Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of the knitting field, in particular to an asymmetric single-side opening elastic band and a knitting process thereof.
Background
At present, many elastic bands on the market adopt non-opening type to carry out edge wrapping on products. When the non-opening elastic band is hemmed and sewn, thread ends or product sewing tearing is poor, and the close fitting comfort of the product is poor. Some products adopt single-side opening type to be symmetrical, and the problem of poor tearing of the sewing can be solved by adopting the symmetrical single-side opening type, but the condition that the products are not close-fitting or are bloated still exists when the sewing is carried out. The unilateral opening type elastic band is also required to be improved aiming at the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims at overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art, and its primary objective is to provide an asymmetric single-side opening elastic band and a weaving process thereof, which effectively solve the problem of single-side opening elastic band in product lining,
in order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an asymmetric single-side opening elastic band comprises a main body, a long single side and a short single side; the main body is of a laminated structure, the long single side and the short single side are arranged up and down and are connected with the same side of the main body in an integrated mode, the long single side and the short single side are formed by intersecting warp and weft mutually, and an opening is formed between the long single side and the short single side.
Preferably, the weft insertion process has two wefts.
Preferably, the weft is terdolon or nylon.
Preferably, the yarns of the warp consisting of the main body, the long single side and the short single side are two yarns of high stretch yarn and spandex coated yarn.
A weaving process of an asymmetric single-side opening elastic belt comprises the following steps:
(1) The yarn is subjected to warping to control the tension strength in the yarn so that the tension in each yarn is equal;
(2) Typesetting is carried out on the flower disc typesetting software on a computer according to the organization requirements;
(3) Penetrating the beamed yarn into a corresponding palm button in a typesetting mode of a computer;
(4) After penetrating corresponding yarns according to design requirements, debugging the machine to see whether woven textures meet the design requirements; after the requirement is met, the machine testing is finished, and the weaving of the elastic band is started.
Preferably, the main body and the long single side and the short single side have two different warps: (1) The first type is divided into one upper part and one lower part, and the double wefts are crossed with warps; (2) a second type of disc chuck structure according to the pattern characteristics; the middle suture part and the lockstitch of the elastic band are formed by using the flower disc process.
Preferably, the asymmetry of the elastic band is achieved by changing the number of yarns passing through the flower disc, so that the two layers of the elastic band, namely a long single side layer and a short single side layer, are asymmetric.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects, and in particular, the technical scheme can be as follows:
according to the invention, by utilizing the structures of a long single side and a short single side and different heights of the two layers of the single side opening, the phenomenon of swelling formed by mutual adhesion of two sides is avoided when the elastic band and the product are sewn, the elastic band and the product can be better attached to two sides of the product, and the product can be better sewn in an asymmetric manner.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses an asymmetric single-side opening elastic band, which comprises a main body 10, a long single side 20 and a short single side 30; the main body 10 is in a laminated structure, the long single side 20 and the short single side 30 are arranged up and down and integrally connected with the same side of the main body 10, the long single side 20 and the short single side 30 are formed by intersecting warp and weft, and an opening is formed between the long single side 20 and the short single side 30. The weft insertion process has two wefts. The weft is Teflon or nylon. The yarns of the warp yarn consisting of the main body 10, the long single side 20 and the short single side 30 are two yarns of high stretch yarn and spandex coated yarn.
The invention also discloses a weaving process of the asymmetric single-side opening elastic belt, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) The yarn is subjected to warping to control the tension strength in the yarn so that the tension in each yarn is equal;
(2) Typesetting is carried out on the flower disc typesetting software on a computer according to the organization requirements;
(3) Penetrating the beamed yarn into a corresponding palm button in a typesetting mode of a computer;
(4) After penetrating corresponding yarns according to design requirements, debugging the machine to see whether woven textures meet the design requirements; after the requirement is met, the machine testing is finished, and the weaving of the elastic band is started.
The main body is provided with two different warps with a long single side and a short single side: (1) The first type is divided into one upper part and one lower part, and the double wefts are crossed with warps; (2) a second type of disc chuck structure according to the pattern characteristics; the middle suture part and the lockstitch of the elastic band are formed by using the flower disc process. The asymmetry of the elastic band is that the number of yarns passing through the flower disc is changed, so that the two layers of the elastic band with a long single side and a short single side are asymmetric.
Fig. 1 schematically shows that the number of yarns passing through the palm button up and down is different by different yarn rows, so that an elastic band with an upper layer and a lower layer and an asymmetric single-side opening is formed. FIG. 2 is an organization process layout diagram in a computer, shown in the figure: when the computer is displayed as X, the flower disc is pulled up to the top end of the machine design and recorded as up; when the computer is displayed as the right, the flower disc is pulled up to the middle part of the machine design and recorded as the middle part; when the computer shows o, the faceplate is pulled up at the bottom of the machine design, noted as down. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of knitting yarn into elastic. As can be seen from fig. 3, the yarn hooking process of the elastic band is performed byTo->The yarn on the lower yarn row 4 is driven by the flower disc through the upper yarn row 3, and the yarn is in an upper, middle and lower state, so that two openings are formed in the yarn.
Further, two yarn guides 1 in fig. 3 are put into two openings so that the yarns in the yarn guides interweave with the upper and lower rows of yarns 3, 4.
Further, the yarn in fig. 3 is pulled to the end by the yarn guide, and two crochets 2 hook the two weft yarns on the yarn guide respectively, so as to perform a serging action on the edge.
Further, the yarn guides in fig. 3 reciprocate in the rows 3, 4, thus interlacing the desired elastic bands.
