In the related art, as the dish-washing machines are widely used, the easiness in installation of the dish-washing machines is pursued by people, and the dish-washing machines without water tanks are more attractive to users; the importance of the water tank is gradually reflected. However, at present, the cleanness of water in the water tank is difficult to guarantee.

The water tank assembly comprises a tank body and a filtering structure, wherein the tank body is provided with a water inlet, the filtering structure is arranged at the water inlet, the filtering structure comprises an annular support and a filtering net, the annular support is detachably arranged at the water inlet, and the filtering net is detachably arranged at the annular support.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a water tank assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for washing an electric appliance 100, the water tank assembly 10 includes a tank 12 and a filter structure 14, the tank 12 is provided with a water inlet 122, the filter structure 14 is disposed at the water inlet 122, the filter structure 14 includes a ring-shaped support 142 and a filter screen 144, the ring-shaped support 142 is detachably mounted at the water inlet 122, and the filter screen 144 is detachably mounted at the ring-shaped support 142.
In the water tank assembly 10 of the embodiment of the invention, the annular bracket 142 is detachably mounted at the water inlet 122, and the filter screen 144 is detachably mounted at the annular bracket 142, so that on one hand, water entering the tank body 12 can be filtered; on the other hand, when cleaning the filter structure 14, the filter structure 14 can be conveniently and quickly detached from the housing 12, and the filter net 144 and the ring bracket 142 are separated, so that the user can conveniently clean the filter structure 14, thereby helping to make the water in the housing 12 cleaner.
A user may add water into the tank 12 from the water inlet 122. The water entering the cabinet 12 is filtered by the filter screen 144 to remove the particle impurities, so as to prevent the particle impurities from entering the cabinet 12 to affect the water quality or cause the blockage of other structures of the washing appliance 100. After a period of use, particulate impurities may accumulate on the filter screen 144, at which point the user may remove the filter structure 14 from the housing 12 for cleaning, thereby avoiding clogging of the filter screen 144 and also allowing cleaner water to enter the housing 12.
In some embodiments, the outer circumferential surface of the annular support 142 is formed with an external thread 1421, the inner wall of the water inlet 122 is formed with an internal thread 124, and the annular support 142 is detachably mounted to the water inlet 122 by the matching connection of the external thread 1421 and the internal thread 124.
Thus, the assembly process of mounting the filter structure 14 to the housing 12 is simple, and when the user needs to clean the filter structure 14, the user can conveniently and quickly detach the filter structure 14 from the housing 12, and the user can operate the filter structure by hand without using tools.
In some embodiments, the annular support 142 includes a support body 1422 and a bearing portion 1423 extending radially outward from the support body 1422, the support body 1422 penetrates the water inlet 122, and the bearing portion 1423 is carried on the surface of the tank 12 on which the water inlet 122 is opened.
In this manner, the ring support 142 is more stably installed at the water inlet 122.
Specifically, the holder body 1422 is annular, and an external thread 1421 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the holder body 1422. Therefore, the bearing part 1423 bears on the surface of the box 12 with the water inlet 122, which helps to reduce the stress on the external thread 1421 and reduce the wear of the external thread 1421.
Further, the housing 12 is formed with a step structure 126 surrounding the water inlet 122, the step structure 126 includes a bearing surface 1262 and a limiting surface 1264, and the bearing part 1423 is carried on the bearing surface 1262 and is limited between the limiting surfaces 1264. In this manner, the annular support 142 is further stably installed at the water inlet 122, which helps to prevent the annular support 142 from shaking in the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments, the annular bracket 142 includes a catch 1424 extending radially inward from the bracket body 1422, and the filter screen 144 is caught on the catch 1424.
Thus, the assembly process of mounting the filter screen 144 to the annular bracket 142 is simple, and when the user needs to clean the filter screen 144, the filter screen 144 can be conveniently and quickly detached from the annular bracket 142.
Specifically, the buckle 1424 is disposed at the bottom of the bracket body 1422, and the buckle 1424 is made of plastic and has certain elasticity. Thus, when the filter screen 144 is mounted on the annular bracket 142, the filter screen 144 is inserted obliquely from the bottom of the bracket body 1422, and the buckle 1424 is matched with the filter screen 144 to deform properly, so that the filter screen 144 can be clamped on the buckle 1424.
In some embodiments, the annular frame 142 includes a fixing portion 1425 extending radially inward from the frame body 1422, the fixing portion 1425 is spaced apart from the buckle 1424, and the filter 144 is clamped between the fixing portion 1425 and the buckle 1424.
In this way, the filter net 144 is more stably mounted on the ring bracket 142.
Specifically, a gap between the fixing part 1425 and the catch 1424 corresponds to the thickness of the filter net 144. Thus, the filter screen 144 is prevented from moving up and down when being clamped between the fixing portion 1425 and the buckle 1424.
Further, the fixing part 1425 and the bracket body 1422 may be an integral structure or a split structure.
In one example, the fixing portion 1425 and the stent body 1422 are an integral structure, so that the structure of the ring stent 142 is more stable, and the fixing portion 1425 can play a role in enhancing the strength of the stent body 1422.
In another example, the fixing portion 1425 and the self-supporting body 1422 are of a split structure. In this manner, the retainer 1425 and the bracket body 1422 may be detached to facilitate cleaning of the filter structure 14, thereby helping to keep the water in the housing 12 cleaner.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fixing portion 1425 and the bracket body 1422 are an integral structure.
In some embodiments, the fixing portion 1425 includes a plurality of fixing plates 1426 extending radially inward of the stent body 1422 and a reinforcing ring 1427 connecting the plurality of fixing plates 1426.
In this way, the strength of the fixing portion 1425 is enhanced, so that the structure of the ring bracket 142 is more stable.
Specifically, the central axis X of the reinforcement ring 1427 coincides with the central axis M of the stent body 1422, and the plurality of fixing plates 1426 are uniformly spaced around the reinforcement ring 1427. Thus, the stress on the support body 1422 is uniform, which is helpful to enhance the overall strength of the annular support 142.
In some embodiments, the filter screen 144 is made of metal.
So, filter screen 144 intensity is great, avoids filter screen 144 to filter the hole deformation and influence filtration quality in long-time filtering process, helps promoting the product quality, promotes user experience.
Specifically, the filter screen 144 may be made of stainless steel wire. Therefore, the filter screen 144 is good in rust prevention effect, the service life of the filter screen 144 is prolonged, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water tank assembly 10 according to any one of the above embodiments.
In the washing appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the annular bracket 142 is detachably mounted at the water inlet 122, and the filter screen 144 is detachably mounted at the annular bracket 142, so that water entering the cabinet 12 can be filtered; on the other hand, when cleaning the filter structure 14, the filter structure 14 can be conveniently and quickly detached from the housing 12, and the filter net 144 and the ring bracket 142 are separated, so that the user can conveniently clean the filter structure 14, thereby helping to make the water in the housing 12 cleaner.
It can be understood that the washing appliance 100 may be shipped with the water tank assembly 10, and a user may simply add water into the tank 12 when using the washing appliance. Water may be added to the tank 12 manually or a water supply may be connected to the water inlet 122. Therefore, the washing appliance 100 does not need to be installed, the placing position of the washing appliance 100 is not limited by a water source, the use is more convenient, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the washing appliance 100 may be a dishwasher. The user can place the dishwasher at any suitable position without regard to the proximity of a water source or without connecting a water pipe, thereby realizing an installation-free dishwasher.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a tub 20, the tub 20 is formed with a washing chamber 22, and the water tank assembly 10 is installed outside the tub 20.
In this manner, items to be washed may be washed within wash chamber 22, and tank assembly 10 provides a source of water to wash chamber 22.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a cup in communication with the washing chamber 22, and the housing 12 defines a water outlet 128, the water outlet 128 being in communication with the cup.
In this manner, water in the tank flows through the outlet to the cup, providing a source of water for the washing chamber 22.
The washing appliance 100 includes a spraying device which sprays water in the cup into the washing chamber 22 to wash the items to be washed in the washing chamber 22. A basket is provided in the washing chamber 22, in which items to be washed can be placed for washing.

1. A water tank assembly is used for washing an electric appliance and is characterized by comprising a tank body and a filtering structure, wherein a water inlet is formed in the tank body, the filtering structure is arranged at the water inlet, the filtering structure comprises an annular support and a filtering net, the annular support is detachably arranged at the water inlet, the annular support comprises a support body and a buckle which radially and inwards extends from the support body, the buckle has elasticity, the buckle is arranged at the bottom of the support body, and the filtering net is matched with the buckle so that the filtering net is detachably arranged in the annular support;
the annular support includes certainly the fixed part of radial inside extension of support body, the fixed part with the buckle interval sets up, the filter screen is the slice, the filter screen card is established the fixed part with between the buckle, the fixed part with clearance between the buckle with the thickness of filter screen corresponds.

The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said ring support further comprises a bearing portion extending radially outwardly from said support body, said support body passing through said water inlet, said bearing portion bearing on a surface of said tank body at which said water inlet is open.
4. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said fixation portion comprises a plurality of fixation plates extending radially inward from said bracket body and a reinforcement ring connecting said plurality of fixation plates.
5. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein said filter screen is made of metal.
6. A washing appliance comprising a water tank assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The washing appliance of claim 6, wherein the washing appliance includes a bladder forming a washing chamber, the water tank assembly being mounted outside the bladder.
8. The washing appliance according to claim 7, wherein the washing appliance comprises a cup in communication with the washing chamber, the cabinet being provided with a water outlet in communication with the cup.
