improved.
In certain embodiments, the housing 12 includes a first shell 126 and a second shell 127. The first housing 126 is sealingly connected to the second housing 127 to form the water storage chamber 121. The receiving portion 14 is mounted on a side wall of the first case 126 or a side wall of the second case 127.
In this way, the structure of the housing 12 is simple. In addition, the housing portion 14 is mounted on the side wall of the shell, so that the stability of the structure of the housing portion 14 can be ensured, and the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 in the housing portion 14 have a larger contact area with water.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the housing portion 14 is mounted on a side wall of the first case 126. The housing portion 14 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
In certain embodiments, the first shell 126 and the second shell 127 are detachably connected. Thus, the housing 12 is easily installed and removed.
In some embodiments, the tank 10 includes a gasket (not shown). The sealing ring seals the gap between the first shell 126 and the second shell 127. In this way, the sealability of the water storage chamber 121 can be ensured, thereby preventing leakage of water. Of course, the first shell 126 and the second shell 127 may also be sealingly connected by welding.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the first shell 126 is substantially L-shaped. The second housing 127 is substantially L-shaped. The first shell 126 is sealingly connected to the second shell 127 to form the L-shaped housing 12.
In certain embodiments, slow-release antimicrobial particles 16 comprise a water-soluble glass carrier. The plurality of ions are dispersed on the surface of the glass carrier or inside the glass carrier. The plurality of ions includes silver ions and/or zinc ions.
Thus, the slow-release antibacterial particles 16 can slowly dissolve out in water and slowly release silver ions (Ag + ) And/or zinc ions (zn+) in water. Wherein silver ions (Ag + ) Can strongly adsorb sulfhydryl (-SH) on protease in bacterial body, and can be combined with the bacterial body rapidly to destroy the protease in bacterial body, so that the bacterial body can not breathe and lose activity, and the bacterial death is caused. And when bacteria are coated with silver ions (Ag + ) After killing, silver ions are dissociated from the bacterial corpse and then contacted with other bacterial colonies, and the processes are repeatedly carried out to form the durable sterilization and mildew-proof effects.
In some examples, the plurality of ions are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the glass carrier and inside the glass carrier. Thus, the dispersion degree of the ions on the glass carrier is higher, and the content is higher.
In certain embodiments, the glass carrier is a phosphate-based glass carrier or a borate-based glass carrier. Thus, slow-release antimicrobial particles 16 dissolve at a slower rate and have better chemical stability and less impact on water quality.
In some embodiments, the side wall of the water storage chamber 121 is formed with a layered coating (not shown) having an antibacterial effect. In this way, the coating may further inhibit the proliferation of bacteria and mold in the water, thereby ensuring the quality of the water in the water storage chamber 121.
In certain embodiments, the coating comprises nanoscale titanium dioxide particles. Thus, the coating has better antibacterial effect and better chemical stability. In some examples, a layer of nano-sized titanium dioxide film is formed on the outer surface of the coating. Thus, the antibacterial effect of the coating is better, and particularly under the condition of strong illumination, the titanium dioxide can effectively inhibit the bacterial growth in water.
